The immediate mold smell when you walk in, the sticky floors, the dirty tables, the absurd lighting, the terrible decor, fast food like preparations, terrible male server (casper), no food etiquette or training from the FOH, Crocs & sweats, food looked beautiful, but tell me why all 3 of our dishes had a tinge of fish to it and none were seafood dishes. Payed and tipped and I surely did not take any leftovers or even eat what we purchased. Ill never go again.

I have been to noodles and dumplings multiple times, honestly probably 10+ times and its one of my favorites. I would go every time I got my braces tightened and still go when Im in corpus. I have ordered - Xiao long bao Pork dumplings Colorful dumplings Walnut shrimp Cream cheese wontons And two of their ramens, The Xiao long bao is by far my favorite, the soup is always hot and flavorful and I love the texture of the dumpling dough (on honestly every dumpling) The customer service is good when dining in but human error of course is something that happens on occasion, I have noticed that when doing pick up they do not come off as friendly, but they do allow you to wait in the car and will bring your food out to you! Which I like a lot! All the times I have gone Ive never gotten my order given to me incorrectly. All in all, they are a location I visit often and would visit again! We were seated right away. It took a little bit to get waited on. The young lady took our drink order then disappeared. Hailey was quick to step up get our drinks for us and make sure we had our food order placed and took good care of us. She was very knowledgeable in the food and made some good recommendations for us. The food portion was excellent we definitely had to bring left overs home. The taste was great. The overall restaurant was clean. The restroom could use some extra attention there wasn t any toilet paper and the floors were dirty. We will definitely go back! Thank Hailey for making our experience a good one!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST service if you re ever thinking about going to pick up lunch in the drive thru don t even waste your time!!! I ordered all but 5 measly dumplings it took a whole 30!!!!! Mins to even get them half my lunch hour was gone! I had to tell them just to refund me then all of a sudden my food appeared the guy in the drive thru apparently thought I didn t need silverware and would eat with my hands! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!!! Not to mention the price gouging they got going on!!

We arrived close to closing and placed our order at the drive-thru window. The manager took our order. He recommended not to order the vegetable spring roll unless you were a vegetarian. I ordered those, and they were tasty. He was very honest about the taste of the other items ordered. I would eat there again, given the chance to visit Corpus Christi again.

Have loved this place since it first opened but the quality and service has gone so downhill. It really makes me sad since we ve really enjoyed it. Came in for dinner and the place was a bit of a mess but not busy currently busy just needed some tables cleaned off as quiet a few were messy, whoever was at the front asked for 4? As we were 3 adults and a 1 year old, we said yes, 3 plus a high chair, as in we will need a high chair as one of seats as he s a very small child. The guy sarcastically says back so 4 with a eye roll and walks us to a table that has 3 chairs and an empty spot so we thought ok perfect we can grab a high chair to put there. Nope, he grabs another chair and fills the spot doesn t say a word and turned and walked off. We had to now move a chair out of the way and track down our own high chair which is fine we are perfectly capable of grabbing it but he didn t let us know where they are or offer any assistance whatsoever. And it was just very off putting, we didn t say anything or give this man any reason to cold shoulder us this was our only interaction with him. We got the high chair (cleaned it, it was filthy) got sat down at our table and then just ..nothing. Two other parties had their order taken, someone started bussing tables (which greatly needed to be done) some others where walked in and sat at the newly bussed tables, no one ever came back to our table not even for drinks. It s a small building, you can see us see we ve looked at the menus and put them aside ready to order, see we don t have drinks, we did not get a single other acknowledgment from anyone. We sat there for 10 minutes and stood up and just left. Never even got a drink. Only words spoken was when we had said how many was in our party and thanked the other person who gave us the menus. And so we left. It was such a disappointment, we ve loved this place and the dumplings have always been great. But the negative experience and lack of service means we most likely won t return. We love local spots and wish this one all the best, but need some better training or management with the front of house staff, hopefully they can get it straightened out.

In short, 10/10! Details now the food was so fresh, generous portions, and so delicious! Moreover, I accidentally tipped over my noodle soup bowl All over myself! They immediately came to my aid moved me to a new table and had a fresh bowl in front of me in less than 5 minutes! AMAZING SERVICE! Definitely eating here again and again! Recently ran an order from this location for door dash. The order was essentially forgotten and resulted in a 45 minute wait waiting on a soup. During the wait several orders were prepared and handed out. The Togo associate seemed more interested in a buss boy rather than check on orders. The food was okay but it feels like quality is going down. The prices are definitely not worth it. Overpriced! The Orange Chicken is $15.99 for just chicken, no rice or noodles. You have to add a side of rice or noodles for $4.50. But they mix is all together in one plate and give you less of your entree. If you are paying for a full entree and a side order of noodles, they should give them to you separately and a full portion. We will definitely not be going back with these prices.

My 1rst time trying this place. Ill have to say I had high expectations of this place on the noodles. My take-out order was just ehhh it didnt include anything so I ordered the chicken egg rolls...well lets just say wheres the chicken for 6.99 it came with a sweet n sour sauce that had the consistency of water. Getting back to the fried combo noodles over sauced noodles drowned in sauce.Will I return probably not... just didnt meet my expectations of a noodle place.

This place is amazing. The food is hot and fresh and they serve very generous portions so you could either have leftover for lunch the next day or share. I wish the lights weren t so bright it s very distracting and like just too much. But it s a great place to dine in, and the service is great.

Ordered from the grab and go still took almost 15 mins. No crab AT ALL in the crab Rangoon, and the spring rolls are the same frozen ones you buy from HEB, still mushy and raw in the middle. Sauce is just watered down soy with something else to make it look orange? Gross. Wont be back.

Update: I can t believe they charge $3.50 for fried rice with an entree! That s almost a $20 meal and the portion is no where close to Hunans portion size. The takeout portion box is small and I definitely am not getting $20 worth of food in that container. This is a horrible practice. I was very disappointed in this. I ve heard this place is the place to get great noodles and hand rolled dumplings and I wasn t disappointed. We ordered take out -just be mindful they don t have a drive thru. There is a really cool glass area to watch two employees hand rolling and filling dumplings and buns. Our order was over $70 for two mushroom pork noodle meals and two Pork Belly Tonkatsu Ramen Noodle orders plus an order of pan fried shrimp dumplings. Get the shrimp dumplings they are delicious. Once we received our order I was a little worried the portion size was small for the entree prices but it sure wasn t. The noodle bowls seemed endless. Very filling and delicious. Fantastic choice and nice restaurant ambience.

I came here excited to try this new place. Never again! I stood here waiting to be seated for over 15 minutes... and on top of that, I was never acknowledged.... no hello, no hi, Ill be with you in just a minute... no nothing!!!! OVER 15 MINUTES!!! Really delicious especially the dumplings! Kind of awkward to eat at though and felt like our server was kind of forgetful at times then felt like we were kind of rushed out too. Gets super busy and the seating is kind of cramped/cluttered. I recommend doing take out but definitely trying it out! :)

Walked on about 2:20 p.m. on a Thursday. Nice looking on the inside. There was a large table in back and 2 other couples in the restaurant. We were seated promptly and given menus. We watched another couple walk in and get drinks and then another couple walk in and get drinks all the while we are patiently waiting for someone to take any kind of order from us. One worker remained on the phone and the other scrambled to tend to his tables. Finally after us watching everyone else get tended to we decided to wait no longer but did want to let someone know we did not get waited on while other people were walking in and already had drinks at least. Walked up and let the man know that we had not even gotten to order a drink yet but others who had walked in after were already tended to and he said Oh Im sorry she was supposed to get you. referring to lady on the phone. We simply walked out. There are noodles places all over Corpus Christi and so we are now headed to another but this one is new to us and we wanted to give it a try but since there are noodle restaurants all over the city your customer service is what will set you apart from the rest. I was very dissapointed and may try again in the future but cannot really post for the food as the service itself was not good and we could not stay.

The food its very VERY good, the service amazing BUT its so dirty, the floor sticky, the windows terribly splashed and flies all over. I really love this place but they have to notice how dirty it is. Everytime I have been here I notice the same thing, and its a shame, they have a very nice place.

Went to get fav udon noodles w/chicken today. What a disappointment. Ive ordered this dish 5 times in the past and know how its supposed to look with red/orange spice sauce. What i got was a bland looking dish with a white pile of chicken on top. Waitstaff said that it was same dish but substituted different spice topping because ran out. Suggested I stir it up and it will be fine. Decided to just take the dish to-go anyway. Then ccard machine not working. I didnt have cash. Wanted ccard back and they keep food. Mánager on the phone said i had to leave ccard info for processing later or she wouldnt give card back. Bottom line....ccard hostage for order improperly prepared and could not exchange.
