I have used Mr. Reyes for my lawyer twice, once for my initial divorce and then again for modification of my child support!! He has always had the best advice and knows exactly what he is doing!! Reasonable pricing and I greatly appreciate all the work and time he did but also his Paralegal Maria who dealt with all my phone calls which I greatly appreciate her listening and understanding as well as Mr. Reyes!!! Great team, wouldn t look any where else!!!!!

Very clean and comfortable, Mr Reyes and Maria are easy going personable people. The office is large, seems newly moved into or renovated so theres none of the stiff formality many of us assume would be included in law offices. Very well put together, in my opinion.

EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. Did a free consultation and with that free meeting he told me the best way to fix my problem without going to court and WITHOUT paying a $4,000 retainer fee. Within an hour of the FREE consultation he had the papers I need drawn up and sent to me. I paid less than 25% of the retainer fee to get everything done. Thank you so much !!

If you want a lawyer that has time for you , this is not the one . Multiple emails left unanswered, in which he responded he gets 100 s of emails a day and it s hard to keep up. When I called upset about the lack of response , he kept assuring me I would get custody of my son . In reality we were fighting for my daughter. Just goes to show how much he actually cared for the case . Don t get me wrong , he is extremely responsive when collecting your retainer fee .

I previously had another lawyer Who I decided to let go to get a 2nd opinion about a custody issue with Mr. Reyes not only did I have a custody issue I also had a 2nd issue with my husband when I sat down with Mr. Reyes and discussed what he could do to help me win my custody battle I knew he was the man I need to help fight my case letting go of my 1st attorney and hiring Mr. Reyes was the best decision I ever made he was able to fight for full custody of my child and much more than I expected thank you Mr. Reyes and your staff Maria and Yvette for always going above and beyond for your clients

Talked to Mr. Reyes via phone because I had second thoughts about the original divorce lawyer I hired. Mr. Reyes could of easily talked bad about this lawyer just so that I would sign up with him but he gave me good advice and advised me to stay with who I originally hired. Very helpful information.

Great attorney.. I chose him for his knowledge and how aggressive he was and how confident he was that he could achieve what I wanted.. I referred him to family because of his compassion and results achieved in court.. I am so thankful for this lawyer! He was able to terminate my daughters fathers rights which is no easy task even with a good cause (as I was told from other lawyers). He then was able to settle a very difficult case for a family member.. if you want results without needless billing hours, he s your guy..

This is a very smart friendly polite Attorney. He took the time to hear my case. Without charging a fee just to listen. I really think it is a rip off when lawyers want to charge you $300 to hear your case then at the end of the conversation theybtell you sorry can t help you. However with Reyes he coukd not help me but took the time to guide me in the right direction for help. I highly recommend any one to hire him.

Emmett was a great attorney and helped me by keeping out of prison. I was looking at 22 years max. I had several felony cases that he was able to have them ran concurrent. Emmett R. Reyes was very reasonable in cost and very informative and straight to the point. I would defently recommend him to anyone needing help with a criminal case(s) . Im trying to see if he will be able to do my divorce case if he is able to. Im sure hell be just as great as before. I could never thank him enough!

Excellent attorney! Retained Mr Reyes to get visitation of my children. I dont think he charged enough. Honest fair and cares about his clients needs and most of all the best interest of children.
