This place is disgusting. Ive never seen this place clean , every time I have been its dirty. Even some of the tablecloths had huge stains on them. The place has so much potential if it was run correctly.

I feel like the upkeep of this venue could be better. The floors need to be redone, there was a fan with blade missing and practically hanging off the fan itself, while I was there setting up and entire light fixture fell to the floor from the ceiling my 13yr old was there what if it had hit her? I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

My very good friend booked this venue for an event that had to be unexpectedly cancelled, two months beforehand. The owner told her she could get atleast some of her money back and now he just ignores her and all of her familys calls. They are rude, unprofessional, and CROOKS. THIS IS JUST WRONG TO TREAT PEOPLE THAT WAY!!!! DO NO BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE.

The venue is in a great location downtown and my sister recommended but there was a few issues we had prior to the wedding such as the white linens being to long for the tables the owner was out of town and had an assistant help us but the assistant was not very helpful until I called the owner. Overall the location is great but I would change a few things.

I paid for use of the venue, up front. We had to unexpectedly cancel. I gave a 10 week notice of the cancellation. The owner has given me the run around on my refund. He asked for me to wait until after certain dates to resolve this. All of those dates have come and gone. Now he will not respond. He doesnt use a contract, but an invoice. He has yet to give me my refund and it has been 4 months. Do not rent this venue unless you want to be treated unkindly by an unprofessional business owner and be taken advantage of.

New owner gave us three different dates for our Christmas party. We were flexible and willing to work with him and he kept changing dates everytime. Payed him full up front. He cashed in our check and have not yet received a refund. Do not recommend making business with the new owner of this event center. Sad, because its a nice place.
