Diana from Clean N Pristine has been our designated cleaner for over a year now and we wouldn t trade her for the world! She is such a pleasant smile and soul to have in our home. Diana does a phenomenal job and always pays attention to details, she takes time out to add little finishing touches that make it feel like I m coming home to a resort stay (folded towels, rose petal tissues, made beds, etc). I never have to hover or correct her, she comes right in and knows what needs to be done and does it with a spirit of excellence! Diana is kind and caring not just to me but our children and even our fur baby which just makes the whole experience next level! 11/10 we recommend Diana at Clean n Pristine

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB!!! This was AFTER a white glove service!!! Office manager stated the cleaner forgot her checklist! This was JUST the headboard on one bed and one bathroom counter - no exaggeration. All rooms weee like this. STAY AWAY!!!

First time to use this service and they (Jose) did not disappoint. Wonderful attention to detail. Customer service of Amanda and Sebastian was superb. They value their customers. The cleaner they sent did not do a good job. I complained and the response from Amanda as very positive. She personally came and provided another free service the next day. She was truly sorry for my experience. Sebastiane even given me discount for my bad experience. I have been using cleaning services since I was born so naturally I have grown to become very picky. And it s been a struggle in recent years to find trustworthy, dependable support. Clean n pristine is incredible on so many levels. They are professional, highly communicative, they flex to your preferences and they treat their employees really well and it s reflected in the excellent work they do for your home. They want to make sure you re happy with the cleaning and always ask for feedback so they capture the things that are important to you. I think they are fairly priced compared to other companies, we would probably be getting a better value if we lived in a bigger space but they have a minimum spend in order to dispatch. They have been great so I don t mind paying a little more than what I am used to.

First of all, Sebastian was able to fit me in with a last minute time slot. He was very straightforward and explained the process with great detail. I was wanting to get my son s house cleaned before he returned home from a funeral this weekend. They were very accommodating and respectful of my needs. Jose did a great job thoroughly cleaning my home! The floors were well cleaned - both wood and carpet, couches vacuumed, and I love how he neatly replaced my sheets and comforter and tucked them in with a hotel feel! He does an outstanding job w cleaning the kitchen and all of the bathrooms thoroughly. My only feedback would be that a couple of the hallway lights and ceiling fans in the rooms were left on after the cleaning which can be an issue if I m not coming home the same day as a cleaning was done to be able to turn things off. Other than that he did a really fantastic job cleaning my home! Amanda, Sebastian, and the team are always responsive and easy to work with when I ve had to reschedule my cleaning days or ask for special requests. I m really pleased with the service from Clean n Pristine and recommend them! It s been a game changer to have them clean my home to help balance my busy schedule.

The service by Clean n Pristine was part of our AC-heating duct replacement work, whereby a lot of fine dust was generated. The house cleaning professional was on time and thorough. I booked a week in advanced and even got a confirmation email saying I was booked. I called 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to make sure theyll be on site on time because I would not be home. The lady on the phone told me there was a system issue and that I was not booked. I even forwarded the email confirmation. The lady doesnt even apologize and says that she cannot fit me in on my original scheduld date. Cannot believe how unprofessional they are and show no empathy. Now I cannot move in on my original date. Reply to the owners response: Your statement is incorrect. Please make sure you have the right information before replying to your reviews. The booking on May 9th was for a cleaning that was scheduled on May 12th not for June. I booked my June 27th appointment on June 22nd. You never called or emailed once about this appointment. I was the one that called and emailed multiple times with each time being unresponsive from your end. This is why I called 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment because something seemed off. In addition, I found another cleaning service because you could not honor my original scheduled date. Lastly, the lady I spoke on the phone, from my recollection, did not apologize once and her tone was not apologetic.
