I set up a phone appt for a free consultation as I m in another state with a third person with Erin Breaux and I actually thought it went very well. She appears to be a strong woman and we were hoping that we could work together. Unfortunately she ghosted us. Never returned our calls and after trying 4 times we gave up. A message saying she wasn t interested would have been greatly appreciated as we wasted a lot of time.

I did not engage Kreig attorneys, but their consultation gave me the confidence it wouldve been a good choice. They contacted me quickly to help explain my legal situation (just a bit), and describe how they would help. Specifically Caitlin Revanna was professional, courteous, and direct. I had a phone consultation with this firm seeking information about the need for probate. Montana Cortez was very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She determined we did not need to probate the estate. The thing I liked about her approach is she answered questions and did NOT try to upsell me on their services. That was appreciated because this is not a great time for our family, and the pressure of a sales job was not something we were looking forward to. We REALLY appreciate our interaction with this firm and will definitely retain them should we need to in the future.

I contacted Corpus Christi Probate Attorneys-Kreig LCC to see if they were able to assist me with issues relating to will and probate of a family member. They offered a free consultation appointment for the following day. Ms. Montana Cortez was my assigned layer for this consultation. She was patient and clearly outlined all of my options going forward. She was able to answer all of my questions and provided me with information that was not available to me otherwise. Ms. Cortez was knowledgeable about the in depth details regarding my circumstances and was very professional. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing assistance from a probate lawyer.

UPDATE: the attorney got back in touch but said they are unable to help me, which is disappointing. Still, Im not going to take off any stars because its hard to find a probate attorney who will give a free initial consultation. ORIGINAL POST: I am waiting to hear back regarding the next steps, but the initial consultation was very good. I had enough time to bring up my main concerns, and the lawyer let me know possible solutions including one that is less expensive than going to court. Another lawyer I contacted wanted $500 for an initial consultation, so it was nice to find one who gave free advice. I hope that this lawyer ultimately can provide an affordable resolution.

I had a fairly complicated probate for my mothers estate and I had no idea where to start.
