Horrible experience. I would never recommend this location to anyone and I brought this location business from my entire family. Whom are also experiencing their own issues with them. They treated me like I was trash. And now my father whom they do not know has any relation to me has been having the worst experience as well. I came in for a check up and was kicked out just for asking questions regarding the excessive billing charges they were charging me. No one wanted to explain anything to me. Doctor Elena Garcia was being EXTREMELY difficult to work with and tremendously rude. Not only do I think this clinic needs to be investigated IF NOT shut down for violations & protocols they are not following, I do truly believe Dr. Garcia is not worthy of working for the greater community. This experience was a complete shock to me. Never in my life have I ever received this type of service from a medical center whom sworn an oath to provide the best service to the community they are serving.

I recently saw Dr. Estela Rodriguez Alonso. Her medical assistant took a very thorough history and documented all my current symptoms. The MA then left to go give her report to Dr. Rodriguez. She came back a few times with follow up questions. I thought it was odd that the doctor kept sending the MA back and forth to ask further questions instead of coming in to speak with me herself, but it was no big deal. Once the doctor came in I could tell she was very cookie cutter and had a one-size-fits-all approach to medicine. I gave her a list of about 20 symptoms, including extreme fatigue all day long, dramatic weight gain over a very short period of time, hair falling out in clumps, 7 new food allergies in the last 6 months, etc. The list went on and on. I am young and these issues are debilitating to my daily life. She ordered a very basic blood panel. I told her in the past my reverse T3 has been low (it s a thyroid marker not included on a basic thyroid panel). She didn t order it. She insisted I am likely anemic, despite saying I didn t have any visible signs of anemia when she checked under my eye lids and did a physical exam. There was a poster on the wall listing symptoms of hormone imbalance. I pointed out that I had all the symptoms except insomnia and asked if she could test for that. She told me no, I only needed a basic blood test to check my TSH and anemia. I get a call from the MA the next day saying my blood test are all normal and the doctors only suggestion is to try a vitamin D supplement to see if it helps with my energy. She is not going to order any further testing or address any of the 20+ symptoms I am having. Apparently I just need to live like this and there is no solution because a total of 5 blood markers look okay.

I walked into The Clinic and was greeted with a genuine smile. I had my appointment with Dr. Elena Garcia , and she took the time to sit down with me, listen to my concerns and address any issues or questions that I had. She shared her knowledge and expertise and made me feel that my health was important not only to myself but also to her. It was an honest feeling of caring, which is so rare. I Highly Reccomend Absolutely amazing experience. Received kind and professional help, everything was straightforward and easy, and they made my whole situation much better. Thank you!

If you need doctors who care, stop and research another place. Because the owner/doctor of this practice Dr. Elena Garcia owns the medical practice and the aesthetics practice this practice preys on women to price gouge and inflate services. They are a true representation of why and how the medical and pharmaceutical industry is sucking sick and desperate Americans dry. 0/10 do not give them one cent.

If I can give ZERO stars, I would. This facility is completely inconsiderate of its patients and have no sense of urgency to treat their patients. I had an appointment back in August and they were supposed to order a CPAP machine. It s been 4 months and I still have yet to receive anything. I have called for updates numerous times and they just give the same answer, that they will reach out. They just give you the run around and don t put forth an effort to help. Dr. Schlett s nurse team is god awful, specifically Neyda Moncayo and Dorinda Seay. I highly recommend AGAINST using to this facility for any kind of health treatment.

Its been my doctor for yrs. But today I was very disappointed because, they charged me a full visit just for a call that last 1 min or less, when I talked to them that I will call them back if I needed their services. They called me to just tell me to take Advil and warm salty water for throad, no prescription at all. I dont think is fair. May God bless you for that.

It was my first time there ,the doctor was very nice ,very knowledgeable,the rest of the staff not so much ,when it called to review my bloodwork they called back to collect a co-pay ,I ve had plenty of doctors and they have never asked to collect money to review bloodwork,I spoke to multiple ppl in their front desk and that is what they do so needless to say I will not be going back there because why would I pay a copay to review labs when the rest of the doctors don t have that extra charge .

Dr. Rodriguez was awesome, glad to finally have a doctor that asks questions and wants to get to the bottom of my specific issues. Was very comfortable. Office staff were very nice. Im a new patient here and hope to be for the foreseeable future if things continue this well. Phlebotomist was very good, too! Quick and painless!

This place is amazing!! My husband has a huge needle phobia. Not a fear..... a phobia. Dr Rodriguez worked with him in a way no other dr ever has. For the first time in his life he had someone caring enough to be not only understanding but also offered him help to overcome this phobia. All of the staff was friendly but I am especially thankful for dr Rodriguez.

Came in today for an Annual Check-Up. Had never been to this location. Had an amazing experience. The entire staff, from receptionist to nurse practitioner was beyond nice and helpful. Completely different experience from the Spring location. 5/5 easy.

I have been with Affiliates of Family medicine for more than 20 years, my Doctor is Elena Garcia. She took such good care of my Husband for many years before his passing. And I Love her and her nurse Dorinda , they both take good care of me & their patient portal is so good , you get your Questions answered promptly. I have been a patient here for over ten years and Dr. Leticia Seay, Miriam and Faith have been a constant source of stability in my life. This office has always offered a safe environment and excellent customer service!!! Honestly could never think of going anywhere else... EVER. They have always met my needs with compassion and excellent service. I work in dentistry as a hygienist and have always referred my patients here because I feel like they treat me like a family member and not just a patient. I appreciate everything they have done for me and anyone I have referred.

I have been a patient at Affiliates in Spring since it s opening. The staff; including doctors, PA s, nurses, Front desk , et. Al. Have been outstanding. Dr. Rambarran is knowledge, mindful, considerate, and caring. Jedd, PA is equally as qualified to handle all medical areas. I have never waited more than 24 hrs for an appt. The office is immaculate and staff helpful and friendly. Covid compliant, these last months. Thanks to all!! Marie Morey

I have been going to this Doctors office for years. During Covid s original outbreak and amidst the closures I requested prescription refills. 45 day later still no response from the Doctor or Nurse. I setup an appointment, reluctant to even go near one at the time, I was then given refills after experiencing negative affects from not having medication. Just last week my Doctor decided to with no notice reduce my prescriptions after having a lengthy discussion about the adverse effects of not having the medication. I was advised to continue ie taking the meds with no change in the future. During my time without meds I began taking CBD Oil. This helped tremendously, however, a positive result for THC was found. I had been taking a high dose to eliminate pain as I wear a prosthetic and have pain daily and no meds. I warn anyone who dares to visit this office that your well being is not in the interest of these Doctors. They took my money and now have told me to deal with the change which was abrupt giving no time to wain oneself off of medication gradually. These were the exact reasons I went to the doctor in the first place was to deal and make the pain manageable. I am now being ostracized for finding an alternative remedy while the Doctor blatantly disregarded my previous attempts to gain refills. Take this message as you will, find a Doctor that will listen and cares about your health and well-being. This socialist mentality of me not being able to make or be a part of my medical well being has occurred with this office.

BEWARE OF EXTRANEOUS CHARGES. Scheduled an appointment because my husband had a cold, at check out they slap on a $40 mental health charge. A simple dr.s visit for a cold turns into a $75 visit, with insurance! When asked about the charge, their response is the doctor asked questions about how youre feeling. Never returning to this scam.

Dr Koshy is my doctor there and she has been wonderful. Its my first time in a long time to see a different PCP, so I was pretty nervous. She truly seems to care about my well-being. I am so thankful to have a dr that is able to answer any questions I might have regarding my health, and to offer any suggestions she might have I wrote this above review 2 years ago when Dr Koshy was still working with this practice. She has left now and this practice, is hard to get in touch with regarding prescription refills, which should be and used to be easy when I was able to be in touch with a dr that seemed to care. I sent a refill request off yesterday and was told it was to soon, even though at my last visit I was asked to submit my refills 3 days ahead of time so I was never without my medication. I was told I would need to wait until tomorrow, ok well tomorrow is here and they close in 45 min. I have emailed several messages hoping that someone will fill it before I go out of town for a week literally in one hour! Definitely do not recommend this practice especially since they continue to loose dr s. Apparently I m not the only one with Problems on the way things are run here either!! Poor customer service! I honestly just don t understand why I am the one being punished for going out of town one day before my prescription is due! It has never posed a problem in the past! I now have to go out of town for two weeks without my medicine! So frustrating!

UPDATE: Koshi is no longer there. PA was nice but my experience was horrible. I have anxiety and he failed to take that into consideration when he saw me on my last visit. I had to wait on results for something I didnt need checked. Panic attacks are the worst when i wait- I knew what I had and he thought it was something completely different. I had to wait the weekend to get results. WORST WAIT OF MY LIFE. He ended up treating me for what I thought I had going in since the results came back negative for what he tested. Got stuck with the lab bill since my insurance didnt cover all of it at the lab they use for what he tested. 1 year ago- I had given them 5 stars with koshy as my doctor: I have been going to this clinic for a little under two years now and they are great. Their online portal makes it so easy to email with the doctors and nurses. I was having side effects last year with one of my medications and called to speak to the nurse. I was directed to their voicemail. Well i left a message and when i didnt get a call back after a while i called again and left another message. BOO, Right? Please understand they have paperwork to do and other people to attend to- if its not an allergic reaction you can hopefully wait for a call back from the nurse after getting through all the voicemails and call back to the people that called before you. Anywho, I got a call back a few hours later on the same day and was given a solution. The nurse was nice and attentive. I could have been the 100th person she had to work with that day but she was still courteous and wasnt rushing to end the call. There was another time when I used the portal to leave a message for the nurse to see if i could get a sooner appt due to needing an increase in my dose. Dr Koshy messaged me back saying that she had sent a script with the increased dosage to my pharmacy. It was that easy! Staff was a bit dry at first but they have never had an attitude and always did a good job. They are all very nice now. I enjoy my visitmy Doctor has been very good to me. Dr Koshy takes the time to explain things and makes sure i leave with solutions to my issues

My family has been patients with then since 2008. My husband left them when Dr. Henson left. I continued to use them for myself and my kids. My son was in Friday to see Jamie Hogan and diagnosed with Bronchitis. He received a steroid shot and z pack. She told me if he was not better I should contact her. I called today as he was sent home from school again. I called at 9:30 this morning again at 12:30 and also at 3pm. I was directed to the nurses voicemail and left messages each time. It is now 4 and I still have not received a call back. I will be changing Dr. Tomorrow.

Have called multiple times to get results, always immediately forwarded to the nurses voicemail, I have left voicemails with still no returned phone call with my results. On the verge of driving up there to speak with an actual person. After my results are read to me it will be my final visit. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr Koshy is great, but seeing as she is not available at this time, everything has seemed to have gone to hell in a handbasket. Since I have been waiting for serious blood results for at least 3 days, after they tole me it would be next day, I am sure I can not be the only one.

The some of office staff are rude. The people running the billing department have no idea what in the world they are doing. Gave them my debit card info over a month ago to clear a bill they never ran the card. Now telling me they have called me several times and left messages. I have no message. This is not first time this has happened with this dept. I love Dr. Koshy, but I think I will be looking for another doctor. My mom is about to do the same.

Not sure who is the manager of the office staff, but someone needs to do some spring cleaning. I really dont appreciate the rude staff. Every time; on the phone and in person they act like theyre doing you a huge favor. What happened to customer service skills ? How about some courtesy and less attitude ? BUT if you can put up with all that - doctor Simi Koshy is amazing. She takes time to listen and answer your questions. Every time I visit she is right on point with the diagnosis. She is a wonderful doctor and just a nice human being to be around.

The doctors alternate locations and are not accessible to answer questions. My family and I tried this place due to the close proximity to our home but are greatly dissatisfied with service. The finally issue that we had that changed our minds about ever going back was being charged $5 by the office to write a prescription. I know it is only $5 but it is the principle of the matter!
