Greg took my legal case on an emergency basis, took $7800 of my money for a retainer, and then did not perform the legal work he was hired for in a timely manner. When I requested a reasonable deadline for the emergency orders, he fired me as a client. Not before he was inappropriate to me in writing about how pretty I am. Wonder how funny the State Bar of Texas will find his written communications to me. He may think refunding my entire retainer solves his issues. He also potentially made a misrepresentation in writing about the date he mailed my retainer refund. Plenty of written communications from Greg that demonstrate an appalling treatment of a client. Smart, funny and pretty a great combo by Greg Gaines Respond to my email sent on 05/08/2024 no later than 05/10/2024 by 5pm. Yours truly... smart, funny, and pretty girl, Lindsey

I trusted this law firm to get a simple amicable divorce done and done right. After running into some issues with my ex wife I have now learned that my decree was extremely poorly drafted. Typos, non enforceables, etc. after learning of some sensitive issues in my case post divorce Greg sat on an emergency order for a week. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney.

Dont waste your time or money hiring Greg Gaines. Did not present any of my evidence at my hearing. Seemed confused and unprepared in Court. Was unsure what questions to ask witnesses I paid to subpoena to court and didnt call all witnesses to testify.

Worthless and a waste of time and money, horrible communication skills. I do not recommend. Found a lawyer that what took him 7 months to do did it in 1 month, save your time and money.

Absolutely worthless. If this guy is set to defend you save yourself some time and immediately seek a change of representation
