In a day when nobody seems to care Not True! Today I called a roofing company named First Out and not only got the best customer service I have had in along time. I was in a desperate situation trying to get tarp on roof that storm messed up. They met me at house within 20 minutes and covered area with tarp. Gave me great service and price. The house belongs to a friend who in care facility and her son passed away couple weeks ago. I can not put in words how much First Out took care of problem but CARED enough to give very Best. The extra mile was a GREAT BLESSING. RECOMEND THEM HIGHLY. THEY TRULY CARE!!!!

Nick from First Out came to the house to look at some wood rot on the soffits. He appraised the situation, took the time to talk with me ask questions, and said he would get back with me. I quickly got a fair and detailed quote from him. I understood what they were going to do, why it needed to be done, who would be doing the work and when it would be completed. The communication was great. I knew what to expect, when his team was coming out and what they were doing. I was also relieved that my budget constraints were fully understood. I had multiple soffits and fascia replaced and new gutters properly installed. The teams did excellent work. They were very professional. I was impressed with how great it looks and how they fixed the issues I was having. It rained within two days of the job being completed and there are no problems. I would recommend First Out Roofing. They do fantastic work.

After a large rain, I called Nick at First Out Roofing. This was for a small repair so I was unsure if my repair was worth the trip. He responded very graciously and arranged his crew to come out that same afternoon and complete the repair. I plan to use him for any future repairs to my homes roof. I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! Just WOW. Nick asked a few questions and understood that this was time-critical; he went out of his way to explain their process and the report Id get and then asked if he and Spencer could swing by first thing in the morning! Take my money now! Anyhow, they showed up this morning right on time, reconfirmed that the inspection report was asking for a review for possible hail damage, and then said, we will do that and give you a report that the buyer can use to get their Homeowners insurance. Ill be honest when I say this: I was surprised to find out this level of customer service exists today and that companies are willing to go the extra mile for no added cost. Nick, Spencer, I am writing this to say that I am very thankful to your company for the courtesy, respect, professionalism, and customer service. This is unheard of today, and I commend yall for this! Even though I dont need the roof replaced, I will say this to anyone reading this review ... you will not find a better company. After dealing with another roofing company this week that would not give me a ballpark estimate on my roof and plus no one showed up or called....I called FIRST OUT ROOFING Tuesday morning, within 45 minutes Spencer was at my home, looked at what needed to be done...gave me an estimate and said they could be here the next morning by 8:00AM....they were here at that time and had the problem fixed within a couple hours....I am amazed at their professionalism and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. My roof after install was left in a worse condition than my old roof. I had 3 separate leaks throughout my new roof only discovered months later when it finally rained after a long drought. They came out on many occasions to fix the problems. Within a few years time this silicone will break down and eventually will need to hire another company to redo the roof and no I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone

Called First Out Roofing and explained the issue of what I thought to be water seepage in my garage. Travis came out and looked the at the roof within two hours. Explained the issue and how it could be possibly be resolved. Travis was most helpful and stated we should continue to monitor the area and to call if there are any issues. Very polite and courteous. I felt comfortable and reassured with his explanations and work performed. Would recommend him to anyone seeking professional workmanship. Travis and Spencer came out promptly to check on a skylight leak which I feared was going to be a problem. They determined the problem to apparently be minor and repaired it on the spot. First Out Roofing, and Andy in particular, has been wonderful to work with. He was responsive, informative, flexible, and hung in there for multiple inspections and going back and forth with the insurance company over the course of a few months. Insurance did not end up contributing, but I still needed a new roof. The pricing was fair for repairing, replacing, and bringing an area up to code. The roofing crew arrived early, were prepared, and did a great job. They were friendly and cleaned up the site afterward; Andy was also onsite during installation which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them!

After the recent storm we had some roof damage. I contacted Nick at First Out Roofing and he had someone out the same day to look at the damage. I had an estimate within an hour of their inspection and the next day the guys were out and fixed the damage. These guys are very responsive and do great work. Our homes roof recently suffered high wind damage due to a storm that went through our area in Corinth, TX. Called First Out Roofers and Spencer came out early the next day and gave us a very fair and honest estimate on the necessary repairs. That same day, Spencer made sure roofing materials were delivered to our home. The following day, an experienced roofing technician arrived and completelely repaired our roof. Highly recommended. After a storm with 80mph winds, we called and left a message with receptionist. Got a call back in 10 minutes from Spencer. He was on site in another 15 minutes. A storm came through a couple weeks before we were scheduled to put our house on the market. By the time we figured everything out it was only a week before it was going on the market. Justin Smith was clear from what we should expect throughout the entire roof replacement process and then knocked it out of the park exactly as he said he would. Even coming back after the first of the year for some finishing touches after the Christmas Decorations came down. The crews left the sight as clean as the found it and Justin made sure they made and completed their own punch lists. Getting a new roof after a storm is never fun but we could not be happier with the finished results.

We worked with Jared Belsher and Nick Ward, back in late 2018 to replace our roof and gutters after a hail storm. They did an amazing job. They meet with the insurance rep to review the damage on the roof to make sure the insurance would cover all the damage. Then they worked with the insurance adjuster on our claim to make sure we get the best deal. I am not an expert, but I am happy with the quality of their work, and in particular Jared and Nicks responsiveness and customer service. We highly recommend them.

The storm came through about 3am and i immediately sent an email asking them to inspect my roof the next day. They were on my doorstep very early next morning, from there it was all uphill. Ive had several roofs replaced and my experience with this company was above and beyond anything else. I definitely recommend this company. I attempted to put in a claim with my insurance for hail damage. Travis came out multiple times to pre-assess the roof, meet insurance inspectors, and take his own pictures to submit to my insurance. He was quick to respond to my calls and texts anytime, even after hours and weekends. He communicated when he would be out of pocket and assured me that someone from his team would be available to assist me if needed. He was extremely patient and never pushy during the long moments of waiting between adjuster responses. When our efforts ended with two failed attempts to have my roof repaired/replaced by my insurance, he was very understanding and appreciated that I contacted him about the outcome. The installers were beyond professional and honestly the cleanup after was over the top they left my house , yard and pool area looking better than it did when they arrived . These Guys were Great. Work was done in a timely, professional manner. We got a much better roof than the insurance wanted to give us at no additional cost to us. They worked with us on the fence repairs so I was able to replace all the fence instead of just the portion the insurance wanted to do. Gary @ First Out Roofing took charge to see all our needs were met, from communication with our insurance company to project managing the whole restoration. My wife Renee and I gave First Out Commercial a call when we noticed one of the wind turbines on our roof was making a loud noise which you could hear inside the house. Andy Walker with First Out came and surveyed the problem but due to some ice on our roof, we didn t want him to get on the roof at that time. He then made a temporary fix from inside the attic and was able to stop the noise. Andy insisted on returning the next day to replace the turbine saying he was worried that any other rain/snow could come into our attic thru that vent. Andy returned the next day with parts in hand and in no time replaced the turbine in the freezing cold. We would absolutely recommend First Out Commercial and Andy Walker. We have been in our home for almost 5 years. We built a home with a builder and for some reason they didnt put gutters around every edge of the roof. This caused issues with a row of windows that were constantly getting pounded when it rained. Tony Smith came out and gave a very reasonable quote to get the problem resolved. Needed my roof fixed, a few patches here and there for an insurance deadline. Travis Frederickson from First Out Roofing out of Corinth Tx came out the day I called him. He came out to take a look at what needed to be done. The very next day he came back with his helper and took care of the issues I had, and I was able to turn everything in on time for my insurance. Upon inspection for sale of my home the roof was found to have hail damage and improper venting. Also some flashing had be installed incorrectly on the previous roofing. I called out 3 roofers and these guys were the most knowledgable, and honest. They pointed out the things that were wrong before we told them. They set up the job fast due to the sale of the house and the job was done quickly and efficiently. The crew did a fantastic job at clean up as well. Andy was on site before, during and after the job was done. He made sure to take a look around himself and ask if everything was satisfactory! I also love that they are a local company and veterans. Excellent job! All work was done in a timely manner and all work was cleaned up. Our representative Travis, was on top of everything. Even when the wrong tile was sent to our house, Travis noticed it after about 1/4 of the roof was done and took it upon himself to go pick up the correct tile and had the workers start over. Travis even did an extra walk through to check for nails in the yard and none were found. Highly recommend this company.

Great Job!! I had 3 leaks in my roof. I had contacted 2 other roofers but they never came to my house. Jared came out to my place in yesterday and was right on time. He is super professional. He was up on the roof and found the problem in 20 minutes. He reset the chimney and caulked and sealed up all the bad places in about an hour and a half. His fee was very reasonable and I believe he saved me quite a bit of money by fixing the problem which was causing ceiling damage. This is a high-quality service at a fair price. I will call Jared at First Out the moment I need help with my roof.

He laid out all of my options, and made solid recommendations. He was out the very next morning to complete the job. We were recommended to this company on Facebook to reinforce/update our covered patio. They came out and gave us ideas of what they could do and several options. Spencer and his team were super quick to respond and listened to our questions and requests. We had 3 companies come out and give us estimates and we chose this company because of their fast response time and the great service they gave us from the very beginning. We love the finished product. We even had some some questions after the initial work was done. The work had some unintended consequences in the structure. A family member of the owner was a long time neighbor of ours, and so when we needed a new roof, I asked them to replace it. That was in 2017. A few months afterwards, we started having a few shingles blow off. They came out and replaced them at no charge. Then every storm since has taken more shingles off. I called them again and they came out and said I needed to replace the roof less than 3 years after they installed the roof. Insurance came out and said that it looked like a 20-25 year old roof already. Now I again lost shingles and I have had two other roofers look at my roof with a similar assessment. They told me they used inferior shingles, only used 3 nails instead of the customary 4-5 nails and they appear to have walked all over them after they installed them. I still have no option but to pay fora new roof out of pocket, because First Out says it is hail damage not poor materials or work. I do not recommend using this company.

I called First Out Roofing to investigate a discrepancy found during a home inspection, we were under contract and had a very short time to comply with the repair. I spoke with Blake first thing in the morning and he had a service tech (Andy) out that same afternoon. Andy quickly made the repair, followed up with me immediately with a description of the work scope & pictures to submit to the real estate agent and he refused to charge me for the service call! Nick was very responsive to my inquiry and was willing to spend time talking me through all the nuances of dealing with insurance claims and how we could make the case for additional supplements for things the adjuster missed.
