We went to Carrabbas for our anniversary because we thought well we KNOW they have great food but boy were we wrong! They have changed in the last decade since we have been. Bread was hard as a rock, my mussels had raw garlic and no wine in the watered down sauce. I could go on but our SERVER (JOHN L) in the beaumont texas location was phenomenal. Totally professional and skillful timing and he should train the others we were thinking any ... food bad service good go John!

What a disappointing meal. Ordered the trio with lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine. The lasagna portion was abysmally small, the chicken was 1/4in thick, and the fettuccine had absolutely zero flavor and tasted like snot. Absolutely not worth $25. Will never order here again.

We ve been coming here for years and tonight we came with our parents. We ve always had excellent service here but tonight s service by our waiter, Ian was impeccable! Not only was he knowledgeable about the food menu and offered many different options to the standard dishes, but he was also very knowledgeable about the bar drinks. We had an old fashion and a sparkling Tuscan lemonade. DELICIOUS!! We had the obligatory Cozze in Bianco and calamari for appetizers and split the Johnny Rocco and the Carraba s Trio. The food here is consistently good. I am writing this review mainly to recognize Ian for helping us enjoy our night out with my parents. You were amazing!! Thank you!! We will definitely request you the next time we come in!!

I haven t been to Carrabba s in a while and thought today would be a good day to make a visit to my old stomping grounds. First I want to say that my server Jacoby was pretty good. He was prompt and made sure I had everything I needed when asked and even before asking. They would ve received a 5 star rating from me BUT they messed up my meal. I ordered the Shrimp Spiedino and got burned shrimp, not a very good taste in your mouth if you weren t expecting it to be burn. I told the manager who was very apologetic and although he accompanied my meal with a free desert the initial mess up of my meal made me loss my appetite.
