I live in Houston, Harris County. I got an over the limit speeding ticket in Montgomery County. I am astute with how our municipal, county and federal court systems operate. I was clueless about Montgomery County; it s a bit different. I received a traffic citation, and was about to simply pay it and put it behind me. But I found a minor mistake made by the deputy on my citation, and called Casey Loring to see if there was a chance it could be thrown out. After paying him less than half of what the ticket would have cost me, and after less than 2 weeks, the entire process is behind me. Casey was friendly, prompt, inexpensive and so easy to deal with. Had a short convo w Casey today about my traffic issues in Montgomery, in short sounds like he still works for the county as opposed to citizens . After I explained to him I took some entitled steps to prove a traffic officer was dishonest and treated a member of the public with disrespect, Casey claimed I was poking the bear these people are public servants we deserve respect on the side of the road especially when you re caught being dishonest. Not recommended. Casey a previous prosecutor still carries tendency s of we vs them. Calling other lawyers and explaining im not looking for a Loring type has made looking for a true lawyer a lot easier. Two thumbs down .

I recieved a ticket that I wasnt sure was warented. I originally requested the video footage myself, but was not getting any response from the official channels. I contacted Mr. Loring. He took my case and worked very hard to meet with the prosecution and got them to find the footage. I did not have the expertise or connections at court to figure out this case. I drive about 50 minutes to work daily and managed to get two speeding tickets back to back. Both were for very high speeds and my insurance was going to be astronomical because i wouldn t be able to do defensive driving or deferred adjudication for either due to the high speeds. Gave me a discount for the two tickets and an even bigger discount because i could pay in cash. I never even had to deal with the courts. He was able to do what I couldn t and get me defensive driving for one and had it dismissed and deferred adjudication for the other. I can t say enough what a huge help he has been.
