Mr. Orth represented me in 2011 with a workers comp case. He was able to assist me by getting me away from the companys doctor, who was just prescribing pain medication and not fixing the issue I had initially gone in for. We worked with Philip on a response to a disability insurance denial. The history of the claim involved years of acquired information from the prognosis of no less that 5 doctors. Philip was able to dissect the volumes of information and prepare an effective and concise response that captured the essence and intricacies of our case. I can only assume his years of experience allowed him the ability to pull the pertinent information to present such a powerful response. We highly recommend Philip with any cause involving insurance abuse.

I have found Mr. Orth to not only be a straight-shooter, but a man of principle and character. He has always explained matters to me very clearly without being at all condescending, and he has been very patient with my occasional forgetfullness of what he has already explained. I would recommend Mr. Orths services to everyone. He was very professional, very pleasant and he treated me like a person, not like a case.
