I am disappointed with the false advertising from this firm. Despite diligently following the radio ads instructions for workmans comp assistance, I received no response for two weeks. I called three times in the past week, only to be told my information was submitted. No callbacks or emails were received. This lack of professionalism raises concerns about how they would treat clients.

Thank you Paradowski Law for taking care of us. It was a long journey. Ashley and Jeff told my husband and I up front it would be many months before we could actually get any feedback from opposing counsel. We were anxious and concerned but had faith in Jeff and his team to bring this terrible nightmare to a close. One year later we received a check for over $50,000. This by no means will ever compensate for loss of life but paid for the medical bills incurred from the drunk driver who t-boned my mother-in-law as she was leaving her morning painting class at the local art museum. I never thought I would need to seek help from an attorney. After I was hit by a car that ran a stop sign, I very soon became overwhelmed at the thought of dealing with multiple insurance companies, medical bills, and car repairs, on top of dealing with the pain from my injuries and trying to keep up with my responsibilities at work and at home. Jeff Paradowski and his team are AMAZING! Nobody jumps for joy when you have to hire an attorney, especially when the case involves an accident or conflict, but Jeff and his team have a true spirit for the law and for serving their community, and it shows. We hired Jeff to assist with our case after my husband was rear ended by a driver on his cell phone. The entire incident created a great deal of stress for our family and we could not find a single attorney that would assist. That was until we were connected to Jeff and his team by another party that was also involved in the accident. Jeff took our case one day before our our time to pursue legal action would expire. On Tuesday, Aug 18th 2015, 11am, I walked for the first time into a lawyers office. My son had been involved in a major accident, we had no idea how to deal with the big insurance companies or hospitals. I knew this was going to be a long time deal, I was uncertain about even having to deal with attorneys. my boss recommended Jeff and his staff. I called Jeff and while we were still talking, Ashley was handing him the accident report. I had not even seen it yet. The first thing that greeted me when I walked into his office was a statue of the Holy Family, I knew this firm was going to be different. In that initial interview Jeff told me, Steve, you go back to the hospital, take care of your son, do what you can do for your son, I will take care of the of the money problems. Im pretty convinced that Jeff Paradowski is one of the best, if not the best, personal injury attorneys in the College Station area. He knows the field, he has the experience, and he can get you a good outcome on your personal injury lawsuit. Thats a fact. Also, his office team is very attentive and efficient. I had Ashley in my case as a paralegal, and she was always very responsive, and kind. That being said, the reason Im not giving him 5 stars, is that I got the impression that he is so good at his job that he doesnt really try hard, probably when your case is not that big. I was in a serious incident when a car crossed my right of way, resulting in broken bones and my moped being totaled. I genuinely believe the two reasons I didnt die were that I was wearing full protection (helmet, motorcycle jacket, hard-shelled gloves with wrist protection, boots, all the deal), and a microsecond that counted in my favor. People that saw the accident tougth I was dead, but I got out of the ER with a broken hand and several bruises. Im an international student, I knew nothing about what to do in a situation like this, and had no family support here, so I was very lost and worried. My advisor asked around, and someone recommended him Jeffs office. My case settled about two months ago, for an amount I was satisfied with. However, it resolved after about 14 months. When I first talked to Jeff, I was worried about the time the case would take, because of the medical bills piling up. He assured me it wouldnt take that long as it was a clear case, and he estimated that it would take less than a year. It took longer than a year ( take this with a grain of salt, maybe it was a reasonable time, and Im just unaware of it as a foreigner), and I got the feeling that he could have gotten this resolved much faster if he tried. I also felt like he didnt really explain his plan to me. When I saw it being done, I thought it was very clever and really appreciated it. I just wished I knew before so I could understand why he seemed so unconcerned about things I was concerned. On the other hand, when I was worried about time, Jeff was really kind in offering me an advance so I could solve my transportation issue as I could not ride anymore. Summarizing: he will get your case solved. If your claim is not severe, it may take a little long and you may feel like nothing is happening. But he will get you to a satisfying resolution. And if you are one of those people that need to feel like you know whats going on, you probably might get frustrated. But in the end, he will get you there. He could probably do it faster and even better if he tried hard, but probably his average can get a better outcome than the maximum effort of a less experienced attorney.

About 6 months ago, I was involved in a very serious moped accident with another vehicle and sustained some severe injuries (it was the other persons fault). The whole situation was so unexpected, and I never thought Id have to deal with so many medical appointments, expenses, and insurance all on my own as a sophomore in college. Working with Jeff, Stacy and the rest of the legal team at Jeff Paradowski was such a pleasure. I remember from the time this process started. On January 12th, 2018, my apartment was burnt down due to an electrical fault. I was still in shock from the fire incident. Jeff came over to my temporary apartment (after an announcement at his church by my co-worker, who is also a close family friend of mine) to give me his word of encouragement. Jeffs visit meant alot to me...I had lost all my belongings in that fire...for the next few weeks the only clothes I had were those that Jeff brought me. He told me that all he wanted was to look out for a brother. Then the legal process started. Jeff, Stacy and the legal team at Paradowski made sure that they put their foot down with the apartment complex staff to see to it that I was no longer inconvenienced by instructing them to let me stay in that furnished temporary apartment until my legal case was fully resolved. In November 2016, mother was a passenger in a car that was involved in a serious accident through no fault of the driver of her car. I was involved in a hit and run accident with a drunk driver in July 2017. Then I was hit from behind in November 2017. Some luck huh? I initially was going to handle both settlements on my own. I cant say enough positive things about Jeff and his staff. I was always kept in the loop on my case and anytime I called the office, Stacy was avaiable and helped me promptly. Jeff and Stacy fought and worked hard on my behalf and I cant thank them enough. Just knowing I didnt have to deal with any insurance companies was a great relief. I was in a really bad accident where I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle..while I was recovering they would come to me which helped make working with them much easier. They kept me in the loop and walked me through the legal process and explained the matter to where I could understand what they were telling me, and what was currently going on at the time. My son and I were in a bad car accident caused by a distracted driver running a red light. The other driver decided to change his story and tried to deny any responsibility for the accident, so I needed legal help. My 5-year old daughter suffered a car accident. As an international student completely unfamiliar with this situation in the US, I began to seek for legal advice. Although we talked to several attorneys in the B/CS area, none of them showed the interest and sympathy for our case that Jeff and his professional team displayed since the first time we met. I went to Jeff Paradowski after being badly injured in an accident. I had just moved to College Station for school and did not have insurance at the time which added to the stress of the situation. Jeff negotiated with the hospitals, my surgeon and the physical therapists so I could get the treatment I needed. He even helped me find a doctor since I did not know any out here. He also notified the school about the accident as well for further proof for me to drop the classes I could no longer attend without it counting against me. Jeff represented me when I was severely injured in a bicycle/motor vehicle accident. I applaud him and his staff for the excellent service they provided. Heres why: When youre injured, the first thing you should have to worry about it is healing from your injuries. The hardest part of that, in my opinion, is getting back to a normal day-to-day routine. Suddenly, there are several new things to worry about in addition to the injury--if/how long it will take to return to work, getting medical bills paid, and dealing with insurance. Without help, this quickly gets overwhelming. This is where Jeff and his team come in. They helped me keep track of medical insurance payments, which was invaluable to me as medical insurance takes their time paying bills. In many cases, without their help, it wouldve been impossible to decipher how much was actually owed to medical providers. When it came time to negotiate a settlement, both for injury and property damage with the other party, I feel Jeffs experience and judgement were essential in securing the best possible result for me. The same can be said for his ability to negotiate subrogation with medical insurance--he had a good feel for the least amount theyd be willing to settle for. Throughout the whole process, he and his well-chosen paralegal were only ever courteous and quick to respond to the multitude of questions I had about everything. Theyre best described as both knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly, I never feel like the case needed a lot of my attention--it was in good hands. While I would prefer not to have been injured in the first place, I am glad I made the choice to hire Jeff, and I would do so again if I ever needed to.
