Was on hold to try to speak to someone in store for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, and 40 minutes. All different times, is it just normal for stores not to answer phones? Did we forget how to use landlines? Im not sure why anyone would have to wait for more than 1 minute to speak to a real person.

I love this CVS. Great selection of makeup and medicines. More expensive than Walmart but there are items here that I cannot get at Walmart or Walgreens. Hands down way way better than Walgreens in price and selection.
