Only wants your money. Had to constantly stay on top of them. Came highly recommended from a friend but I personally was not impressed. Have had questions that needed clarification after the case and conversations took 30secs to a min. Called today with a question that again only took 30 secs to answer followed by being told if I wanted any other questions answered to book a $300 appointment.

If you re reading this review, chances are you already heard that Bianca Medina is an AMAZING lawyer. I just want to express our gratitude for the Law Office of Bianca Medina-Rodriguez. Bianca is very knowledgeable in and out of the court room. She and all of her staff have had our back from Day 1. No question was left unanswered. Overall, we got the results we were praying for. And it wouldn t have been without the help of this law office. I would recommend Bianca to ANYONE and EVERYONE! And for the record, this case was done out of another county rather than Nueces and Bianca STILL showed up and showed out every single time. I cannot express how utterly grateful I am for Miss Bianca Medina. Not just Bianca but her absolutely wonderful team of women in that office. I never had a question unanswered. Thanks to this team I feel like I have 1,000lbs less on my shoulders (I am not exaggerating). Although the other party made it fairly easy I couldn t have done this on my own. After having issues with a previous lawyer I had hired, I was referred to Bianca Medina through a co-worker and a good friend from church. Let me tell you, best thing I ever did. I hired Bianca June 6th 2022. I had to get a temporary hearing in front of a Judge so I could try and get My Son into Windsor Park Elementary where he qualified for the gifted and talented program! Bianca had very limited time but She worked hard and made it happen. We got it in front of a Judge before school started and he granted my Boy to go to one of the best schools in the state of texas!! Bianca is very knowledgeable, very confident and commands respect in the courtroom. She will fight for you and tells you like it is. There is no BSn around with her. She is definitely the best attorney you can hire. Im truly grateful for Bianca Medina. She helped me and my boy out so much!! Her number is saved In my phone. I will use her again if needed!!

I had a very difficult case with my divorce process, but her team made it easy for me and I came out very satisfied with the service that I was provided. Bianca and her team i highly recommend them for any legal case she is straightforward and will tell you the way it is although there was times where I felt like I lost hope but she kept fighting for me . Like I said, I would highly recommend her for your case. BIANCA AND HER TEAM ARE AMAZING! When searching for Attorneys, I thought long and hard about who I would want to represent me; and I am so happy that I went with my gut and hired Bianca! I tend to worry a lot and understand that that may not be the easiest type of client to work with, however Bianca and her team always assured me that they knew exactly what they were doing; and this held true. Another thing I can say about Bianca is that she will fight for what you want but is also realistic, and at the end of the day, does what is best for you and your family. She will not sugar coat anything and will let you know what the best course of action is; but trust her! She knows what she is doing! Bianca is also very trustworthy and letting her know your whole story would only help her fight for you more. Having to go through a divorce and fight for custody is not something I would wish on anyone, but even when at times I would worry, Bianca and her team would snap me out of it, tell me to buckle down and trust them. Christina was such a pleasure to work with as well (as was Bianca s entire staff). Christina was also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing and advocated and advised directly under Bianca and ensured that my son and I would get through our situation (that no matter the outcome, everything would happen the way it should). Again, do not hesitate to hire Bianca and her team! I am beyond blessed to have had her as my attorney and I will definitely be reaching out if I ever need any legal help in the future. BE SMART! HIRE BIANCA! IF GOOGLE LET ME GIVE TEN STARS I WOULD! Where do I start. Oh yeah, this woman is amazing. She is the HBIC I was looking for when I was looking for an attorney to represent me. If your looking for someone to represent your family, she s definitely the one. Her staff in her office are great too. Christina s my all time favorite! All of these women are caring and sincere but also ready to do whatever it takes to fight for you in your case. The legal system and having to fight for custody of your children is not something I d wish on my worst enemy. It s hard on everyone. For a single independent mom of two kids, starting over can be extremely scary but having these women by my side as I fought for my son was empowering and by far one of the best decisions I ve made in a long time. I want to try to review an excellent Lawyer in just a few words that are being written down by just a simple man. The Office of Bianca Medina is at a Standard that is on point and on a direction that is prepared with guidance disposition and care for doing the right thing. This Lawyer not only save me from my Divorce that had gone so wrong with my first lawyer Mr. Vela. I fired him and Bianca took my case to help me and my out come was outstanding. Attorney Bianca Medina also help me again with my Son and my custody battle for him. The information provide by Bianca Medina to the 28th Dist Court was outstanding and with my examples of damaged and failures actions by and from his mother all associated information use was again on point and in the end Bianca Medina save the life of a young man and child. I would recommend This Office and Bianca Medina over and over again no questions. The Court rule was for my Son to stay with me and also was given court order for child support by the Texas Child Support disbursement for my son and me.
