Thank you to Jason Jackson for helping me! He helped resolve an issue I had with the previous owners. I had paid for and never received the rest of my graduation photos after calling multiple times. It had seemed like I was definitely not going to ever get the rest of my photos, and the money was lost that we had already paid also. When I called back again , Jason answered and let me know he would do everything he could to help, and had the photos ready for me THE SAME DAY. I couldn t be more happy knowing I finally got my photos and that it was handled so well. Definitely recommend coming here !!

I had been looking forward for my son s graduation pictures since his freshman year. I knew exactly what I wanted. My son s high year flew by and here we are. I booked this session knowing what I wanted. We went in yesterday for our appointment. My photographers were Eliza and Lindsay. Let me say that my expectations were exceeded. These photographers knew exactly what I wanted and captured everything to the T. They were as amped up about this photo shoot just as my husband and I were. They were so involved and made the experience fun. I ll definitely be going back for all my future pictures with them. Their teamwork made the pictures I thought about into reality.

I just wanted to write a quick review. The customer service is great. Didn t have to wait. The reason I gave. 3 start is because of how nice the staff was. However! My daughter was supposed to be able to have two wardrobe changes, the formal, and the cap and gown photo. I paid from 330 pm to 415pm. 1. She was told there s not enough time to do the wardrobe change. And two when she was done they didn t even communicate any to me. As I was walking out to head home the lady says you ll receive a text with a link to order your photos. No link at 7 pm definitely will not be going there for the twins photos

Professional and courteous. Location is well equipped and set up. We ordered on line easily but received damaged photos due to mishandling by the Post Office. TSS were willing to replace the damaged photos at no extra charge. Reasonable fee for photo session. TSS sent photo for Senior Yearbook to High School without issue.

One star for stealing my $$$ First off I never received the photos I ordered. The actual images were not much better at all due to lighting & effects. This company is way over rated. Their customer service is just as bad. Its been 2 months and I never received the photos I ordered. They dont know how to track their own packages. This company needs much improvement all around. Pictures are memories that last a lifetime but burning customers & taking their money with nothing in return, also leaves an impression that will last forever. Get it together TSS.

My daughter had Christmas photos very last minute announcement with the school. Whipped up an outfit for her. I received her photos and they did a full body picture and cut her feet and shoes out of the frame though you have plenty of empty space above her head. So very annoying frustrating that her feet aren t in the pic and throws the whole balance of the picture off. It s a fully body pic with no feet. And you except me to buy that Just ruins the whole pic.

Misleading information!!! Says free shipping but they still charge you!!!! The women at the photo shoot stated pictures would be available Tuesday. The order form says free shipping when ordering within 3 days of the picture availability. I ordered on the third day but still was charged $4.00. I called hoping they would apologize for the misleading information but no. The man was rude as if I did something wrong!!? I will never use the place for pictures EVER! $4.00 or an apologize for the confusion would have kept my business. Its Christmas season so you would think they would want the Christmas picture business but I guess not. I specifically asked the women at the event if I could give her my email and she said not till I order. She then said there is no way she could check if the email they have is correct. Again, the man on the phone never apologized.
