I highly recommend Cheri! She was very helpful throughout the home search & buying process. As first time home buyers, we really appreciated her advice & guidance throughout the process. She showed us multiple homes & answered our questions. She also recommended the inspections which found an issue which we would not have known about otherwise.

We are extremely grateful to get to work with Cheri. Im a transplant to Texas and I still cant get over the southern hospitality. Cheri has definitely been an immense part of why Im thankful to be in Corpus. And to think, we met while her office was at lunch outing at the restaurant I work at. Everyone was just genuinely nice and polite. This showed their true character, that people Id be happy to potentially work with. And here I am, two business transactions later, my business partners, wife and I have been undoubtedly happy with our work altogether! And now, we are looking for future homes and investments (which of course will be Cheri as our realtor)

Cheri and Jeff didnt sugarcoat anything when we were actively searching for a home just to make a sale. They took their time and were patient with us when we were making our decision between homes. As a first time homebuyer, naturally I was stressed but Cheri and Jeff were able to help simplify the process for us, keep the energy positive and made me feel content knowing that I had such knowledgeable realtors. Truly was a Rollercoaster just trying to find a house in Corpus. So difficult but with Cheri, she went above and beyond. Through illness and broken bones, Cheri was determined to find me a safe place I could call home. Her Husband was amazing as well, checking out houses with me when she physically couldnt. Would give 10/5 stars if I could for Cheri. My fiance and I worked with Cheri and Jeff while searching for our first home. We were unsure of what to expect, but the knowledge and experience Cheri provided, made the process easy. She was dedicated and always available even at a whim and even came to show us a house on Christmas Eve. Any question we had or problem that may have occurred, she was able to help us remedy. My fiance and I are not wealthy by any means, but with Cheri we felt like we were MVP clients. She is definitely one of those rare people that are genuine, honest and without a doubt hard-working. We would recommend Cheri to anyone!!!

My husband and I loved working with Cheri and Jeff! They took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for. This was our first time buying a house and have never been through the process. They were very understanding, helpful and very friendly! Communication was easy, all of our questions were answered almost immediately and very informative. We started working with Cheri and Jeff back in July 2020! We were moving to a new city, in a new state, starting a new job, and newly married all during a pandemic! Cheri and Jeff made our transition so much easier! We were very picky with very specific needs/wants in a new home and they were very accommodating! They made so much time for us, we would feel guilty when we didnt love a home...lol It became a friendship too. They made us feel so welcome to this new city and I believe that is what makes them so special! We finally bought a home, a really fast market out here, in November! Not only did they help us with finding our home but they also had a network of people that helped us get our home painted and cleaned before we moved in! They even had a plumber recommendation too! Cheri and Jeff have been a real blessing to our new family and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Corpus Christi area!

My sister and I were referred to her by a friend to help sell my mothers Estate. Cheri went above and beyond by offering to meet the charity to pick up the remainder of her belongs that were going to be donated as well as driving out to verify something in the back yard! She made the process less stressful, especially since my sister and I live out of state! I appreciate her professionalism as well as her empathy considering the circumstance. Cheri was tremendously helpful during our FIRST home buying experience. She had a keen ability to communicate the intricacies of home buying, and this overall made both my wife and I feel at ease from start to finish. We did the bulk of the transaction from Hawaii, and I was a little apprehensive on how we would be able to work together with the 6+ hour time difference. Cheri always responded quickly and bent over backwards to ensure nothing was left to translation. Military moves are never fun but due to Cheri s efforts we were able to walk right into our new house. We love our home, thank you Cheri!!!

Cheri and Jeff Jordan have been amazing and extremely helpful. We started shopping for a home prior to COVID. Cheri and Jeff listened to what we were looking for and were able to show us properties with us in mind. But with COVID and the stay at home order, we put a pause on house shopping and they were very understanding. We started house shopping again end of April early May. Cheri and Jeff continued to support us with our needs. We were able to find the home for our little family. We could not thank Cheri and Jeff enough for all that they did. They truly go above and beyond for their clients.
