I will not recomend this office , attorney is very rude my husband parked in the front for less than 8 minutes when it was raining and the attorney Joyal was very rude walk out the door for me to move the vehicle so his employee can park . I believe customer should park in the front for service not the employees, but thank you for showing us what kind of lawyer you are. THATS WHY I RECOMMEND RUBEN FRANCO AS AN ATTORNEY..READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS... Again like I said rude and there wasnt any parking when it was raining. I called and told the receptionist not even 8 minutes waiting to pick a check up...

Simply the best! I was faced with an urgent need to obtain Counsel. My call was answered immediately and an appointment was sent within seconds. Who would have known that an attorney would accept an immediate, after hours appointment with compassion towards my pending issue(s). My needs were addressed and resolved with 48 hours. Our time was limited due to the upcoming holiday. Im truly grateful for this Firm and for everyone who accepted the challenge to assist me with the needs of my family.

In my search for help in a real estate issue I contacted Mr. Joyal s office. He was unavailable at the time but later responded to an email and said he would call me as soon as he could. He promptly called me the next day and we discussed the issue. I found him to be well informed on the issue and he explained to me a course of action that I might take. I believe Mr. Joyal to be an honest and credible attorney and believe he would represent me well.

Wonderful attorney. Mr Joyal actually listened to what my situation was. Often times attorneys, doctors, etc. want to talk over you. Mr Joyal heard what my situation was and responded with professionalism, knowledge and caring. He was very professional in explaining legal terms in a way I could understand. He had extensive knowledge of my situation. He cared enough to follow up with me to see how my situation was progressing. If you need legal assistance, I HIGHLY recommend the Joyal Law Firm.

I had a wonderful experience with Rose Marie and her staff at the Joyal Law Firm. The matter we had was a commercial dispute with a nasty landlord and once I contacted Joyal I was immediately put in touch with Rose Marie. The landlords attorney was nothing short of a complete $%#hole and to complicate matters more a 3rd party was involved to purchase the property after we decided not to pursue the purchase any longer. Rose Marie took every call I made (I realize that alone is best in class service as she is busy with other clients and matters) Rose Marie not only took every call but I also never felt rushed or any of my questions werent important. The staff at Joyal was also nothing short of amazing in particular Samantha following Rose Maries example took my calls and questions. They were very responsive and while no client is ever 100% happy with these types of disputes as its all about compromise so everyone has to be reasonable and I felt like i was in very good hands the entire process. I would strongly reccomend the Joyal Law Firm. Oh one last point to make, Rose Marie was expecting during this entire process and again we were well taken care of by her and her staff. I would use them on any important real estate related issue.

10 out of 10 I would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!! 100% Thieves. They accept clients they have no intentions of ACTUALLY helping. Have HORRIBLE communication skills. They LIED and said they contacted the previous surveyor of property (charged $112.50) when he claims they never spoke. Charged their client $112.50 to leave a voicemail to surveyor. They will come up with any charges they can to be sure they take MOST of the paid retainer.. they sure know how to kick their clients when they are down. Instead of helping, they just waste your time & money.

Im sorry but I have to say upon reading these reviews. Ive noticed when theres a negative review this attorney has completely unprofessional manners its like you cant take no negative responses I dont know about yall but I would not want this guy fighting in my corner for anything I believe he should be reported to the State Bar for being completely unethical with his conduct especially with bad reviews. How dare he are somebodys case in detail on these reviews I wouldnt hire the joyal law firm to do anything yall need a manners check and to retake the ethical course that yall have taken because this is a bunch of bullcrap. Somebody needs to report him to the State Bar.

This is the first time in my life that I ve needed an attorney, and I can t even put into words how much I appreciate Mr. Joyal. I called with an urgent matter, and was told to come in to the office within the hour. Ed and Rosemary went above and beyond that afternoon. They halted a deceptive real estate closing that was in progress. Once the closing documents were corrected, I didn t feel confident enough to go to the signing alone. Mr. Joyal met me at closing an hour later, to review the documents prior to me signing. I couldn t believe he jumped in his car with five minutes notice, and met me at the title companies office. It s not just great customer service He s a great human! We need more people in this world who actually care like he does. I hope I never need another attorney, but if I do, I know who I m going to call. Thank you for everything!

I highly recommend the Joyal law firm to anyone needing expert real estate advice. Mr. Joyal was very prompt to return my calls, even after being unsuccessful in his first attempt to reach me (that is really going above and beyond). Mr. Joyal was welcoming, polite, personable, and he took the time to listen to my specific situation. He was very knowledgeable about the law regarding my circumstances and he gave me straightforward, clear and concise advice. Mr.Joyal had a thorough understanding of my situation and he was very honest about the options that I had. He was so honest, in fact, that he wouldnt take my money because he knew that the outcome would be the same. I dont know many attorneys that would do that. Good lawyer but poor communication concerning billing and accumulating fees. They will surprise you with bills for 2500$ - almost 6,000$ (In my case... And NO NOTIFICATION) The following is my final email to the firm ... You make your own choice but if you do choose them ask for updates to your bill and ask to be kept informed of the costs so you are not hit with extra bills for thousands and thousands of dollars. We go to an attorney due to desperate and unsure circumstances, with the common knowledge that they will probably be expensive and tell you just about anything to get you to agree to hire them. Your first meeting will more often than not consist of a lot of terminology you do not understand and the promise of fixing all the issues which will be amplified by the attorney to make you feel that you must hire them immediately. After you have paid a large amount of money, you walk away hoping you can trust the attorney you just hired. This was no where close to my experience this evening with the Joyal Law office! I placed a call to them at 5 in the evening and was seen in the office an hour later. An attorney who answers you call and sees you immediately! This was the beginning of a great start. I came to the appointment with three disorganized heaps of documents, in which Mr. Joyal, took from me with no criticism or judgement. Read through all of them as he calmly asked me questions. My anxiety and stress level immediately resided by his demeanor and his relatable qualities. He was able to assure me that my situation was not dire and direct me on the correct legal path I needed to be on. He did not try to convince me I needed to hire him immediately or charge me any unreasonable fee for walking in his office. I feel that I could trust this firm to represent me, be honest with me, not candy coat a situation and all the while be compassionate and understanding. DO NOT HIRE!! I would not even give them a 1 star!!! The absolute worst lawyers Ive had to deal with! .. When you pay them for their services arent they supposed to help you or at least do some of the work??? I could never get an appointment to sit speak with Joyal. Questions would never get answered! They are DEFINITELY ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, asked for itemized statement and that cost me! Made up charges for sure!!! What ever you do seek legal advice else were! Best In my eyes and Best in my childrens eyes. The Joyal Law Firm has gone Above and Beyond for me and my children. Ms Garcia is my Attorney and Mr Joyal too. I am a father of 3 of the best Texas children on this earth. Ms Garcia and Mr Joyal have now made it so I have more time with my kids, and pay the correct amount (not a gross inflation my ex wanted) each month. I will always recommend this Firm. Mr Joyal, Ms Garcia, Loretta, and Pam you are all considered family to me. As for the other reviews the only thing I can possibly make out of your slander twards Mr Joyal and all the others. The 3 reviewers Must have wanted him or his Firm to compromise the Firms Integrity, or put them and Mr Joyal, or Ms Garcia in a bad spot. Rob Roy Sorry you feel this way. OMG. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They suck you in with the all Holy Promise that they will win your case and like the previous complainant, they have you do most of the work and bill you for it! I was double billed and complained and nothing. Nothing. I cant even get a divorce after 20K. WHAT??? Why would they do that to people? Well all I can say is Im going to the Texas State Bar for help. These people are gold diggers and dont care about anyone but themselves and their paralegals and attorneys who work in the office are a joke. They are a joke! Stay clear of this crook!

My experience with the firm was that they only wanted the retainer and then what they finally did do, wasnt right. Then they billed me to correct their mistakes. I fired them and Ed billed me to write me a letter telling me why he could not continue with my case. I FIRED HIM and he BILLs me. They are worse than a joke. Stay clear of this guy
