We felt like wings and saw that Hooters was open. Service was great, atmosphere was busy. Order onion rings as a appetizer, little disappointed on thread like size of the actual onion. Wings came hot and fresh, with the service keeping our drinks topped off.

After several years since its closure due to a fire, Hooters is back in Corpus Christi. The revamped restaurant looks really good, the service was on point, but the chicken Caesar salad was skimpy and lackluster. The hot wings were tasty, and waffle fries were served hot and fresh. Well give them another chance some other time.

The bartender with the bulky glasses was terrible, she seemed to have an attitude, there was 3 girls working on one side while there was about 7 other people left waiting and confused. She seemed to want to rush people out of there, not even offering more beer or water and just putting our glasses up, not asking and returned to the other side. The food took over a hour to come out, the wings were small and pathetic while the whole atmosphere seemed weird. I get this is south Texas but cmon, they need to train these Mexican chicks better because this isn t Mexico, have some people skills and stop being rude and learn some good customer service. I should ve tipped her 1 dollar for the terrible service. Skip this place. It isn t worth it, almost 100 Dollars later, this place was better off burned down. Definitely a buzz killer. Being from out of state, go to twin peaks instead.

Terrible. Bartenders don t listen or seem to care! The food takes a long time to come out and you don t even get acknowledged! What s the point of 3-4 bartenders if they can t even check on 5 people at the bar? Pathetic excuse for a place, not to mention the wings are chicken nugget size. Literally a joke. Steer clear and spend your money elsewhere.

Everyone from the hostess to the waitresss had a bad attitude, with the exception of the bartender Evonne, making the atmosphere bad. Never saw a single smile in the entire building. Neither the hostess nor the waitress brought us a menu so we had to go to other tables to get them ourselves & then the waitress finally showed to take our drink order 20mins later, only after I got up & said something to the bartender. I asked for a side cup of lime to go with my drink and after another 10mins to bring a glass of water she brought 1 lime. I asked again and she rolled her eyes, went to the bar, grabbed a handful, and dumped them on a napkin on the table. I never got her name, heck, we Didn t see her enough get it.. FYI she seemed prejudice maybe racist not sure. She sent someone else with our food & never checked on us or refilled our drinks. She came by only twice, to take our order and then to collect money. In case management is reading this. We sat at the 1st full booth beside the bar directly across from the bar opening at 3pm this past Labor Day. Waitress was Very tall, long hair, & giant Hooters The wings were good. It only Took over 45mins for 10 wings at 3pm on Labor Day when they weren t busy at all. That s 45mins after the 20+ min wait on a glass of water. I brought my boyfriend here for his 1st time ever at a hooters. After I talked it up about how great it was & how much he d love it just to make me look like a damn fool! He s very disappointed & probably won t be back to any after this.

Over 100$ and just as I suspected the atmosphere is fine... looks like a bunch of teens with little to no experience as long as they look young and pretty. Our waitress either cant hear or gave me the wrong order because she was too timid to ask me a 3rd time what my order was. She should have read our order back to us. . I had to up and leave in the middle of my dining. I told my other half to just put my food in a box and take it home for me. I told her I wanted the steamed shrimp, a pound of it... twice because she couldnt hear me from across the table the first time. So she came and got right next to me so she could hear better. I got home to fried shrimp . Yall need to teach these girls how to take and repeat orders because this was highly dissapointing when I was looking forward to what I ordered. I dont get to eat out much at all. Huge let down! this was September 4th from 1pm to 1:30 pm. I was wearing checkered biker shorts and came in with my 3 year old son and a tall man in a tan Forever paradise hoody. We sat with his uncle and father behind the bar when you walk in. You guys just recently opened... yall need experienced waitresses. Get these girls experienced and train them to standards before releasing them on their own to the people of Corpus. Those same people who keep you in business. Oh wait, theres more. I ordered boneless wings for my man and she gave him bone in. Of course hes not ganna complain.... they just cut my father in law and his brother off from anymore drinks because they were getting loud. Completely understandable. But forgetting the blue cheese, ranch, and basically everything we ordered is not understandable! Not even one bit. Why would you put that girl on the floor. I cant even remember the girls name. It was yasmana or something like that. Something unique that no one else would have. Whole experienced ruined. Will try again next time. Hopefully something has changed.

We held a Jeep Jam Meet and Greet there yesterday and the entire staff was a bunch of rockstars! The manager, Jessica very attentive and made sure we were all taken care of. We had a very large group of 92 people and we all left happy. Keep up the good work!

I could not be more disappointed / angry. I ordered food to go. When I got home, my $6 bowl of chili was in a 2 sauce container. The $10 Ceasars salad was an equally tiny amount made with wilted lettuce. My tots did not have cheese, either. I will actively encourage people to avoid this location. I cant believe anyone thought this would be acceptable.

We were seated and waited 10 minutes and never acknowledged. Several servers passed by but no one even asked if we had been helped. I notified the hourly manager and she said she would look into it. She could have at least offered us a free appetizer and maybe we would have stayed. Poor customer service! We wont be back.

DO BETTER!!!! I am giving the service 2 stars because the bartender who assisted me was awesome and this has nothing to do with her service. I was there 2 weeks ago sitting at the bar and left my bag on back of the chair. I was from out of town working and decided to stop in and have a drink before my dinner reservation. I remembered I left my bag in the morning when I couldn t find my car keys to make my meeting. I ran to hooters because I was staying at the hotel across the street and the manager could not find my bag. She mentioned to go back during shift change and ask the evening crew, which I did. The beautiful bartender who assisted me remembered me and said she turned my bag in to the hostess last night and walked over to get it for me. My bag was no where to be found! Just to be clear I did not accuse anyone of taking it that worked for the establishment, however when cameras were checked it was odd that they saw my bag being delivered to the hostess stand and they do not see it leaving or they do not see any suspicious activity with a customer going behind the hostess stand. I did file a police report and I contacted corporate. This is very upsetting as I was stranded 2 extra days all because my bag went missing not including my wallet, medication and personal belongings I work very hard for! DO BETTER HOOTERS! Yes I ve been in contact with corporate, but making sure everyone else knows not to accidentally leave anything behind because it can go MISSING

Sat July 27 8pm. Walked in with no greets and the girls at the front was so busy chit chatting of personal topics rather than assist customers who is ready to be seated or helped. Why does a customer have to wait on them talking about unrelated work stuff. Basically no service as soon as u walk in as if those girls were not even there. Rather than focus of diverting reviews to facebook which not everyone has facebook these days, why not just focus on making changes and value customers feedback. Management and employees should treat customers better as im sure they would want to have good service and great quality food that one pays for if hooter staff was to dine out. Reading past reviews shows management is failing their customers as it is an ongoing occurrences

Oh, I see why yall rating is just a 3.6! Where is the quality control in the kitchen! Now, my bar service was pretty decent. The drinks I ordered (my normal LIT) were pretty well made. I sat and worked for about an hour before I ordered food. I ordered my usual Hooters meal- 6pc breaded hot w/curly fries and blue cheese. The fries came out Luke warm and the wings....a joke! Theyre just cooking and serving with no attention to detail! Five drums and one flat, with a couple of the drums looking like they came off a newborn chick! Where is the manager and why isnt he/she doing quality spot checks on meals served????? And the wings were half-dipped, like they were trying to conserve the sauce or something. I sent it back before I realized I didnt take a picture. That picture wouldve really been embarrassing. DO BETTER!

So disappointing. No one in town knows how to make wings. Baked wings, skinless wings and boneless wings, are not truly wings for us diehards. Ive been looking forward to breaded crunchy wings with truly good hot sauce ever since Hooters burned down years ago. Wait time was 1-1/2 hours with restaurant only half full. Atmosphere was good, waitress was very helpful but the wings so so. Semi crunchy, semi cold, hot sauce luke warm at best. So sad, next time Ill do what I knew I should have done. Fry my own at home the way Hooters used to be made, 30 min to prep and fry including heating up the oil. Saying that remember Im a diehard, my wife and father-in-law liked their medium wings. But didnt like the wait

Went in at around 1:00 on 7/12/24 and sat at bar. Bartender chit chatted for about 10 minutes with other customers before evening acknowledging myself and another customer. Not once did she check on us after we got food. Several customers waiting on drinks or too pay. Finished a beer and pushed bottle close to edge for her to see and she walked by twice without even looking. This young lady should not be bartending or atleast alone. Service bartender was busting butt.

I recently ate at Hooters and had a mixed experience. The burger I ordered was really good juicy and flavorful. The drink service was also quick, which was nice. But, the wait time for the food was a big problem. It took about an hour on average for our food to arrive. Even worse, our food didnt come out at the same time. Some people in our group got their food while others had to wait, which was annoying and made it hard to enjoy the meal together. Overall, while the food and drink service were good, the long wait times and disorganized food service were very frustrating. Hooters needs to improve their kitchen timing and coordination to make the dining experience better.

Honest review, the food made it a good meal. The wings were tasty. We got smoked wings (garlic habanero and buffalo) the wings were very small for 2$ per wing in my opinion. Delicious tho. Horrible experience we had an online order which took an hour and not even all our food was in the bag. Definitely will not be going back. While we were waiting for our food we saw several customers small and large parties leaving due to the wait time just to be seated. From a general observation we noticed a lack of motivation and attention to detail. Wasn t impressed with the food either, you can literally count the number of fries definitely not worth the price.

Wings were excellent! I had a combination of Original Hot Buffalo wings, and the new Daytona Beach wings. They are cooked naked and grilled covered in the Daytona Beach sauce and were outstanding! Might be my new favorite. Service was very disappointing, I understand its the first week since re-opening, but servers working the bar were very disorganized making service slow and chaotic.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Hooters in Corpus Christi, the buffalo dip was hot and spicy just like I like it, the beer was cold and the wings were tasty, my server was Amanda, her service was outstanding. Her smile, great attitude and personality made my experience that much more memorable. Ooof that was a rough experience. As other reviews have noted, the service was horrible. There was only about 10 people sitting at the bar and the restaurant was maybe half full with families, and the bartenders were absolutely clueless. Two of them. Looked like it was their first day on the job. I can speak for everyone sitting at the bar because we were all exchanging glances about how ridiculously slow the service was. No manager in sight, probably because they knew how bad the service was. They probably shouldnt have even opened this location if they couldnt find a single competent bartender. The manager should have atleast been helping them because it was pretty pathetic. No need to post the generic response with a phone number and email address to respond to because we would love to hear more about your experience. Management is aware how bad it is, the problem is that they just dont care. This place wont last long. Maybe this owner will also burn it down for insurance money, because this is a losing venture

Food took too long. We got our appetizers same time we got our food. Ordered 20 wings and they put only 3 drums and rest were wings. Ive been to many hooters and this is only one that gave us 3 drums and it arrived at our table still cold. Her acceptance and warm attitude towards me and my friend (we are visibly gay guys LOL) especially during PRIDE month, was truly heartwarming and made us feel even more at ease. I called and phone line went dead, like another review stated. Went in and waited to place to go order while 3 waitresses told other 3 waitressesto get someone to take my order. I left , theres no reason to be waiting around to place an order when half the restaurant knows and no one wants to take it. Two managers were standing around as well. They are so thirsty for tips from these men that they get tunnel vision. Its sad to watch.

Despite the great food and great scenery. Looks are very deceiving. I worked for Hooters for 7 years. And in an instant it all went down the drain. All because of negligence and carelessness. They had a sorry group of managers, starting with the General Manager himself. He had 2 assistant managers that acted like teenagers in middle school. The other one was a simpleton from Houston. The only decent manager they had was a man named Chris Tijerina. That was NOT a place for employment. That place was filthy! Nobody was held accountable for their actions. I did what I could to keep up with that place, but no one gave a rats a**.

After another 15 minutes of waitresses walking by my table and not acknowledging me, I stopped several waitresses and asked them if anyone was gonna take my order to which they ignored me by saying that some one would be with me shortly instead of taking the initiative to take my order. At this point I asked for a manager to step in to help me with my order. I will never spend my money at this establishment again due to poor service and rude staff.

Second time in the past couple weeks where no one is at the front to seat us . After 10 to 15 minutes of waitresses just walking by and not acknowledging us we decide to sit at a table. After another 15 minutes of waitresses walking by our table and not acknowledging us I go to the managers and talk to Jordan. Who instead of trying to make it right decided to argue with me saying I wasn t helped cause I sat myself and asked if I can read cause the sign says wait to be seated . How long am I supposed to wait there and he used the excuse that there busy when only less then half the restaurant was being used .If being busy is a good excuse for poor service and rudeness no wonder why that place has fallen and Twin Peaks is way busier and has better service. The other manager stepped in and offered to help us with our order . What kind of manager Jordan is rude to their customer when I just wanted service. I will never spend my money at this establishment again due to poor service and rude manager , I have managed a couple restaurants and have never treated a customer the way I was treated . If one of my employees was rude and not trying to fix a situation they wouldn t be an employee of the company anymore

It was a long waiting game. Wait to be seated. Wait a long time for your drinks. Wait a long time food. Wait a long time for refills. Wait a long time for the tab. Wait a long time to pay. An hour and half to eat lunch. We were in a rush. Even told server. Super slow with no sense of urgency.When arrived I asked for check. Asked again. And asked a final time. Finished eating waiting by register for our check. It was brought to us. Then we had to wait for the cashier. Wait there is more. No pun intended. Cashier was out thermal paper. It stocked somewhere else Ill be back. Ten minutes later. She comes back with two rolls. Sorry to keep you waiting she said.

There wasnt many people here when my family and i were there we were basically the only big party there besides 2 small parties the servers looked like they hated there jobs took 20min to greet us even after asking someone to help us then food took forever along with our drinks at this point we just started going to the bar for drinks because our server disappeared multiple times didnt check on us and forgot a few of our drinks i had ordered a dessert and closed our tab after about 10min i asked about my dessert and she said she forgot to put it in at this point I didnt want it anymore so I cancelled it we came here after a funeral to have a good time to only get no smiles and bad service this place really needs to work on customer service and the restrooms it smelled

My son told the waitress that it was his Birthday and she said thats nice, he asked for a chocolate cheesecake and she came out with a small shot of cheese cake. Previous time the girls sang and took a picture. Drove from West Texas for this, never again. One year later we went back 6/11/2018 at 7:11 PM. Same table same food and nothing has changed very displeased server was not happy or something, we will never go back to this place again. EVER!!! 06/12/21 Ok unless you are in a Male group, you will not get fast service you will be put in the back burner with the rest of the other families, this place is for young, single group males looking at triple size or size 0 thirsty girls. With a Mandatory $10 tip sign. They are disparate for recovery I guess.

Came here with my GF and looked forward to some good food. I travel alot and dont look for anything special when it comes to service. As long as I get seated with menus and the waitress is halfway decent I have a good time. I will cut to the point. Service was awful... AWFUL... Two of the girls were with what looked like their significant others at tables. I only noticed because one of them was OUR waitress. I get it; I was young once but at work it should be all about the task at hand. This is a place of business where the companys bottom line is priority. We stayed 20 minutes and got 2 glasses of water. This was AFTER we were seated. I ordered 2 beers that never came. Finished the waters and left. This falls on the management above all else. Im nobody but this place wont get a dime of mine in the future.

Went on May 6th, 2021, around 10:30pm. Waited at host stand for 10 minutes. Finally someone sat us down. Got our drinks and waited 15 minutes for our appetizer. 20 minutes for our food. Oh hey look! Which is bone in? She got the order wrong. Waited another 25 minute for her mistake. Had to get pull another waiter that was sitting in the booth behind us to get our food. The light on top of our table went out. Sat in the dark kinda. Definitely will never return to this hooters ever again. Worst service I ever got in my life.
