They have been clients for years and I can say I was very satisfied with all the process Mrs Allyson Ramos was very professional, very clear, honest and helpful since the beginning of the process and I was able to get my legal documents in 7 months.

My brother is in jail. I have called mrs. ramos everyday for the past week and a half and never get a return call. Seems to me that the only thing that works is her ofice is the answering machine. (Hello??? CELL PHONE!!) When i do get an answer its from her assistant who can offer no information and cant seem to ever find a file. Mrs. Ramos is court appointed and seems to offer no help for no money! I know I shouldn t gripe about free help, I just didn t want my brother in jail. I overreact sometimes and he seems to be happy with the outcome

She is a scammer, I had a case with her, supposedly she was going to contact me with immigration, I only filled out the application and she never sent the documentation that immigration sent to her office or explained what it was about... when I tried to talk to her they told me that I had to pay $100 dollars when I already had a case with her and her services had already been paid... it was logical that she had to answer any question I had... I was in immigration and the worst thing was that she charged me family $10,000 dollars you are a scammer Laura Ramos along with the man who answers the phone..... you are a racist who instead of helping people with immigration you only steal the money

I called The Law Office of Laura Ramos to attain information to represent a minor in my immigration services. Upon explaining and asking information whether or not the law office was accepting new cases, the gentleman on the line stated we only take cases we can win, how do you know your minor isnt lying to you?. This gentleman proceeded to questioning me if I was able to differentiate when an illegal immigrant is lying, even though immigrant minor has all legal documentation form home country and other legal documents showing evidence of his case. I tried explaining to the gentleman on the line, and he reported he is not interested in taking the case, and I thanked him for his time. Very disappointed service.

This review is based solely on my opinion......family and I hired Laura Ramos in January 2023 for Criminal and Immigration matters regarding a family member. This law office is extremely hard to get hold of and difficult to get any information about the case. The secretary is uninformative and has poor combination skills and lacks knowledge regarding the process of cases. Be cautious and review in detail in the retainers if you happen to hire this Attorney as ours had errors in it. We have sent thousands of dollars to this attorney with no help at all. We have requested several times to have a phone call or meeting regarding the case and updates and the Attorney Laura Allison Ramos would never get back to us. We have requested copies and proof of what was filed in this case. The Law Office could not provide us with any specific documentation filed in this case. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My family and I hired Laura Ramos in January 2023 for criminal and immigration matters involving a family member. I HAVE MY CASE WITH THIS OFFICE AND EVERY TIME I CALL TO ASK ABOUT MY CASE THEY DO NOT ANSWER AND WHEN THEY ANSWER THEY TELL ME THEY ARE GOING TO CALL ME AND THAT CALL NEVER ARRIVES, ENOUGH MONEY IS PAID FOR THEM TO NOT HAVE ATTENTION AND COMMINICATION, I WILL CONTINUE WAITING CALL ME!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I called for a friend. Dont know if my friend is ready for an attorney or not but I would at least consult with her if I needed one and I was referred to her by attorney Herald Waller which means a lot right there. He is excellent.

I have been trying to contact this attorney MANY MANY TIMES and she has not responded back. Other CAAS that I have had to deal with have never been this difficult to contact. I am so displeased with this attorney.
