Food was just thrown in bag so it spilled all over the bottom of the bag, every time I get a milkshake or anything other than straight ice cream it tastes like plain milk with a drop of flavor. Nathan and Heather are completely amazing I got greeted immediately when walking in by both employees. They talk to me about the Dunkin Donuts app and how I can save and receive points. The employee at the front counter was handling trash as I was entering the establishment. I proceeded with ordering two blueberry cake doughnuts. That same employee took my order and without washing his hands grabbed the doughnuts, bagged them, and gave me the order. I did not want to make a fuss so I took the doughnuts and once I left the store I threw them away! I am disgusted that these places are not properly training these ppl about cross contamination!!!! . If you are handling food and your are touching money, hair, trash, using the bathroom, and etc between handling orders you should wash and sanitize your hands before touching the food!!! Home training alone with common sense should ve kicked in...after handling trash wash your nasty hands and especially before touching food!

Definitely dont have the same selection or as many selections as Shipleys, but for the most part its a good place. Wish they had a better selection on Donuts. As well as kolaches. I went in and had to end up going to Shipleys after I bought from there because they did not have what my parents wanted. All around good place and good people there though

This location has a roach infestation. They are aware of it and have taken no steps to resolve this issue. They have taken very small steps which is a once a month visit from a pest control company. They also allow flies in their establishment which are on the donuts they serve. I know this because I was served a coffee that had a roach in it. This roach as at least 1 inch in size and of good size. The experience was extremely disgusting. I made the window clerk aka person in charge at time and showed them the cup with the roach shortly after my purchase. This person admitted to knowing they have a roach infestation and said much more. I had to wait until the following day to speak to a manager. I visited location the following morning, which is when I witnessed the flies on donuts. The district manager was on site. I spoke with him and the store manager. Neither of which seemed to express any concern with the flies or serving this to their customer. Unfortunately I have also consumed donuts from this location. I have a video of this conversation, to which they admit of the roach infestation. I have reached out via email to corporate they have yet to reply. This place needs to shut down and eliminate the roach infestation and take steps to prevent flies from landing all over donuts they are serving to customers.

Customer service is very lacking and I say this as someone who works in the restaurant industry. Was served what was clearly iced coffee when I ordered cold brew. Flavor was nothing like cold brew. When I went back some time later and told them about my experience I was told I was probably given iced coffee on accident. That s where they should have offered me a coffee for the poor experience last time. Nope. Just rang me up all the same. Basic customer service skills. Cmon. Those were my first and second visits to Dunkin and they will be my last.

8/11 of my orders the last 3 months theyve been out of the only donuts I ever order. Most of the time they dont even tell you they just bag 2 random donuts and send you on your way. On the off chance they tell you they are out of blueberry donuts I normally just get something else cuz I waited so long anyways. Now Im just gonna ask for a refund everytime cuz its ridiculous to always be out of the same donuts everytime- why wouldnt you just I dont know- make more? They are rude and told me their pup cups are free. Next visit I ordered them, looked at my receipt and I was charged for them. I was not amused. The wait time became more than 10 minutes for my order so I asked them to cancel what I had not received. The grouchy woman that took my order was eating a failed attempt behind the line with her fingers while working on someones order without gloves. GROSS. I hope the health department gets involved because who knows what other violations are happening behind the consumers back.

I have been going to this dunkin for years now it was really good 3 years ago when I moved to Conroe I can t say it s stayed that way. Order on the app chances are your coffee won t be made correctly, if you go to the business and order it s still wrong. The last 3 times I have made it home with everything from my order (both online and in person orders) and they were wrong. Not even close to what I ordered. I m assuming the lady who took my order this most recent time was someone of management or someone who has been there for a while and I was still handed the wrong drink and charged from a completely different drink that s more than what I order honestly going to bite the bullet and go to Starbucks from now on so sad after years of business this is how the world is going.

BAD service ESPECIALLY in the afternoon and the inside isn t nice either. We have had two workers who literally didn t know what half and half was. We proceeded to ask if they had cream and they still didn t know. We also asked if they had Bavarian donuts and they didn t know what that was. We looked at the donuts in the case and sure enough, Bavarian was spelled out clear as day. The lattes are weak and watery. Its becoming an addiction to be honest. The large is actually big and the price is so much lower than Starbucks, and the iced coffee is just as good. The cold brew is much better. There is a decent sized menu to choose from, my personal favorite is a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and your choice of sweetener Kid-friendliness: My toddler loves their little hashbrown bites, its nice to be able to get him something when Im getting my coffee that isnt a cake pop

10/31/22 Waste of my money,no receipt given,didnt notice until I was well gone. This use to be a good place to get breakfast not anymore. I had to go to chicfila to get another breakfast. Smh residents needs to get this location closed

I have never been to this Dunkin Donut location and its safe to say Ill never be back. I decided to try the iced coffee or tea and was excited to see that happy hour was from 2-6 which was an added bonus. Thats where the excitement ends. I walked in and waited for someone to take.my order. And waited and waited. Finally I was asked if I ordered a grilled cheese. I said no , I havent even placed my order. At that time a young man said what do you want,. I said it is happy hour right? He said we dont do that. I was going to order anyway until I told him the chai tea latte with pumpkin cream was what I wanted. He said nothing, turned around slowly and pick up the canister which was open and ready for any insect to crawl into. He said we dont have any chai. Walked away.and started talking to another lazy worker. He didnt ask if I wanted something else or say he was sorry they were out of chai. He ignored me. BIG MISTAKE! I will surely tell everyone I know to stay away from. This inadequate and poorly rum location .

Friendly staff and great drinks. Would give 5 stars but I complained a few months ago about a wrong order and never received an update call. Would return as it only happened once when a mess up happened.

We ordered three drinks, a couple of sandwiches, and a dozen donuts for a small family gathering. It took the employees over 15 minutes to pull our order together. This would have been understandable if the place was busy but there was hardly any foot traffic, or drive thru traffic, before and during our visit. At least the frozen coffee and donuts tasted great. The breakfast sandwiches could have been a little better. Thumbs up to the hash browns.

This place has gone down hill badly. When they opened this location, they were good, but now the coffee, donuts and customer service have completely changed to awful. I dont know if management or ownership changed or what happened, but whatever it is, its bad. Super disappointed because I love Dunkin, but this place is literally leaving a bad taste in mouth.
