Went to a birthday party on a Sunday morning. Not very crowded around 11am when they opened. We stayed for an extra hour after the party was over. Afternoon is busy. There are lots of things for kids to do. Lots of activities.

We had our son s 7th birthday party here and everything was perfect! Melody was our party hostess and she was very sweet and attentive. Hugo is also amazing!!! My daughter said he was the nicest urban air person she d ever seen. Everything was clean and the pizza was really good too! :)

Love, love, love this place! Staff is very attentive, knowledgeable and just fun overall to be around. My son and I have a blast every time we go! Highly recommend the month to month membership because it is very much so cheaper to set up than paying for a day pass to go. They have lockers for a small fee and refreshments for sure. Nice sized arcade and does not disappoint.

This place ranks highly amongst the most DISGUSTING bathrooms I have ever used. No soap. Toilet paper, pads and trash everywhere. Employees did clean once notified but made sour faces about having to do so. They shouldn t have to be asked to begin with even though it s the sh!ty costumers that made the mess. (I wish I had taken pictures). The floor layout sucks. Kids have to wait in long lines for activities. Kids scream like lunatics with zero parental supervision. Kids sprinting and running around everywhere. It s not safe! One kid was sprinting through people and as my kid turned back to say something the running kid got knocked down hard and looked at my kid like it was her fault. This place gets 1 star but only bc they serve beer. This place was so awful I had to take a break in my truck.

Got my kiddos the summer pass, and I took them yesterday to enjoy the park. We were there at least 3 and a half hours. With the summer pass, they get a free slice of pizza and snack every visit. It was fun and not overcrowded. However, we went on a Monday at noon, so the crowd was small compared to the weekends. We also had my daughters party there back in March. Our host was amazing, and the food and service were great a well.

Adults are allowed in all of the kids areas so there was no safe designated place for little kids. Even my 7 yo was getting knocked down by adults and teens jumping & running. They require you purchase Urban Air socks even if you are wearing grippy trampoline socks. Theres no hired security. Most of the games in the game area NEXT TO UNLOCKED DOORS were not functioning. This place is a bummer. Well continue to go out of our way for Jumping World.

There was a staff member who was working the trampoline area around 5:15-5:39 who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was getting after my kids for being on same trampoline while there was a whole family just sitting on one and a bunch of kids sharing one as well. I tried asking her what the issue was but she was very dismissive with an attitude. I brought it up with one of the workers but doubt it s going to get brought up. She s a female with long black hair and glasses if anyone wants to know. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Pretty disappointed in the manager s behavior towards an incident. Today my daughters and a group of kids came to celebrate my daughter s birthday. Towards the end of the night my daughters friends came up to me to let me know that when they were in the ball pit a parent was in the damn ball pit with her own kid yelling at them claiming they were rough housing. It wasn t rough housing. It s clear regardless of the situation no parent should be yelling at someone else s kid when that parent could ve told an employee if they were really rough housing. Did I have words with the other parent? Yes. As a parent if she had the chance to tell my kids off I m going to defend these minors. However after she snitched to management, instead of the manager telling the other parent not to be yelling at the minors they told me not to be bullying the other parent. lol I m disappointed in just the manager not the rest of the staff. Just like they don t condone parents yelling at each other they shouldn t be allowing adults to yell at minors! If you re a parent with kids you better stay with them everywhere because if that parent continues to come here she thinks she has the right to yell at minors. I will be reporting this to their corporate office. I m still here but had to make my review while it s fresh on my mind.

DO NOT HOST A PARTY HERE! After spending over $600 here to host a party for my boys we left with nothing but a huge disappointment. Zero communication between management and employees. Wasted more than the first hour trying to figure out the overly complicated system you have in place for wristbands and socks. Having our guests tell us what a horrible experience they had trying to get the proper wristbands for their infants and parents was the worst of all. At the moment of confusion and moving parts I was unaware of all of the negative ongoings and I told my wife to make sure to tip the employee because thats what you do but in reality we should have been compensated for everything that went wrong. Honor what is stated in the package details online to start with. Try to simplify the process to add more children or guests without having guests run back and forth between the party room and the front desk. Also having a person that understands pricing and details of the business helps.

I had my son s party there on a Friday night. It was a glow party. I would recommend to any mom who is looking for a clean, fun, and very helpful party host. From the moment you walk in they are helping you. The table set up was cute. The kids had a blast. I was able to take in a veggie tray, fruit tray, and a cake. Had a birthday party for my little nephew but for the cost of it. It wasnt really worth it at all. Dont get me wrong the hostess was nice and very attentive. But for 600 dollars and not a lot of perks and we had to leave in 2 hours and less. Not worth it. Plus I almost got a concussion because of the slide that had a mat that had no sign on it to watch out for it. And not only that theres nothing for those who are handicap.

My children loved this place, and I didnt totally lose it, so we will call that a win. It was packed, but we went on a Saturday around lunchtime. We didnt have to wait long for anything. The food at their little cafe was surprisingly good. The employees were friendly and the place was clean. The absolute only complaint I have is the arcade. It would be cool if they had a card you could buy like normal arcades, so Im not running around between 3 children trying to swipe my debit card. I like it much better than Get Air.

They kept telling my 5 yr old grandson to leave play area and that one area was closed, then other children were allowed to play when we left and they thought I was not looking. The manager gave a different excuse when I asked why and defended her worker who was trolling a five yr old, in my opinion. As someone else said , they have some kids follow certain rules others are allowed to do as they please depends on who they decide to favor that day. So I suggest u watch out for ur kids dont let employees bully them... managers will make excuses for employees and allow it.

Whole place seems pretty unsafe as they let anyone one in and there is no accountability for kids or adults in or out of that place. they get lost quick in urban airs dark environment. I high leave you scrambling to find your kid. Anyone can just walk out with a kid if they wanted. Mix that with alcohol and the making it easy for kids to just walk out and talk with anyone?! We have visited multiple times on different days. If you buy a membership online, you will save money versus buying at Urban Air. The busiest day was Saturday. It was crowded with police presence inside. The least crowded has been as soon as Urban Air opens during the week. My children are able to play in different areas without waiting in a line. The workers have been polite when telling my child that they do not meet the height requirements. We normally leave before utilizing the snack bar. They had been out of pizza twice before when the children were hungry. The bathrooms are hit or miss on if they are clean.

The first day we arrived, the computer waiver system was completely down. The managers spent 45 minutes trying to get paper waivers. At that point, our time was spent and we had to leave. The main managers - Isabella & Tiffany - never came out to personally apologize. In fact, Tiffany said we would not be given vouchers to make up for our time, and when she went to ask Isabella, they both sent another employee up with our vouchers and didn t have the care to come give them to us to our faces. When my children went a few days later, one of the areas was broken and no one could say when it would be available. For $32pp, this place has been a big disappointment to us.

My son Kingston had his Glow party on Friday 1/19/24. It was over the top from beginning to end. Our host Ellie was super sweet and very attentive to all of our requests. The pizza was so amazing and super cheesy! The slices were big and more than enough for our guests. I came across one of the managers, Emelie, and she was so sweet. She asked plenty of times how our party was going, if we needed anything else. She navigated us throughout the entire jump park and let us know exactly what was offered in the platinum package. Her hospitality made us feel like we booked our party in the perfect spot. My son was so happy and it filled our hearts. Im so glad we chose to have our party at the open table area. It gave all of the parents a chance to monitor the kids closely and see the zipline above us. The Glow party was so much fun and the party promotion was the icing on the cake! Long lines while in there. Food was old and burned. Pizza was very bad. Got 2 slices and when I came out it had no cheese or pepperoni and was all smashed up. And my popcorn was burned and they never refilled it. Kids even got bored and said get air was better!

Worst urban air we have ever been to. Every attraction had a very long line. The kitchen was closed. Popcorn was out. Employees were rude and had no idea what they were doing. Not worth it!

Cool attractions for kids. I suggest waiting till the hype dies down a little. We went early Saturday morning and the place was packed, so there was a quite a long wait time for most attractions and they were only giving 2 hours for the price of what you pay normally for all day.

Horrible experience. Paid over 150 to stay 15 min bc everything was broken or out of service. Had only one tiny strip for flipping. Was told to call customer service after the holiday to get refund. Once on the phone with customer service they advised only store can provide refund. Never received refund.

Fun little place. Some employees are sweet and cool, but one in particular was swearing to little kids and talked about whooping one of the kids because the kid hit her brother with a ball; in dodgeball. She needs to be fired.

Super fun place. Getting annual membership is absolutely worth it so far. Kids love it. Although I d recommend to get high chairs for the cafe area as many families come with younger children, toddlers, that have nowhere to sit. That was pretty inconvenient for us. I had to leave with my youngest child and later come back to pick up the rest of my family. Other than that it s a great place.

I bought tickets online ahead of time. When checking in the staff said that because we bought them online through the website, there is a 2 hour time limit. It says that no where on the platinum tickets I purchased. I got the best tickets online for all the attractions, and it didnt say anything about a time restraint. Annoying and feeling overpriced with a 2 hour time limit, but we tried to make the best of it. The place was clean, but there is a wait for everything. And some staff members make some kids follow the rules and just ignore others. We ended up only being there for 1.5 hours before they called our wristband color to leave, so we didnt even get a full 2 hours (and we checked in on time!). I would not recommend this location.

The boys and I have been waiting 6 months for this to open up and honestly ehh. It s ok, but they got bored after an hour, over half the area inside is taken up by tables and private party rooms. Not that many attractions, and when it s packed they have to wait forever to do any of the few things they actually like. Definitely doesn t seem like the optimal utilization of space considering what all was in here before.

We were at urban air and saw a little boy about 7ish climb the rock wall with a harness, but not linked to it with the rope and got to the very top and fell straight down and hit the mat. The workers didnt even check on him they took the harness off and let him out of the area without checking on him and looking for his parent. Definitely lost our business

Went Saturday night, some was fun. But over all underwhelming compared to Get Air. Not hardly any trampoline area and so much space wasted on tables and chairs and games. Worst part was my kids never got to go on some of the climbing things because the workers were too busy flirting with some teen girls that were there. They completely ignored us. So rude and highly inappropriate. My kids were bummed.

Great set up and plenty of different activities to keep kids busy for quite a few hours. Very friendly and accommodating staff and the facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended, especially if you want your kids to get some energy out.
