Highly recommend Mrs. Linzer. She was my court appointed attorney. Mrs. Linzer took the time to get to know me and my family. I have a lengthy background in Montgomery and Mrs. Linzer looked at all my progress that I had made. Upon her suggestions I completed all classes that she suggested and more. She kept my wife informed of everything that was going on since I was in jail until court. As a convicted felon from previous years, Mrs. Linzer was able to plead our case to the prosecutor and was able to get me probation. The DA told me as I signed my paperwork that Mrs. Linzer fought for me and I should be very grateful. I am. I can not thank Mrs. Linzer enough for the best outcome that we received for my case. She s attentive, knowledgeable and direct. Thank you Mrs. Linzer!!

Mrs. Linzer is a God send! For two years she worked my case, as a court appointed attorney might I add, and brought together such a strong defense team. The state made one offer, 6 years TDC time, we went to trial this week and the jury found me not guilty. Jo Ann listened, cared, and fought for me to the end. She even provided me clothes to wear to trial. Thank you so very much for all your hard work. I am forever grateful to you, Tommie Jenkins, and Blake Enax!!!!

Jo ann is a horrible attorney & just bad person all around. I witnessed her being fired by two other inmates at one time while in the court room. As for my personal experience regarding her professional quality I give her a zero. She told me I wouldn t have any court fees & I got $500 in fines. She told me I would get 20% off for good behavior & that didn t happen I did my full sentence!! She also told me the court was dropping my charge to a state jail felony level but that was also a flat out lie because my charge was only a state jail felony to begin with!! She never tried to get me in a rehab or probation or the Bambi program. She told me & my family that she would get me out of jail after I had the baby well she never did that. Instead I showed up to court & was told something totally different by her. And two days after I should of been out for my good behavior my 3 month old son was severely injured with two skull fractures & was in Texas children s hospital for 11 days. Jo Ann never fought for me & the behavior she displayed in the court room was embarrassing. She was late every single time to court & one time she was two hours late. Everyone told me to fire her, even other attorneys who have worked with her told me to fire her. I didn t listen & I suffered & my son suffered. I honestly can t even look at her picture with out crying. I won t list everything I ve heard about her or who said it. An I won t list every lie she told. I won t say how many times she manipulated me & my family & played us against each other. Ive had 9 months to think about how awful she treated me & talked down to me. Jo Ann failed my son & I. The attorneys I have now remind me of this all the time. If anyone has any questions about my review or it s legitimacy you can directly message me. Thanks & Good Luck 7/6/24 update for Jo Ann. I beat the stage 2B Cervical cancer (that u couldnt get me bail on for treatment of the tumor) although it took so long for me to get treatment I cant ever have kids again! I also beat CPS and won full custody of my son 5 months after my release from prison!! I got my son his passport & bought one for myself & took him on a trip to the Grand Cayman Islands! This is to let you know that you were WRONG about me! And this is to let everyone else know that the corrupt Montgomery county doesnt always win, sometimes love wins! <3

If you need a criminal lawyer, Jo Ann is the one to go to! She will do her best to help you. However, she is very blunt and will tell you from the get go how it is and what to expect. I am thankful for her working my case. My felony case was dismissed because of her representation. Forever thankful.

I share the opinion of Judge Bays- Linzer manipulated my perception and that of the Judge in my case. She lacked candor where due. Fails to object to prosecutorial misconduct. Unable to recognize or neutralize prejudice. Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde. Appears as if on the other team doing back door deals against client interest. Fails refuses to file responsive motions to States violations of constitutional rights. Has issues with (in)admissibility of evidence/confessions. Strongly disappointing attorney. God bless. Something else is going on.

I am truly blessed and extremely thankful to have chosen Jo Ann Linzer as my lawyer. She was determined to help my son and I get our life back. To get what I worked so hard for. Just want to tell Jo Ann that she really helped my son. She got his case dismissed and I know it wouldn t have happened without her. It gave him a second chance. I m just so thankful for her.
