They did our daughters quinceanera in September, from the first moment they guided us and that was what made us feel safe, also because my daughter is shy and quiet, in the photo session they helped my daughter with the poses and feeling safe during the session, the photos of the event were beautiful, Carlos captured so many moments that I didnt even remember reliving, we loved the high-quality video. We were introduced to the Cabreras from our wedding venue - and we cant imagine having used anyone else for our big day. Our daughter Xv Quinceñera was approaching and we needed to find the best in the business and it wasnt an easy task. We contacted and met up with many companies for my daughters special day and the choices were very competitive in pricing and quality but nothing really caught my eye..I wanted to feel a bond with the people that would take care of filming and catching every special moment. After 2 weeks of looking around, I came a cross and ad on Facebook for Cabrera Photography & Video and immediately thought to myself This might be the one after looking through their work. Immediately after meeting Melissa on our first visit I asked my daughter and wife what their thoughts were for the work, pricing, etc..and they said yes. So I called Melissa back the next day and told her we wanted to meet her husband Carlos before we made our final decision. The Cabrera s are the best in this business. They work as a team, they are incredibly efficient with poses (which is so valuable on a wedding day with a full schedule), they are not afraid to take charge and direct a whole crowd on where to stand, and of course they deliver stunning photos of your special day. Carlos knew all of the important details that we would want documented and worked hard the entire day to make sure we got the shots that we wanted. Our photos are so beautiful, and we will cherish them forever! Even though they re located in Houston, they traveled all the way to Fort Worth to shoot our wedding - on a THURSDAY! Melissa was extremely professional, courteous, prompt and thorough when helping me set up a wedding package tailor-made to fit our needs. We had our wedding ceremony in October 2020. From months leading up our event, Carlos did a great job communicating with us. He made us feel comfortable being ourselves when taking our photos for our engagement photo shoot and the ceremony. He went above and beyond with taking memorable, creative, artistic and fun photos. Him being bilingual was a big plus for our event since we have family members who only spoke Spanish. Carlos was very attentive to our guests and the wedding party. Cabrera Photography/Video did the video of my daughter s wedding. We chose to have the video done in documentary style, as the bride and groom really wanted the video to reflect the day s events. Using two cameras enabled them to capture moments from different angles. Melissa and Carlos did an excellent job of documenting the day, and presented us with a beautifully done video. Cabrera Photography is the by far the best! I hired them for my wedding in 11-9-19 and from the word go they were amazing! Melissa was our photographer for the day and it was like having my best friend there for me the whole day. She got great photos and we all had a blast together.
