We used to love this place. Now they have apparently changed things recently. The serving of a kids custard went down by about 30% and maybe half the amount of toppings. I used to pay $.20 for extra toppings and now that has jumped up to $.50 each. I paid extra for a side of gravy which they only half filled as well as getting charged $.30 for mustard on my burger which is FREE on the open condiment bar. They seem to be getting money hungry and trying to cut corners where they can. I dont usually post reviews but this really urked me since I like to bring my kids here for quality and value.

Awesome burgers. The crinkle-cut fries were nice and crispy, and the cheese curds are very tasty as well. It feels like an old school burger place. It s unfortunate that the Woodlands location closed down, but this location is great. The staff give excellent service!

I give it 4 stars because when walking in I stood there for a litle before the employees came to the register to ask to take my order, there were 3 standing there, I know not all 3 were busy, kinda like mc I mean Im loving it. I usually do not write reviews on chain restaurants, however, for Culvers I will make an exception. I really enjoy eating here. Hamburgers are good, and toppings are truly fresh and tasty. LOVE the cheddar cheese curds, and their onion rings are good as well. Value baskets are reasonable, and you can swap out the regular fries for onion rings or other temptations. Save room for the ice cream. It is very good. Everyday they have vanilla, chocolate and the special flavor of the day. Check their app for a monthly calendar of the rotating special flavors. Prices are reasonable for everything. But where they really shine is their service. Hands down, you would be hard pressed to find a restaurant with a friendlier staff. Recently I have been frequenting the Conroe location and that group is just stellar. They greet you when you walk in, and chat throughout the order process. What a welcome change! I highly recommend you try them out.

Guy, at the drive-through, was super rude. Telling me I should have calculated my total before coming to the window. Their prices are ridiculous as they are. The only thing that usually justifys spending $20 per person for a burger thats decent at best is usually culvers customer service. The manager at night with the red hair blatantly ignored my complaint about the team member and just said, Have a good night sir. I wasnt trying to be rude, but theres no need to be disrespectful. I really want my money back. The burger looks like it was spit on, and everything was undercooked.

Always a clean seating area and bathrooms. Food is excellent for a fast food adjacent establishment. For a Yankee the cod dinner has been a very welcome addition to this southern town and the family loves the frozen custard, especially the turtle sundae. My burger patty was so then and crispy it looked like burned egg whites. We sent it back and they sent a new one, exactly the same. Fries were good. Sweet tea was good. Lids would easily pop off the cups when you pick up the drink. People were friendly, however... one of the workers went to lunch, with his burger and it was quite healthy and much thicker then mine. That was just rude. The a/c vents on the ceiling were dripping tons of water onto the floors and no one cared about cleaning it. Couldnt use the ladies room because the 2 stalls they had, had employees in them who had set up camp in there. This place really went down hill since the new owners took over.

Me and my wife love Culver s we are only able to get it every once in a while bc we live about 20 mins away. Normally we go inside and eat but today we are in the area and the wife wanted Culver s so we go and this time we opt for the drive thru I ordered a bacon deluxe with raw onions and bacon only and we get home she opens her burger and everything was terrible the bun looked like some one stepped on it the onions were grilled the bacon was soggy there was little to no mayonnaise it was very disappointing and definitely not the Culver s we are used to.

This was our first time eating here. The food was so good and the price was also great. I spoke too soon about this place! I ve been coming here since I left my first review! This experienced wasn t good at all I order a double burger and shrimp and fries I was halfway eating my burger when I seen a long piece of hair in my food. I called the store spoke to a girl and asked for the manager she asked me what was the problem I told her it was hair in my food she then put a manager on the phone and MAYA was very rude she wasn t allowing me to tell her about my food she cut me off saying sooooooo do you want a refund I then told her she is very rude and not once apologized until I got there. Lets start by saying, will not be returning to this location unless things change,this is the worst food and service we have ever had at a Culvers side note lived in Wisconsin so I know how this food should taste,my wife ordered the cheese curds and they were horrible tasted like pure salt and a little under cooked she took them back to the counter and they said because they were a franchise their was nothing they could do to fix it Heather was the manager on duty they said call the Owners Tuesday for complaints,its Sunday that we are here and dont live close . The burger was not good. I told them no cheese and they gave me 3 slices of cheese. The shake is okay if you aren t thinking of the egg taste. I haven t eaten for 24hours and this $13 meal was saddening. It got 2 stars cause I haven t eaten for 24hr and it was my fault for trying a new place not theirs.

I always enjoy visiting the Culvers in Conroe. Steve is the owner and personally greets his customers to ensure their experiences are satisfactory. Kristoffer and Corey are both great employees. Kristoffer makes ordering easy and Corey brings my order to the table in a timely manner. The decorations include historic images of Montgomery County and theres even a map of the Republic of Texas. The mushroom-swiss butter burger is of good quality, as well as the cheese curds and pretzel bites. I would recommend eating here if youre in the area.

I was a wonderful experience, the employees very attractive and very helpful in all aspects, the owner of business establishment outstanding personally , honestly speaking I really appreciate the kind of service that we received my brother and I, it was his idea to stop by for lunch here ,Steve Thomas the owner is in the photo , I had to put his photo in my comment because of how well his employees attend us here

On 11/21/23, drove from Woodlands to Conroe just to get a Culver s burger and they had no hamburger meat . A hamburger joint had no hamburger meat! .lol!
