The employees have a bad attitude , came to get my order and it wasn t ready but the app said it was , a employee that was off came in and they all stopped working to greet him , prolonging my order , people came in and got there order before me when I was here before them , I am a manager and i strive for customer service , this place does not provide it very well , lady at the front counter did not want to be working there , you could tell .

This is the 2nd time this location has charged me for the wrong order. Both times the amount charged was more than I should have paid! I will be coming by to get the correct charge. Not coming back to this location again. And the boneless wings were too hard and the fries were too soft and soggy. Seemed like they were hardly cooked.

the food here is hit or miss, other wingstops make their food better. their boneless wings are always overcooked & barely have any meat. their bone in wings are always dry. the only thing thats ever good from here is their fries. the employees here are also always disrespectful & rude. ive only been helped by 2 employees here that were actually nice & helpful. ive had multiple bad experiences with the same young girl who works here, she has an attitude when spoken to & laughed at me while ordering. my husband had a bad experience with another girl who worked here today. she gave him the wrong order and insisted he still took it even though it belonged to someone else. then kept running her mouth while he was paying, his card declined the first time because the card was locked and she said if you dont have enough money just say that then when he tried again and it was approved she said oh i guess you do have money. after all this he still had to wait for the order even though it had already been 30 mins, we ordered online. it wasnt until a different employee came to help him & apologized for the other girls behavior. this place really sucks & theres really only very few people here who actually do their jobs right & are respectful to customers.

I come to Wingstop often, & lately the past few times I ve been coming it s been getting worse. It s been time after time with the same cashier with glasses, every time I pay she crumbles up my receipt & throws it away. I ve asked her before that I want my receipts. The wings have been terrible the past few times, the wings weren t even covered with mango habanero, just a drop. Terrible, just terrible. Might be going to Ayer s Wingstop from now on

My family tried wingstop for the first time at this location. We spent 71 dollars and some change. It was awful. The wings were so hard we ended up having to throw the whole order in the trash it was like trying to eat a bunch of rocks. There was an employee by the name of Mariah that was so rude that I almost walked out when I was ordering. I wish now I did just leave because it was almost 72 dollars wasted. This location weither needs new management and employees or they need to be shut down.

I called in at 10:00PM, ordered for pick up, said it would be a 20-25min wait. Left work, got there and asked for my 2 Dr. P s while i waited. The girl gave me coke. The manager was helping someone later, and thats when i heard that apparently the DP was out. Lady didn t tell me, ask me what I PREFERRED, and didn t offer to change the DP either. ANYWAY, my order was finally ready at 11:00PM (they were waiting on fresh fries). I get home tell me why the fries are COLD AND SOGGY, the boneless wings are COLD and BARELY even tossed in sauce. Like be sooooo for real. Wingstop is sooo hit or miss. Literally do better.

I had ordered from the WINGSTOP app and chose delivery, when my food was delivered (by DoorDash) it was missing one of my meals (just the chicken) I had 3, drinks and 3 fries but NOT 3 boxes of with out chicken. I had called to see what could be done about it and got nothing but attitude from the girl who answered the phone. I asked for a manager and she told me I can get one but they are going to say the same thing . The manager Joe got on the phone and said nothing could be done except a refund. He said it would be 3-5 days. I call back on day 7 because I hadn t gotten my refund and talked to manager Veronica she said it would take 10days and then they could tell me where my refund is. Day ten came and passed and still no refund. I never prefer to order from there because they always get my order wrong but this whole experience has been horrible.

Zero stars if I could! We ordered 200 wings for a family get together as we mourn the lost a family member. Our order was not made correctly and when we called and spoke to the manager, he did absolutely NOTHING. We weren t even given the full 200 wings and did not get them split in the flavors we requested. They truly lost A LOT of business from our family. Please hire a new manager and someone who actually knows how to handle running a business. Our family has been through enough and we truly didn t need another stress added.

Always love the old pilot days atmosphere! However, like any other Wingstop location, the waiting times are a little long. Sometimes, youre having to wait 40 minutes to an hour. I do love their wings and fries. But the waiting time NEEDS some definitely significant improvement. I dont like waiting too long for my food. If you dont mind waiting, then I absolutely recommend Wingstop to anyone. The locations are all consistent and amazing in the food, however. This location, never had a bad experience with them.

It took forever to get our food and they didn t even offer us our drink that we had already paid for while we waited for our meal. The veggies didn t look fresh or appealing and the wings were just ok. This shopping strip seems rather sketchy. I wouldn t take my family here to dine in. Ordered online for pickup. Went in to pick up order and waited for it to get done. Drove straight home to find out I was shorted four wings, my fries were old and cold. My rolls were cold, my wings had no seasoning. I called the restaurant. They wanted me to bring the food back. I live in Flour Bluff and get up at 3:30 in the morning for work. Its not my fault they messed up my entire order. Poor customer service, manager, Timothy has no idea how to deal with customers. Doesnt even answer the phone professionally... One cashier was nice and tried helping us to the best she could while the other cashier who was just plain rude to everyone, stopped her from helping us to tell her rudely she cant do that for us. The impression she gave was that she didnt want to be there and didnt care what anybody wanted. Some of my items were not in my bag and what was in my bag wasnt even worth the money. This store is extremely busy. I have been craving wings from here for about 2 months now. I havent had the chance to even eat here. I have gone in about 3 to 4 times this past month alone and havent been able to even get an order placed without a wait time of 35 plus minutes for carryout. My friend always finds the sweet spot for pickup. She tends to order ahead. Be these almighty coveted wings. They come in several flavors from plain to Habenero Hot. Boneless to mild. This Wingstop is the best one in Corpus. The staff is personable, unlike the other Wingstops here and the food is made correctly AND in a timely manner. Wings always take a while to cook if you want them fresh, this Wingstops staff will tell you how long it will be, and youll get your order right about the same time they said you will. The staff cleans up the tables right away, keep the restaurant clean, and they help get refills relatively quickly even if they are super busy. We go out of our way to get our wings from here

Over all it was a good experience. The only problem with this restaurant is that there is only one guy in the back cooking. The cashiers were distracted just conversating. I doubt there was a manager on site. If there was, he/she needs to be fired for not being present. The guy cooking did an awesome job. I decided to stop and order wings because it appeared empty and i thought placing and receiving an order would be quick. Famous last words. I ordered 8 wings, fries and a drink. The person told me it would take twenty minutes. I should have left then but decided to stay. Thirty eight minutes later i went up and asked about my order. I looked at my receipt to make sure the time of order was listed. I noticed my name was there too. The same person who took my order approached me and i reminded the person that they had told me twenty minutes and here it was thirty eight minutes going on forty. The person took my receipt looked at the time went to the back to look at the other orders then returned and took one of two bags of wings and fries that were on the counter and had been there for fifteen minutes. ( I saw the other employee place them there) The person then gave me one of the bags. I asked if it was what i had ordered and the person said yes. When I arrived home i noticed i had been given what i ordered however the bag had Ricks name on it. That is not my name. Needless to say I will never return there because of the sloppy service. The fries were really good and so was the root beer i ordered. The wings were ok. Nothing to brag about. I would recommend going to Wings n More if you want wings or make your own. If you are wondering why I kept saying the person its because i couldnt tell if the person was male or female and wearing a mask because of covid made it harder to determine the gender. Keep in mind I have no problem with males, females or anyone who is transgender. I myself have many flaws.

I attend this wing stop at least 3 times a week, me and my friend came in after a long day of work. We also work in the food industry also. So we know how it is for customers to come in 30 minutes before close. We placed our order while the lady at the register had one air pod in, and said she couldnt hear us. So we spoke louder, didnt mind that. But Marie told us we had a limited time to eat there inside the restaurant, so we suggested we eat outside,she rudly replied and said they bring in the chairs and tables at 12 on the dot. We never had a problem with time before. And as a person that works in the food industry we let people finish there food even after closing time. While ordering employees to bring in the chairs and tables she was eating fries.

That doesn t excuse a 35-40 minute estimate wait time, which I adhered too, after entering the restaurant and paying I then waited another 50 minutes before receiving the food. I m so annoyed and will never be back this location. While the worker at the counter was polite I am still annoyed.

I always want to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they disappoint every time. My garlic parmesan wings had no flavor but yet so greasy, fries are always cold even when fresh. I will avoid this location from now on.

I was contacted by the store Mgr. Mr. Roberts, it concern of a survey I had filled out prior. All though the food was great, they had miscounted, and left out part of my order, causing unhappy people at home. Mr. Roberts not only took care of the situation, he went above and beyond to make my returning experience spot on. He was professional, polite, and concerned about the issue, I will surely relate my experience with family and friends. Wingstop has a lifelong returning customer, Thank you David Roberts

wing stop is usually good, but this time it was disgusting. the wings didn t taste cooked all the way. the fries taste old. everything about it was disgusting. my wife is pregnant and she couldn t even eat. i don t recommend going the Weber location. The one on Ayers is way better.

Finally, a Wingstop that knows how to prepare wings. I just moved from a college town, Stephenville Tx where they were completely untrained and just kept teaching all the new employees the wrong way to cook. I gave them 3 chances and they never got it right. I love the Korean Q wings but up there they would always arrive dry, no sauce in the bottom to enjoy. I guess they put the sauce on first and cook them. The Weber Rd store gets them right. Delicious and extra sauce in the bottom of the tray. Its too bad they cant get a better supplier of chicken. The legs are tough stringy and difficult to enjoy.

Wingstop is normally good. I never usually complain. However, todays order was ugh!! I dont try to order from the Weber location because of this. The wings were bland. The fries over cooked. Like I didnt finish my food. I spoke with Ashley (Manager) they dont seem to like being told the food wasnt all that great. Sitting here typing this I feel as if I need to vomit. Ashley did offer another shot at attempting to make it right. I feel Im better off not trying again.
