My family and I came to celebrate my sisters 23rd birthday here and coming in the staff was very welcoming. Our server, kslay, was super enthusiastic and engaging with all of us. Our chef , Tristan, was continously communicating with all of us and making us all laugh. The food was absolutely amazing and nicely prepared. It was a very nice experience all throughout.

Food, service & ambiance is amazing! We have been to many locations & Conroe is the best one yet!! We have become regulars. We love the staff they are friendly & very attentive & treat us like family. Meagan is an OUTSTANDING BARTENDER! Savanna, Logan, Andrew,Michael & Delynn always provide amazing service. Management Teal, Jose, Sara go above & beyond to check in with us to make sure we are taken care of. Must try this location if you haven t!! I did forget to mention they have a great happy hour!!

Went to dinner and it was at first, in my opinion, great. The appetizer was delicious. The guy who made the drinks was great, he brought mine over after it sat at the bar for awhile and asked us how they were. It went downhill when we got the soup and salad, I had a hair in my salad, my boyfriend switched with me. I personally hate cooked mushrooms and my boyfriend doesnt like onions, his came out right, but mine had a ton of mushrooms. I ended up picking them all out and giving them to him. She was fairly attentive to him and asked if he wanted a second drink, didnt think to ask if I did when both of our glasses were empty until she started to walk away and asked as an after thought. Had a lot of potential to be a great experience. My boyfriends was but mine sadly, was not. It is what it is.

I ve been going to Benihana for 40 years and this was by far my best experience! Our chef, Jack was a newbie but didn t skip a beat! Our waiter Joseph (aka Jojo) was incredible!! He went above and beyond and First and ONLY time I ve had a 5 star server wait on us at Benihana and Jose, the manager took extra special care of me and my 2 grand children. This was by far, hands down the best Benihana experience we ve ever had! Thanks y all!!! We ll be back!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a fantastic meal at Benihana, where Cindy and Rice were our chefs. They did an outstanding job preparing shrimp, sushi, rice, and meats, all of which were perfectly cooked and delicious. Tried this place a few months ago and recently went back on a Saturday night. It was night and day different. Our server Jack was attentive, friendly, funny and just overall an awesome server. Our chef Bryant was so much better than our first time. The food was amazing!! They were very accommodating for our large group and even gave us free appetizer cards so we will definitely be back. I stopped in to the Conroe, Texas location for lunch today (8/31/24). I was greeted by friendly employees as I walked in. I ve been to several Benihana s over the years but none with such great service. Since it was only me I chose a seat at the bar. Manager Kelly asked if I wanted to try Fuji apple Sake, and I m glad I did. It was delicious! Mike was my waiter and he was very attentive. He checked in often to make sure I had everything I needed. The food was great (a lunch portion of shrimp hibachi) and service was extraordinary. Thank you Mike and Kelly! I ll definitely be back with my family!

We celebrated a birthday at Benihana in Conroe and we couldn t have asked for a better experience! Kileigh, our sever, was very attentive, personable and able to answer every question we had about the menu. Logan, who was finished with his shift, stopped by our table to say happy birthday and gave us wonderful recommendations on the menu. Jose, the manager, was absolutely spectacular! He took our picture, printed it and gave it to us in a Benihana frame right there at the table! Jose also surprised us and asked the head chef, Abel, to cook our meal. Not only was the food incredibly delicious, but Abel made the whole experience so much fun with his jokes and tricks while cooking for us. 10/10 would recommend Benihana for any occasion, but especially for special occasions! One of the best kept secrets in North Conroe and close to Willis. The food and service was top-notch. Great Experience as a first time customer. Tristan was an excellent Chef and not to mention Leah was thorough. Tristian did a wonderful job! It was our four year oldest first time seeing an exciting dinner and Tristian made sure she didnt get too overwhelmed with the size of the onion volcano. Kiyomi was very kind and made sure we never ran out of anything.

My daughter & I came here to celebrate my birthday!!! Everyone made me feel so special from the moment we arrived. The manager, Jose, took out picture and gave us a bday photo. Our waiter, Christian was very nice and attentive. Prince did an amazing job on the Hibachi grill, and the staff topped it off with ice cream and a great happy birthday song in English & Japanese!!!!!

The food was very good. Our waiter Christian was really nice and attentive. The chef Prince was hilarious and made delicious food. Prince also asked if we were okay with fire before doing the show which was appreciated. The managers checked on us multiple times and were friendly as well. I took one star off for the atmosphere because when we arrived the grill was a bit dirty on the side closest to us.

Food was nasty I ll tell you what. Fried rice was clumpy and had chunks of white rice in it. I had chicken and shrimp fried rice and I got literally 1 shrimp. The wings were inedible. All my money down the drain and my tummy feels funny now so I most likely will be puking the food down the drain also. A total waste of my money and time.

Food was delicious. Jacob and his Hibachi skills kept us entertained and we also enjoyed wonderful conversation. The manager checked on us multiple times, each time with genuine concern that we were in fact enjoying ourselves! Which we did! Kids and all! Had a great first time! Came here after my grandmothers funeral and didn t think much at all about the more sad part of the day. ABEL was a great time! He entertained my broken Spanish and put on quite the show. The bartender made my old fashioned exactly how I wanted with no complaints and our server was very kind and accommodating. Ive have been going to various Benihanas for a good 30 years of my life. I started going to the downtown Houston location for many years, during Christmas, as a family tradition. Ive been to the Conroe location about 6 times since they opened, but this last time was simply the best yet. My Wife and I were celebrating our 15th Anniversary, and we brought our kids with us. Jorge was our Chef, Mackenzie was our waitress, both were excellent. I had the Benihana Trio (Steak, Chicken and Shrimp). The entire meal was excellent. Then we had the Manager Jose come by and asked us if we were celebrating an particular occasion. We told him our anniversary, to which he congratulated us and we had a great conversation our jobs. The staff then surprised us with a Cheesecake Dessert that was very personal and sweet. I highly, highly recommend this Bennihanas to everyone and anyone. We will return very soon. ***Updated 08/14/24 2:37pm: We had Chef Cindy and Chef Rice cater lunch today for a couple of departments at my dealership. Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Vegetable Fried Rice and Steak Fried Rice were all superb! Also we had 3 Fresh Sushi platters and all of it was very scrumptious. Thank you Chef Cindy and Chef Rice, the Collision and Service Departments at Gullo appreciated it very much.
