Thank you for having gas today (day after hurricane beryl. It was a nightmare but everywhere else was worse! I knew better to fill up all my cars BEFORE the storm and I still didn t go Anyways went over to the side road and was able 2 get in 15mins for diesel. Not bad!

Big rig parking available fuel too.Scale as well.The store was clean staff friendly. Trucks stay in same spot all day.But parking is mainly local guys that hog the spots like a truck yard.I watched a guy park his flatbed at the entrance loaded.Then went to his blue freightliner flat top thats a parking space bobtail to start it.QT has to get on it to have these guys turning this place into fluid parking. 10 hr breaks move on so others can park as well.Just my 2 cents.

The service staff is excellent. They deserve 5 stars. But QT as a whole done stepped on our fingers while looking us dead in the eye and smiling. Are yall high?? $4.40 for a cup of coffee?? I was a regular.. I now wont be.. If you need a coffee stop.. might as well go to Starbucks now

Cassadee seems to be the early cashier every day & is always cheerful, welcoming & fun to quick-banter with. Absolute gem! This is an extremely well located fuel stop. When towing my 5th wheel, the diesel pumps are so easy to access, as theyre for big trucks. The front ends gas pumps are many, and frequently full, as well. Prices tend to be the best around. The store is clean & well stocked. Their food area has plenty of choices, and seem quick too. Even the restrooms tend to be superior to the other guys. Weve utilized these stations, North, from MN to North Texas - so happy to finally have 1 here.

About 6:00 pm 6/8/24 my daughter and I went to QT because their tea selections are usually amazing. But when we got there, only one ice dispenser on the cola side of the store was open and all but 2 containers of tea were empty and sodas were empty also. One lady had come from Spring to get tea also. We were so disappointed. I went to ask the cashier what was going on and she said she didn t know. I ask her if someone else was there for me to talk to and she looked around and said I don t know, I think somewhere. I really hope y all had some kind of crisis or something and this is not the way your future will be.

I m a truck driver and buy fuel here every single day, nice place and good people for the most part, if they didn t have this lady name Kim would be the perfect place to do business with, she refused to help me at the fuel desk and told another employee to help me because she couldn t stand me, this is bad especially if comes from your manager on duty, because I asked to talk to a manager and was told she was the manager, if she doesn t like helping people she should get another job, because this a customer service job, not a job to have a nasty attitude.

Emily doesnt talk to me at all, Cassidy is rude and very short with me, as are most of the rest of them, I feel like Im not welcome to be here at any time, the employees here just rush me out the door like Im a bother. I always have a smile, Im always trying to make the transactions easier for everyone but nope. Idk whats wrong with the staff here, Rose is very polite, I mean it too, rose was easily the nicest person right next to the black dude that works over night, I like him too, but overall I still have to give it a 1 star. Fix the people and youll fix the problem, idk why these stuck up kids have to be so damn rude all the time. Especially Cassidy, I dont even know what I did to her, I dont even know her, we literally have never met and shes already sour with me, normally it takes a girl a few weeks of dating me to get like that

5 Times more water in diesel then normal !!! Yesterday 10/28/2023 I got the diesel from my tank tested in a lab with a company that manufactures and sells fuel additives because i was worried about the sticker that is posted at pump(see photo below) The results were shocking! The diesel that i have been buying from this location every day for at least 4 weeks and from nowhere else contains 20% bio diesel (not unusual) however, it contains 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT OF WATER! Unacceptable!!!! Now i understand why my fuel water separator only lasted 7000 miles.

I love this store. It has everything you need plus it has very clean bathrooms. The service is very quick as the cashiers run two cash registers at once so they can check out people simultaneously. Their attitudes arent always that great and one of the girls running the truckers cash register was downright rude and short with a couple people while i was in the store but other than that i love this place. Oh and i love the iced coffee machines but half the time when you go they are not slushy with ice they arent being kept as frozen as they are supposed to be which sucks when i drive all the way across town just for their freeze slushy coffee machines. Please fix

The store itself is very nice and clean, but the people running it are 5 stars as well. My daughter left her toy dog at this location. We didn t realize it until 30 miles down the road, and we do not live on the area. When I called they were so sweet and mailed the dog to our home very quickly. People be careful using your debit cards on their pumps!!!! Yesterday I tried to get some gas and they tried to get from my account 2x$ 175.- and 2x $ 135.- I m grateful that Bank Of America has fraud alert and they did save me from being robbed. Stopped by the QT store in Conroe this afternoon to grab a snack and use the mens restroom. OMG... The restroom was disgusting. I will not go into details. I didnt even want to wash my hands. This place is like Local Buccees ! Huge gas station/convenience store with one of those 18 wheeler fueling depots behind the location. Smoothies on TAP- tons to choose from. Very clean with courteous staff, lots of little cubbies and coves with hidden gems to discover. Fresh deli/ BBQ area with picnic tables outside. If you are a coffee lover, this is a must-my only complaint is that their creamer is in pump dispensers, not in the icy cold moo dispensers that circle K and others use. Their blended frappuccino machines make up for it, though!

I am a generally a huge fan of QT. I have loved them since they opened one up in my home town as a kid. I was very happy when they opened this store in Conroe. When they first opened, it was run very well. I made stopping here part of my morning routine. Everything was always stocked and clean. The past couple of months, this place has gone down hill. Items are consistently out of stock, no tacos are available, coffee is out, no sugar, the coffee area is dirty, bathrooms are nasty, and there is always a line to check out. Im not sure if they changed managers or something, but its sad to see this place going downhill already.

Never, ever have I been let down from any QT that I have visited. As a truck driver QT is my preferred fueling stop. Even if I dont have to fuel its nice to know that I can stop and get a quick grab and go. And when ordering from the kiosk, I know that what I ordered is made just right. From the friendly service to the clean restrooms theres nothing like a QT that you can depend on for whatever your needs are. Weather Im in my personal vehicle or my truck theres always a QT just down the road waiting for a visit.

I went to QT when they first opened early in the morning, and it was so amazing. They have a variety of chips, snacks, drinks, and foods that are actually pretty good i loved it, especially because I live right in front of it. This new truck stop in Conroe is a great place. Great for the truck drivers but also great for locals. They have a great selection of drinks, and the tea selection is fantastic. The hot food is pretty good too. Roller food includes corndogs, egg rolls and hotdogs and more. You can order food to be fresh made too. Very nice employees.

As of 1/6/22 qt is open for your convenience. I love this place especially the breakfast pizzas. They have many gasoline/diesel pumps for you to use, ample parking space and even space for tractor trailers to come by and fill. This is a welcome addition to Houston, and I look forward to QT having a presence here. We need places good, clean places to eat, relax and fill our tanks that arent buc-ees.
