My son and I really enjoyed our visit. Not 5star perfect- some employees attitudes and helpfulness, and bathroom cleanliness can be improved. And we didn t have any food or drinks, so I can t attest to quality or value. Bowling, laser tag, and arcade were super fun! The entire location is fun for family or adults. We will definitely be back, and hope to see the 4 stars turn to 5 on our next visit.

Pretty fun, expensive. Paid 30 for two appetizers and a beer. The food was acceptable and the beer cold, so theres that. Little taken aback when the bowl total was 47 dollars for my 3 year old, wife and myself. Associate didnt disclose the 17 dollar shoe rental was in addition to the per person cost. You dont get told what you dont ask so thats on me. Had to move lanes in the middle of a game due to technical problems. It was still a pretty good time, just not something we will be doing regularly.

We booked my sons 16th birthday party at Bowlero Corpus Christi for today. I dont ever expect things to be issue free on things like this, what matters to me is how the place deals with it when an issue arises. From booking to departure my experience was excellent. Brandon , the Corpus manager is just awesome and approaches issues with an attitude of how can i fix this. He went out of his way to make sure that our kids had a great time. Many thanks, Brandon. The CC manager, Brandon, and his staff were so great and made everything so easy with the first birthday party we had here, that we decided to have our other kid s birthday party here a few months later. The first was a 16th birthday celebration and they decorated the food table so cute with a fun light up sign and took care of everything, I was able to sit back and enjoy the fun. We just had a 10th birthday party here and Brandon, our party host Philip, and staff were attentive and communicative, and again, just exceeded expectations, going above and beyond. The food was hot and fresh both times, and replenished if it started to run low, they kept the pitchers of drinks filled, and just constantly checked on us. The venue is clean and spacious, plenty of room and seating, and other tables to spread out if needed. They are so accommodating, plus it was also so easy to book the party online and customize as needed. Definitely can t go wrong having a party here.

These are the worst lanes Ive ever bowled The lanes are drowned in oil approach I drenched in old soda. Sometimes I wish they would close down. They have the equipment to fix these problems but they let it stay all it takes it to clean the approach and limit the oil out put. I hope the fix their problems but probably wont

Don t buy the Groupon unless you plan on going in 24 hours we are from out of state and were looking for something fun to do and saw this on Groupon, paid $60 for the Groupon but were told that we couldn t use it for 24 hours. Tried to speak to the manager and basically were told there s nothing they can do and we should ve read the fine print. Also staff was rude and yelled at us when we walked in the door about no outside food or drink even when the family ahead of us brought their water bottles.

Had a birthday party here last night and was told a hour wait to get 2 lanes almost 2 hours go by and we finally get a lane but the lady up front goes I gave you 3 lanes inside of 2 but I was just needing 2 I did not need to be upsold another lane? front counter was not very helpful when trying to figuring out billing at the beginning of the night. I kept asking about prices (was trying figuring out at the beginning so I know how to split the check with the big party at the end) I get an answer of 12.00 a lane and 7.00 a shoe rental per person I even said it out loud so it s 12.00 a lane rental and 7.00 a person on shoe rental . One lanes gets stuck takes them awhile to get it fixed but not a big deal we continue our night. Then we close out and I get told now it s 12.00 a person per lane and 7.00 per shoe rental after a bit of our party already left. we had to figure out billing at the end which was upsetting due to me asking multiple times over and over how billing worked to avoid complications at the end of the night and still had issues even though I tried to double check and make sure no issues at end of night. Food, bartenders, servers did amazing for the 4+ hours we were there but front counter ruined it for us on the experience for 20+ people

We booked phone birthday reservations. Booking agent put the wrong time for my sons birthday party. We arrived no one knew about the booking. After further looking into the situation the manager Brandon M. Found that the reservations were scheduled for 6 am when the bowling alley isnt even open at that time, not 6pm which we asked for to the booking agent. Right away Brandon was apologizing for the mistake even though it wasnt his fault. It was the booking Rocio fault who booked at party at the wrong time. The staff did there best to set up my sons part in a rush. Philip are serve was amazing. He was super friendly. He did quick decorations and was on top of making sure we always had are pitchers of drinks full. All the staff were very professional and friendly. The location is so awesome. There is so much to do. All the games were working and kids had a blast playing them in-between bowling. They loved playing the air hockey game. An the claw games. Kids got to do laser tag. It was so so much fun. The laser tag area was pretty big. Super cool hype music to get u in the mood to play laser tag. Definitely recommend laser tag. I didnt get the name of the lady at laser tag but she was super nice She helped the kids get suited up for tag. The tag time u get to play is totally worth it. We definitely will be back to play again. We had younger children with us. The bowling alley had the slide things to help small children roll the ball down the lane. It helped so much for my 5yr old. The food came out in a timely manner. Food was actually really good. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with paper towels. My family and guests had so much fun. We will definitely plan on having another gathering at this location. Big thanks to the manager Brandon M. For making my sons 11th birthday party a great experience.

We booked a party here in the laser tag area, and the kids had a blast! The staff was amazing. They were helpful and very attentive to my guests needs. Brandon, the manager, is a great leader, he doesn t mind getting dirty mopping the floor, or cleaning a table, whatever it takes to get the job done. He was very attentive and polite. The staff introduced themselves and was constantly checking if we needed anything. I strongly recommend this place for a party or event because everyone had a good time! I booked at Bowlero in Corpus for my 7 year old s birthday celebration. The party host, Jesus was courteous by giving me a call prior to the booking time to let me know they lost power and offered to reschedule. I requested to wait and see if the power would come back on since my daughter really was looking forward to this. Jesus called me back and let me know they got their power back and was willing to allow the start time to be an hour later than originally booked. The manager was sweet and attentive. The staff introduced themselves and was constantly checking if we needed anything. My daughter had a blast! Definitely recommend because the adults had a good time too! Horrible weekend experience for a bowling tournament. Pit area was so filthy had to clean the bottom of my shoes after every shot. Water was leaking from the ceiling area thus there was a towel on the approach (lane 31). Was told there was only one cook so food took an hour. This poor maintenance is at the fault of ownership and upper management. Thanks for pushing bowlers away

Theres a lot of lanes to bowl. The staff is friendly. The bathrooms need improvements. The game area isnt bad but you have to buy a playing card and they charge $3.00 for the card.

Overly expensive and honestly not worth it, the front desk was unclear on the total cost until it was time to pay out. The customer service was poor as most of the staff are young and inattentive, usually because theyre on the phone. The aesthetics were good and the glow in the dark bowling was fun, but still overpriced especially since we could have done a lot more for the cost elsewhere.

We celebrated my daughters birthday with family and a dear friend. It was loads of fun for everyone from the grandparents to the grandchildren and everyone in between! The pizza and pretzels were hot fresh and delicious and the drinks were deliciously refreshing. The service was fast and friendly from the front counter to the waitstaff as well as the bartender. Had an awesome experience and would definitely recommend Bowlero for a good time.
