The shopping isn t great, the (chain) food is decent. I recently went (after going here for YEARS), and I paid for my parking (per usual) and nevertheless, I got a ticket for being 5 minutes late for the time I paid for. My $30 ticket was time-stamped exactly 4 minutes after my time expired. That was incredibly frustrating and frankly, absurd. The time options were 1.5, 3.5, and 5 hours. I paid for the 1.5 knowing my meeting (at Harvest) wouldn t take too long and still got a citation. If they are going to be stingy about that (and not have a grace period), they should at least have better time slot selections. Especially for the people who are coming for things like meetings where the exact time is difficult to estimate. This is a new issue as well. I have never gotten a ticket here before. Very odd, and unfortunately it has completely deterred me from returning.

Century square is a very easy place to get ticketed and towed. I parked in a free parking space in the parking garage in century square and was towed for $325. Then on another occasion was ticketed for $25 when parking outside of a store in century square for literally less than 1 minute. Just a heads up!

Love the open green space. Hate the fact that the singer only sang really loudly about Jesus. I apologize for offending anyone but that performance really bothered me. A&M has so many foreign students if different faiths. I cant imagine how EXCLUDED they felt. Grace on the Green was a poor example of what happens when other religions arent even recognized. And that poor monkey.

Huge mixed-use entertainment district with restaurants, shopping, professional offices and even a large hotel (which was very difficult to find). The bowling green in front was nice and the restaurants with open air dining were quite lovely. Parking? Yeah, youre paying if you want to be on the street. And since my 10 tall van wont fit in the parking deck, Im paying. That first stop with their hand out turned me off. At least I might be able to plug into one of these Level 1 chargers on the street, right? Nope, the first two I tried were not powered on. Ugh. I stayed here for an hour (yep, paid for that parking spot) to meet with a friend in the hotel and opted to head on to elsewhere. Im just not going to shell out for parking for the privilege of spending more money.

The negative reviews about parking here are absolutely true, Its ridiculous. I paid for 3.5 hours of parking and not even two minutes after leaving my car, I got a citation anyway. Now theyre trying to scam 25 dollars out of me after I already paid for my parking spot. This is predatory and disgusting behavior, trying to scare college students into paying citations that they shouldnt have gotten in the first place. I had planned on coming back to check out the other stores in the area but I will never step foot here again. Truly disappointing

What a nightmare that they call free parking in their garage. The deeply inconvenient location of that garage seems to be on purpose as to force people, the patrons of their businesses, to walk several hundred meters to get to their desired business location. Nothing is more welcoming than red curb labeled paid parking. As a customer, you re going to feel completely excised and unwelcome to park near your business for which you want to patronize. Deeply annoying.

The individuals in charge of this facility resort to a ensure the towing of vehicles, regardless of whether you are a customer at their subpar business establishments, all of which are objectively bad. Within a multi-level parking garage boasting an abundance of available parking spots, primarily due to the lackluster nature of the businesses within the complex, you are explicitly forbidden to park. It is truly regrettable that such a laughable excuse for a facility even exists. I am resolute in my decision to never spend another dime here, and I am determined to warn everyone I know about the dismal experience that is Century Square. Spare yourself the same mistake I made do not set foot in Century Square.

The individuals managing this establishment employ tactics watchers to ensure your vehicle is towed, regardless of whether you patronize their lackluster businesses, all of which are subpar at best. In a multi-story parking garage with numerous available spaces, which are abundant due to the objectively lackluster businesses within the complex, parking is forbidden. Its regrettable that such a mockery of a facility exists. I have no intention of spending my money here again, and I will wholeheartedly dissuade everyone I know from visiting Century Square. Learn from my mistake and avoid Century Square at all costs.

These disgusting humans that run this facility use McCarthyistic tactics to ensure you get towed, regardless of whether or not you are a consumer at their pitiful business chains, of which are all mediocre at best. In a multiple story parking garage with dozens of open spots (because the businesses within the complex are objectively mediocre), you are not allowed to park there. It is a shame this mockery of a facility even exists. Never in the remainder of my life will I ever spend money here, I will tell everyone I know that century square is awful, and to not visit. Dont make the same mistake I did. Dont go to century square.

The parking fee is very unfair! They charge either 1 hour or 5 hours. But one movie take about 2 hours, I still have to pay for 5 hours parking. What about Uber eat or doordash driver? Do they also have to pay for parking even they only stay in front of a restaurant for like 5minutes? Sure, 6 dollar doesn t seems to be much, but the whole parking regulation feels like a fraud in century square. For the parking spots close to university( in front of sharetea and cava ) there is only one 15 minutes free parking. Two whole lines of parking spots, only one free parking. Enjoy squeezing aggies money out of their pockets.

I am extremely disappointed at my experience here. Everything everyone says in the reviews here about how predatory the parking company is is absolutely true. I d never been to Century Square before and I ordered a to-go order I needed to pick up. I didn t think I would need to pay for an hour of parking just to run in and pickup my order. In the five minutes I was away from my car I got a fine. I don t know if people were watching me or what was going on. But I think it s absolutely ridiculous that Century Square requires you to pay for an hour of parking just to park for five minutes to pick up a to-go order. I won t be coming back because of this.

Controlling parking across from one of the biggest college campuses in America has got to be a challenge, but Century Square has taken it to ridiculous levels. My son, a student at Texas A&M, loves to eat here with friends and with occasional out-of-town guests. He really promotes the place as well as being a good customer. Today, he and his friend took my nephew, a prospective Aggie student to get a bite to eat before my nephews college tour. They parked in the free parking garage - as customers are allowed to do. After patronizing one of the restaurants, they were on the way to the tour - across the street - and they dropped something in the trunk. They were clearly watched. While they were in the tour, the car was towed to the tune of $300+, plus the cost of an Uber ride to reclaim the car. This was an absurd level of overreach and a real shame that they did it to someone who literally works to bring in both customers and new Aggie students. Be very cautious eating or shopping here. They are watching you and they are out to get anyone who doesnt understand the fine print of their parking rules.

I think there s a list of some people that have experienced this but it s actually absurd. Still surprised why this area has a high rating. Their tactic for towing cars is illegal and the company managing this plaza should honestly be sued. In 2019, they advertised free parking for paying customers and it seems like whenever they get the chance to accuse students they ll capitalize on it. Would highly suggest walking here if you plan to eat/study because they ll use any poor quality evidence they can scrap together to pin against you. Without sufficient evidence, the court will bail the towing company out because there s not enough information proving that you were there .

I ll be avoiding that area until they stop spying on their shop patrons. Disgusting!

Ate at SaltBass. The portions are huge, a little uneducated on Texas love of garlic, & the spicy rub on meats. Ill be more wise on subsequent visits. Service was a bit slow, as were in there about an hour-hour & 15 minutes before they closed. So Id advise going earlier. To get stellar service, our waitperson was Erin and I think she did a very good job.
