Stopped in today with two huge/cumbersome packages (totally unprepared with proper wrapping) and Mathew stepped up to make my whole experience a great one! He helped me seal them both & was so patient with me as I rushed through addresses while talking too much. If all reps were this helpful & friendly...Every trip to FedEx would be splendid.

I ve have a business account with FedEx for over 5 years now, and my personal experience as well as some of my staff members. Fedex is always spot on, with printing documentation in large quantities, and a very friendly staff, in my opinion, I choose Fedex location @ SPID and Weber over most of the so-called leading competitors. The bottom line is when you re in a hurry they ll get the job done and they will get it done quickly!

I have used this FedEx Office location several times now. It was a Sunday and I was the only patron in the store at the time, and the female employee on duty greeted me immediately. She was very nice, easy to talk to and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience in all. I wish I wouldve thought to have gotten her name now.

I needed to drop a return box and I had a QR code to print the shipping label first time at FedEx office and a gentleman showed me how to take care of the return by myself; it was very easy and time-saving. Great positive experience here.

Staff is rude and they charge $2.70 per page to send a fax. I had 15 pages to send. The UPS store charges $3 for the first page and a dollar for every additional page. Price came out to less than half of what I would have paid through Fed Ex.

Despite the numerous negative reviews here, my experience was stellar. I had to ship four large boxes to various addresses across the country. Matthew was the epitome of a customer service professional in friendliness and efficiency; he had all boxes weighed, measured, and tagged in less than 10 minutes. Overall price was almost exactly as estimated using the online FedEx shipping estimator. Five stars from start to finish. Well done!!

Went in with zero customers inside yet was met with a female employee who spoke as if she was in a rush and I was taking up too much time after barely saying hi to her. The attitude alone was ridiculous but they apparently didn t carry a lithium battery label which made me have to visit another location. 0/10 don t ever go there if you don t have to.

I have visited this place about 3 times since the opening. I have received subpar service on my first 2 visits from the female associates. There was no asking me if I needed help or acknowledging me and this time was no different...however Matthew was on top of things today. He was a very pleasant young man and helped me with all my needs showing me step by step what I needed to do. I applaud him and wish all of the fed ex associates had the same attitude. I went here last week to ship out a phone on probably one of the busiest times. I should have asked for help at the counter but was quite embarrassed. But went back again today and got the greatest help. Brandon helped me out as he was helping another customer print. He was able to multitask and was extremely patient with me. I didnt have any idea that the printing through USB had a hold charge and he explained that to me extremely politely. His patience, attitude and care for service were such a great addition to this store. I am so glad I took the chance to try my hand at shipping a package again. Him and the woman at the counter helped me pack my products without delay and by the time I got home I already had an email stating they already shipped out! And that is because he normally handles printing. How awesome! Thanks, team, for the great service!

Less than one start. Horrible service. I was told over the phone if I was there before 5 I would be able to pick up my package. I was there before 5 and they told me the driver had already loaded it and there was nothing they could do even though the driver was standing there doing nothing. The assistant manager Vanessa was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She did not want to provide me with the tracking number knowing I would need it where she was sending me. An employee Reena was the only reason I was able to get the tracking number if it wasn t for her the manager would have withheld the information from me. As a manager you should be embarrassed at your professionalism

Brandon in the print shop was incredibly helpful and patient with my print request! My laser jet prints had great quality no lines or disturbances in the print. I told Brandon what I was looking for and we test printed to ensure the quality. He offered great troubleshooting advice.

All of the reviews at this location are very bad. I guess that s the only thing they have that s consistent. If I owned this location, I would be incredibly embarrassed. I went into ship something that was supposed to ship for free but somehow I was still charged a fee. I told him I had a box in my car from a previous FedEx location inside of Walgreens that wasn t able to print my label so there was no reason to charge me for a box, but he did it anyway and said, that s too bad I already taped it up . I wasn t supposed to be charged regardless of using their box or not, but especially having my own box, he shouldn t have used one of theirs and charged me for it. I couldn t understand anything he was saying, he had on a mask and was talking very low toned and also very condescending towards me. He was very unprofessional. I was standing in line for a long time before he told me his register was open. He was pretending to be busy doing something else rather than doing his actual job. Based on all the terrible reviews, I m sure this place will be shut down sooner rather than later.

Ordered a small print job on line. Quality was poor. All horizontal lines on font were not visible. Requested a reprint for pick up the next day. Upon pickup I found 18 cards rather than the 25 ordered. Third print - horizontal lines are missing again. Waiting for fourth try. Lots of time driving and waiting for these invitations. Edit: I left with 24 of 25 invitations. Gave up on fulfilling order.

The lady at the shipping desk needs to learn some customer service skills rather than yelling at coworkers in front of customers and slamming papers around; and actually assist them and ensuring the package is correct, rather than scanning and scooting to the back with piles of other packages and slamming a rec on the desk

I love seeing the employees wipe their face and then use the same rag to wipe down counters.... We went in 30 min before close to email and print 2 documents (120) copies and the process was drawn out and we were not able to get our documents printed.

Waited 20 minutes holding heavy workboots while im pregnant. Store was not busy and had to wait for lazy employees that were leaning on counters to finish personal conversations before i was helped. I was trying to ship my boyfriends work boots off for repair for him since he works hours that they are open. Was given an 80 dollar rate since i do not have the same address as him and needed them shipped back to his address not mine Walked out went to the post office and shipped them for 20 dollars What a rip off and for bad service at that. Dont waste your money post office is way cheaper with helpful not rude employees. I will never ship anything or go here for any reason ever again.

Went in to mail 2 boxes I had pre packaged. The lady at the desk was so unwelcoming and gave me a look of disgust, im assuming due to the packaging state of my boxes. Worst experience ever, didnt even want to spend my money here. I walked out. You could have offered solutions with a smile, instead you offered complete lack of customer service, a discredit and embarasment to the company you work for.

Put $8.00 on my fedex card to print out paperwork. Someone takes off with majority the paperwork I printed out FedEx cant do anything about. Then was trying to send my receipt for the lady to print out whatever paperwork which took for ever. On top off of that was asked rudely to turn my wifi off when my wifi on my phone was never on. Had to show the lady me as a customer was not lying. Terrible company. I even called to see how much to print out some paperwork and was given wrong information and charged more before showing up in person so.. my time would not be wasted. Rediculos the customer service sucks.. worst experience ever. Ill stick with the library..plus there were how many ladies to help out or together people where they needed to go instead of standing there looking at the computer screen..

Very slow. Needed copies larger than legal which Ive done many times here and they jump right on it. Was told 24 hours however when you live over an hour away coming into corpus again is not happening. Lust of errands and everyone is short handed or under staffed. This place should be shut down. Cant ever get help. There are never enough employees, always super long lines. The computers just shut off in the middle of projects. Then once you place your order, you can guarantee that it wont come out properly. Going on day 3 of trying to get my quick order-24 hour turn around business cards. Keep in my mind I chose one of their card formats to try and make things quick and simple. What a joke!

I went in on Saturday morning to pick up an order I had placed and was greeted by an older woman who acted like she didnt want to be there. I also had a coupon that had a 20% savings and neither employee could figure out how to ring it up. I was left just waiting for them while they figured it out with no explanation or apology for making me wait. I explained to the other girl Erica I believe that I had an appointment so I would be back, there was no response from her. I gave her a few more minutes and she finally figured it out. If you dont know how to give exceptional customer service or having a bad morning go home.

I used the fax machine and I press done before the machine print the confirmation paper. I ask one of the employees and she said the she can give me the receipt, I give her the credit card I use to fax the papers and she give me the receipt, but When I checked the bank account she charges $12.97 just for a receipt. In total I paid $26 the day. And never give me a refund.

Their browsers are woefully out of date. So much so that you cant use Google Drive at all. Its ridiculous. Inevitably I spend more money than necessary on their computers because I have to download everything locally and use the MS Word docs. Lame. Update your browsers. Its really NOT that hard.

Worst service! Manager is a total jerk. No one has a smile. The college kids are ok. It seems like everyone else is forced to be there. They HATE FedEx shipping customers. I used to drop off packages for my business with prepaid labels. They seem to hate the fact that they are NOT collecting money from me directly, therefore made me wait in long lines just to drop off the packages. UPS has my business now.
