Overall good venue however line up is so severely unorganized. Late on opening the doors and opened multiple doors at once and was a stampede of people in Texas heat. With someone with a disability this is a liability. As a concert goer, I would recommend ropes and crowd control.

Venue was not prepared for RAW and opened almost 45 min late. Extremely limited food options. Rude guard harassing people about phones. Bottom level was an oven at times. Pre show beer garden was nothing and no live music. Chairs were decent and nice view of the Lexington but overall poor performance by this facility

Well, my family and i will never come back to this place again. We love WWE RAW and were so excited that they were coming to corpus but so completely disappointed with the American Bank Center. 1st off, no freaking security in the parking lot, which was complete madness. People are cutting people off. We got in line at 4 pm and were pretty close to the front. 5pm doors were supposed to open, so all these people started running up to the front, cutting all of us who had been waiting, and then the doors didnt open until 530pm There was no security monitoring these lines either. People were cutting people off in wheelchairs and walkers and kids. I am appalled that so many people acted like that. Seceral of us actually called the Bank Center and requested security to come out here, and we were told to just be patient. Tonights show was awesome, but I hope this venue never comes here again. We have gone to several other locations and this was by far the worst experience.

This place needs better speakers especially on the very top balconies. This past year for graduations I couldnt hear a dam thing. And the speakers werent facing the crowds so they can hear correctly they were facing away and it sounded very muffled

Purchase tickets during the rodeo for Josh Turner. Was sold seats that were not supposed to be sold. Reason it wasn t supposed to be sold was because they Had the equipment set up for the people controlling the sound. You could not view the rodeo or the concert from the seats we were sitting at. Try to resolve the issue with Ticketmaster with no success. I have been calling the American Bank center leaving messages with no success. Keep being sent to the box office where it automatically takes you to a voicemail. Don t waste your time because they don t return calls. We were sold three seats and when we asked if there was anything they could do about it on that day and we were just told no there wasn t because it was completely sold out. What a shame and waste of money. Section 109 row 6 seats 11, 12 and 13

ABC is a beautiful venue for graduations. I just attended TAMU-CC graduation this past weekend. They just have to figure out a better way for people to enter the building. Family and friends were waiting an hour an a half to enter the venue. There are no real lines (although people form a line thinking there is), no organization, no system at all. ABC employees are often rude and the hired security are even ruder. Patrons are treated like criminals. Since graduations are free for patrons, ABC employees and their hired security dont feel they need to treat the people entering their facility with any sort of respect. Ive gone to ABC for other events (that I paid to attend) and Im treated with kindness and a welcoming attitude. At one point while waiting to get past security, parents began to complain that it was going too slow. They asked that security ask more employees to come out and help move patrons thru the detectors. Security replied, You just have to wait! and then dismissed two security officers to go inside and he proceeded to work ALONE to let patrons in one-by-one with a line that went down Resaca St. and turning along N. Chaparral St. I assumed it was punishment for complaining. My family arrived at 8:30 a.m. to attend a 10:00 a.m. graduation. I got there early because I know this is how ABC works their graduations. My family and I were sitting down at 9:50 a.m. with that long line still outside. With CCISD graduations approaching fast, I hope they can figure their mess out. But after attending several graduations over the past years at ABC, this seems to be their modus operandi, and they simply dont care to improve. Its sad.

What a terrible venue. Mismanaged, unclean, unorganized and unprofessional. I have been to many graduation ceremonies, sports events, concerts and conferences here and it just keeps getting worse. Rude employees, incompetent security, unreasonably overpriced concessions, and filthy restrooms are what you can expect from this venue. Corpus Christi can do so much better.

Went to go see La Mafia who was performing after the Buc Pro Rodeo. Man was it a nite, had a girls nite out. Everything was awesome. Being able to bring back arena football to the coastal bend and venue by the bay. The experience has been good. I have to give a shoutout to the general manager Daniel Melise for the continued professionalism, support, and understanding. Also, the rest of the staff from promotions, marketing, booking, operations, etc.. they have been wonderful to work along side with. They are definitely doing their best to keep the city entertained!

This Hot wheels show sucked. It was not worth the money paid for tickets. Monster jam and others are way better. The trucks ran minimal time. We actually caught one of the free tee shirts lonched from the floor, and it wasnt even a hot wheels shirt. You can understand my 8 year Olds disappointment. It was a Sherwin Williams work shirt. The American bank center is nice, but as far as this show dont waste your money

I was a vendor at an anime convention here and it was so cold in the convention center i had to go outside and sit in my car for heat when i asked the security people why it was so cold they talked to me like i was stupid we paid a few hundred dollars for our booth and i couldn t even sit in it because it was that cold ruined the entire convention for me

We went to the Tool concert. I was attending with my brother who is blind. After the show I was leading him to the family bathroom on the 3rd floor. We were told by an employee that he had to use the main bathroom. As his sister I can not escort him into the men s room. As a blind man he needs to be able to feel the walls to find his way around. It was completely crowded in there. These are the situations that the family bathroom is made for. For an employee to deny access to an obviously disabled person was such a disappointment. We will no longer attend events at that venue.

Called a day in advance to see if I could use a prepaid Visa card to buy drinks and food was helped cheerfully by the receptionist. Only cards can buy food and drinks on the inside . Paid cash for the 5 icereys tickets at the window. Lady there was also helpful got us a family 4 pack at a good price and a fifth seat next to us . Had a great time with my wife and 3 teenagers. They American bank center had plenty of things going on during the 3 periods to keep the audience entertained. Another fun and great night thank you all staff and to the people working quickly preparing the food and drinks .

Stopped at the box office today and had a wonderful experience with the ticket lady. My wife and I are visiting from Canada until April and need a hockey fix. This venue sucks. It isnt a concert area or a military base, but no bags of any kind are allowed. And it was super embarrassing to have to take everything out of my pockets, including my feminine hygiene products and my belt cause its metal. They really need to have more awareness and to stop with their speech: Take everything out of your pockets. Electronics, metal, and chains or coins etc. We get it, okay. This isnt an airport so the security is rather excessive. Even at a rock concert you CAN have a bag. Elderly, handicapped, no one was allowed a bag through their metal detectors. And if you beeped theyd search you over with a wand handheld metal detector. I used to work as a CO (correctional officer), and I could get through *their* security in a more timely manner. AND with a clear bag of my items. Thats right even a prison would let me have a bag. Would let the visitors of the inmates have a bag. Would let anyone have a bag to take in as long as it and all the items in IT were clear and see-through. Get over yourselves. People have medicine they need with them. Also if we arent allowed to sit somewhere... Put.A.Sign.UP. if seats are open, guess what? Im sitting. I drove nearly 4 hours to get here, and they told me to move in a rude matter of fact way. Im never going back. Just wanted to support my family, and the employees ruined it for us. And no popcorn just overpriced chips and candy. Why do you have it on the menu if its not available??? Youre basically a convenience store at that point. And I saw 4 employees simply standing there watching the chips and candy. You really do not need *that* many people to hand out chips and candy. Gas stations I get. But seriously? Over staffed in several ways. OH YEAH BEST PART THE 15 DOLLAR PARKING FEE.. TO PARK IN A GRAVEL LOT. with again *way* too many people for them to just take money and point at an empty spot which is basically the whole lot. Completely unnecessary because hello park next to another car then they do it and so on to the next car etc. You dont need a team of 15 or 20 to do something so basic. Instead of doing things like that, maybe. Just maybe spend that money on good employees, fair or less restrictive rules, signs, arrows, and maybe if everyone was just standing around have one of those employees walk people or lead them to empty seats. The event was a graduation for Dec. 16th 2023.

Event parking staff intentionally tried to charge a student during their graduation and was extremely misleading by standing in the roadways and directing people to the wrong lots. A police officer had to direct them to stop before allowing us to park.

I loved it. This is our 2nd time here. And by coincidence, I had a business meeting and killed 2 birds with one stone after work came straight to see a hockey game and who knew the ICERAYS vs. MUDBUGS Rivals... great game, although I didnt know I couldnt take my purse in, apparently, was too big. But ok, rules are rules, yet you can take in a clear purse bag.l or Clutch purse if you will. The rule is that you can take purses but the size of a half sheet of writing paper. To give that example. Another thing that bothered me is why they didnt they charge me the parking at the time of ticket purchase. She could have told me there is an extra charge for that. Last time, I wasnt charged, and it was a yr ago, but back in March when the same teams played. Anyways, now I know. Clear bags are not an issue. Now concession stands OMG where do I start for a large coke $9.00 and a reg. Water Bottle $5.00 total $14.00 for non alcohol beverages wth? Well it was the best tasting water Ive ever had in my life for $ 5.00 seriously guys that is preposterous your making beyond a killing with these damn prices you charge the Game, then Parking, and sky high non alcohol beverages its insane.. instead of making money, you make it difficult for families with kids, yall. No considerations. I know economy aint the best, but damn yall over do things.
