8/21/24 3 stars only because we came and play structure area is closed. Looks fun but closed due to construction/repair? The splash pad was open though so my toddler had fun anyway. 9/28/24 Play area still under construction so that part still closed. Bathrooms near the splash pad are a mess. There is always nasty water on the floor. Only 1 door out of all the bathroom stalls lock for privacy. 1 sink doesnt work out of the 2.

Love the track, its clean,long,so much to look at so you dont get bored walking or running or cycling. You can play any sport in the fields and court. You can have a picnic and parties under the pavillion. You can enjoy the water park so much FUN. And they have a small pond/ swamp with baby ducks. Weve seen baby garden snakes, frogs, jumping spiders,a rat around.... Restrooms need work and so do some of the kids music instrument section. Amazing place. Family and pet friendly. Playground: Its covered from the sun. Lots of space,clean. Toilets: The restrooms are a bit filthy. Dog-friendliness: Many ppl come with their pets leashed obviously. And they have doggy bags for poop.Lots of field. Picnic area: Lots of field for picnics. A Huge pavilion space but no tables.

Discovering this charming park was a delight for our family! The kids had a blast, especially enjoying the unique swings at the heart of the park. With amenities like basketball, baseball, football, and soccer fields, plus what seemed to be a walking track, there s something for everyone. Although a couple of swings were missing, the park offers three accessible bodyweight workout machines, including leg press, tricep dip, and chest press, catering to all visitors. We visited on a Saturday in March and found it pleasantly uncrowded. Highly recommend for a fun-filled family outing!

Despite the obvious need of repair to the rubber mat ground and some of the musical instruments, this park is the best park Corpus has to offer in my opinion. It has a Zipline on the playground, a modern style merry go round, a boat that rocks, spinny things, bouncy things, an overall inspired playground. By far the most innovative and fun park there is to offer. They even have the most sophisticated outdoor exercise equipment Ive ever seen in Corpus Christi. I saw a basketball court, a splash pad nearby which I assume is open seasonly. I saw a running track around the park and theres a large covered concrete area that looks perfect for roller blading. Before I even saw the zip line I thought this park had the coolest playground equipment, but that just took the cake. Spruce this up, fix the trip hazards and call this the City Park as far as Im concerned.

I really enjoy coming here with my children. They love the splash pad and park and I like to come early in the morning to walk the track and use the exercise machines. The park is shaded and has a shaded area for parents to watch their children in the splash pad. The kids especially love the anticipation of getting splashed when the giant bucket fills up!!

The playground is very big and has a cover covering half of it, so its very comfortable for parents to sit and watch their kids. They have very unique stuff for the kids too play on. Playground: The playground is very unique in my opinion

Great place for all ages! Liked how most of the play area is fenced in. Plus far away from streets and cars. Didnt get to try the new splash pad as it was too cold! But it looked like itd be really fun. So on a hot day you could play in the park and then cool off in the water!

Great park. Just a couple of blocks from my house so I spend a lot of time here. To start off: Salinas park is HUGE. Plenty of space. Plenty of different play areas. Im mostly here to jog around the path and that is huge, too. Park is neatly kept and clean. Overall:

Took my son here today and he loved it! Big playground with lots of activities safe for smaller kids. Splash pad has several fountains and a big bucket that dumps water every few minutes. The only thing the park could use is more picnic tables/seating, but other than that its the best of both worlds compared to the other parks.

This park is very fun my daughter loves it very much theres always plenty of parking the park is clean the only downside to the park is that by the swings the ground is always ripping and coming apart and as well at the bottom of one of the slides also when it rains theres usually a lot of standing water besides that this is a nice place to take your family

I like it but i would of loved it if only the walk way could Be fixed! Its all broken up, cracked and uneven! I have to be looking down all times because Im afraid that I could do one wrong step and I could twist my ankle or fall.. My sister did once fell down.

Nice walking trail. However they do need to be resurfaced as walking can be a bit tricky in areas. If not looking down could possibly twist an ankle. Park area for kids from the walking trail, looks well kept although I not Ive not really been in that part of the park. Always see parents and kids using the park. Has ample parking.
