Update, we have been coming here for 11 months now and still love it! The beef is so tender! I absolutely love this place!! We came here for the first time looking for an Inca Cola and figured we would try out their food. I asked the lady at the window what her favorite dish was and she told me the beef Lomo Saltado. So that is what we tried and the fried plantains, and we were not disappointed. It was so good, we have been back 3 times now and plan to go back in a few weeks when we are back in that area. This food is so good!!

Hidden gem in the KC food truck lot. Ceviche was awesome and it looks like they have more authentic dishes than just your usual Peruvian Chicken place (no shade, I love those too). They have ample parking and covered seating, but youll be outside, so remember to buy some cold drinks.

Honestly, it has been the most satisfying 3 hours of the route I have done since arriving in the USA, being able to come and eat at BITUTE has deserved it all!!! Eating the YUMMY PERUVIAN CEVICHE took me to the north of my beloved Peru, and the delicious Lomo Saltado has no comparison, adding to this delicious gastronomic experience a delicious Tallarin Saltado!! Today I went to eat at El Bitute Peruvian Food Truck after reading several of the reviews, and I really liked the food, we ordered a fish ceviche, a salted chicken noodle, a chicken empanada, a box with 5 alfajores and two Inca Bottle Kolas and EVERYTHING was delicious and the noodles were very hot just the way I like them . A good place to go with family, the owners are very friendly, especially Doña Noemí, who always serves us with a smile, the food is very delicious, however they should offer us more spice since the ceviche is good but it would be better with more spice, Well order next time. The place is very spacious, there are chairs and tables, they also offer drinks and further back there is a place for children to play, there are toys and a small bounce house. We really like food and seasoning. What we tested is that they are a little loose in the anticucho, but they will surely improve. Parking: A very large place to park Kid-friendliness: There are games for children and a great place for them to play and run Wheelchair accessibility: Its a food truck and the location is easy to access.

Bought a ceviche and its just not it! I got a few chunks of raw fish with red sauce, no other vegetables at all. Ceviche is supposed to be cured in lime for hours before serving it with crackers, chips, tostadas, etc.. I don t know what to call it but that s definitely not a ceviche, more like sushi i would say!

Yesterday I went and was served by an older/large lady (of age) VERY RUDE, with a very bad manner and reluctantly as if she were doing me a favor by serving me. When he was giving me the food that was to go, the chef arrived and suddenly changed his attitude and even offered to help load the food that was to go into my truck. Its a shame that people like this make us NOT RETURN again despite the good taste of the food. For me it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable moment. What a shame that a chefs good work is tarnished by his staff.

Firstly I would like to state that the meals were heavily overpriced, reaching towards almost 40 dollars for two plates of mediocrity. The ceviche plate had too much going on, yet despite this was basic flavored. The fish looked very similar to a childs plate and there was so sign indicating how to eat the other extras on the plate.

I am disappointed to see that the chef is not wearing a mask or gloves to prepare the food, especially since he answers the phone and is talking while hes cooking. If they ask their customers to wear masks to protect themselves, I wish they would also do whats right to protect their customers. If you want REAL Peruvian food, youve found it. The Lomo Salado is exceptional. The smoked chicken on Fridays and Saturdays is exquisite. All the dishes are gourmet restaurant quality. I love Latin Bites in Houston, and Lemon Tree was good for a time, but for my money, this place is where I go for Peruvian food. Try it, and youll be back every week.

5 finger licking good taste! First time coming to eat here, we had their ceviche mix, lomo Saltado, and Tallarin saltado. All of their dishes were full of flavor and SO good! We arrived around 5pm and they were sold out of some of their entrees and dessert. They open at noon, so plan to get their early to be able to have your choice available. Im not at all surprised they sold out of some items after being able to eat here. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. My husband isnt big on eating outside and especially from a small food truck but he was impressed with their flavors. We will definitely come back for more.
