Good people, great food, honest portions and responsible prices. If they make a mistake, they make good on it. No questions asked. There are some great specials on the back of the menu which should not be missed. On the other side, the chili and the two soups were really over salted for my taste. The chips and salsa could use some warmed up salsa and/or a second dip. When they deliver a salad, the salad dressing is in a cup within the bowl and resting on the greens. I cannot help with imagine that the cup had been on a table somewhere when it was filled with dressing and whatever bacteria was on the table, got into the salad as well. Finally, they serve the burgers on a large platter, covered with a sheet of paper between the food and the platter. (Such as lettuce and tomato) It ends up tearing the paper and you may end up eating bits of paper. If you are looking for a well-done burger, this place is your best bet. If you re looking for something less than well done you re taking a chance. If they don t get it right the first time they ll try the second time after that it s refund and choose a different item. The service and the atmosphere almost made up for the fact that the chicken was rubbery, and the coffee was very bitter. Dietary restrictions: I have several food allergies, and Chili s has always accommodated me as best they can or at the very least explained to me in a way that I could understand what foods were risky for me and what foods to avoid and always made solid suggestions for other items in their place.

LOVE MY CHILIS!!! ALWAYS good food & great service. Vegetarian options: My son is a vegetarian. Even if the meal has a meat, they will make it without for you. Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to certain things. They never minded telling me what each think had in it. Even went & asked cooks just to make sure. Parking: There is a lot of handicap spots(not just 1-2) then plenty of other spots to park. Kid-friendliness: There is always kids in there. Wheelchair accessibility: Great that the slope(because not a big drop ramp like most places) is very easy to use. It works well will each handicap spot & even if you did part in a not handicap, you could easily get into Chilis.

So, I came here with my family one night about two months ago, we were at the table enjoying a few drinks and when we ordered our third drink, waitress (red headed girl) tells us she has to cut us off..no one at the table was being loud, rude, no one was even remotely tipsy because chilis doesn t put really any alcohol in their drinks. We were having a good time until she came over and treated us like we were newly 21 year olds or being disruptive for some reason. I found this to be incredibly rude and extremely off putting, she didn t tell anyone else in our section or at the bar she was cutting them off. Then again, we were the only Hispanic people in the bar that night so hopefully that had nothing to do with it. But we ended up just deciding to leave and not give chilis anymore of our money due to this interaction. Very disappointing and will not be returning due to this waitress solely. I d understand if we were drunk and being disorderly, but we were having a good time until she decided to ruin it for us. A shame because we love chilis and we hang out there all of the time without issue - but me and my family won t be returning.

I always go to Chilis for the baby back ribs.. I have eaten them for three decades. When I came this time I noted that the portions have been cut in half. The price has remained the same. The manager came to my table and was actually just a little bit snarky about it. He said that they had cut the portions across the board at all Chilis. .... As a result chilis is no longer on my list of favorite restaurants.

Delicious food. Service was OK this time. Its usually great or fantastic. Look at the 3 for $10 menu. Theres a large selection of lunch items. The 3 for $10 menu has been expanded to 3 for $11.99, $12.99, and $14.99. The photo shows what had been the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. ***UPDATE*** Service was very good! The food was good. I ordered 2 half orders of ribs and a brisket quesadilla. They were paired with 2 street corn and Texas toast. Usually, theres fries, but I chose a second street corn. The value menus are still available and recommended for delicious food on a budget.

I did a to go order and wasnt pleased with the food I received. Its hard to mess up a quesadilla, but I ordered the bacon chicken one, and it was soggy, flimsy and full of grease. Sadly, the salad they gave me had a lot of brown leaves i had to pick out, and it just really had me upset. To spend almost $20 on a quesadilla and a salad is a bit much for it to not even be good. Guess I wont be trying chilis again any time soon. I dont have money to waste

Got the triple dipper appetizer combo. The mozarella sticks are always the hardest thing to get right and these were PERFECT! Nice and toasty warm, but not overcooked making the cheese melt/disappear. Sliders were also perfectly done with fresh buns. Server was fun and just the right level of attention - not too much, not too little. Good experience.

We were at a eatery earlier for lunch but service was lousy so we headed to Conroe and decided to eat at Chilis. Great decision! The waitress was very kind, attentive, timely,and altogether super. Our food was as ordered and our drinks (non-alcoholic) were the bombs! Kudos to Conroe Chilis. Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian personally, just noticed some vegetarian options on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Was here with my daughters and granddaughters and they all loved it. Wheelchair accessibility: Its accessible.

I like to be fair with this review. To begin with we were seated at a bar booth, at first it seemed like the server/bartender were in a rush, we asked for few minutes for the drinks, she came back and took our drink order; she was very helpful with our food order since my wife is vegetarian. We asked for chips and salsa to start. We never got it, when food arrived I pointed out she didn t apologize just said I can get it for you. ( well too late food is here ) I had to flag her for drinks. My fajitas were tasty but tortillas didn t seem to be very fresh, my wife s quesadillas were very good according to her.

My family and myself came in and it started off good but the waitress was very disconnected and slow. She ended up over charging me with how she put out orders in the system. She over charged and under served all in one. I walked in and it looked just nasty inside especially in the back kitchen area. Completely dated as most establishments are down this way this Chilis was not inviting and the staff member that I endured was confused so no need to return. I couldnt even order here not worth my money.

Have not eaten at a Chilis in almost ten years. Food still as I remember, but Samantha our server did such a outstanding job I will be back just because of the great service.
