So most of the time there are helpful staff(sadly that doesn t even hold a candle to the rest and that s why this is a 1 star) but some of the new people along with seasoned staff have been making serious mistakes and treating customers poorly within the past year. Example I order online singles and when I get they the staff had wiped half my order due to they couldn t find the cards which I did in 3 seconds by walking over to the case and the exact card being right there on top. They want you to go over your order to check to see if it is right but you either get yelled at or told to go if you have an issue with the order , funny enough my last order had some higher end cards in it that they had marked as not in stock if they had yelled and told me to get out as I was making sure the list was correct that would of been a huge problem for this store s owner Other times now after they reverted to the old system of buying cards they don t even ask about if you want credit or cash and twice now they have sent my buy list to credit(if anyone doesn t know cash is less than credit so twice they have given me credit at the cash price and when I asked for it to be corrected they got upset these experiences have made me very wary to buy here ever as well as walk through the doors ever again. I guess the main issue is the staff and the treatment they give their customers and their professionalism in which they and some of the management lack(not the owners haven t really met them enough to draw a conclusion yet)

I have been going to this store for over a year. Every time I come to visit, I am greeted as I walk in. The staff is very helpful with answering questions or working on getting product in that they dont currently carry or have in stock. They have a great selection of products from MTG Sets (that came out 15+ years ago) to every major war game to most modern tabletop RPGs.

At first, I was a little intimidated to go in Clockwork as a new gamer . However, the staff is so nice and friendly that I quickly felt welcomed! They are not gatekeepy or elitist about my newbie questions and opinions, which is much appreciated! And I think everytime I ve gone in, I ve learned about another resource or thing happening in the area. Thanks for being a fun and friendly space for gaming when we have so few places like this in the area!

I went for Pokemon TCG, but found friends! I loved how friendly everyone was in the store, which made leaving take much longer than anticipated! The staff spent hours answering my questions and helping decide on what deck to start with and what next steps I should take. The place also has free wifi, which is nice for any students who want a nice place to chill and even study. Im looking forward to returning for the Pokemon meetups on Saturdays at 2 PM!

This is a quaint little place for the TCG enthusiast. This shop and hang out spot is loaded with all types of trading card games and other accessories. From dice to play mats and pokemon card they have a wide selection of wares for the avid TCGamer. They have multiple tables for playing your card games and even host events and leagues. So go check them out.

I have visited a lot of game stores in the last year as a bit of a fun hobby when visiting cities, and I can honestly say that Clockwork is one of the top three game stores in the Texas triangle, which is doubly impressive when you consider that it is competing with stores in some of the biggest cities in the nation. Its selection, play space, and prices are all competitive and enjoyable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and theyre working to include more local providers. Great store that absolutely deserves your support.

This place is really cool. I had no idea it even existed! My kids went here to play some D&D and they have all the extras you could need and a cool little store to buy things. Tables are set up for private or walk-in groups. They also have a loft with more tables upstairs. Again pretty cool place and super nice staff.

Went with my four children after a recommendation from two of their friends. Staff was professional and friendly, engaged my children both as customers and fellow Pokemon lovers, and made them feel welcome. Two of my kids made purchases and even sighed up to maybe come back and play Pokémon for their Saturday games at the store. A staff member dug through their inventory to find not one but three of a particular card for my son so he had choices of which one to buy. It was impressive! My kids came home and told their father about it immediately and have been begging to go back ever since. We will be back soon!

Arrived about 8:30 on a night they are open till midnight. Went with a friend who needed paint. Several customers playing games, 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves. Not one greeted us, nor asked to help, nor acknowledged our presence. Paint needed was out of stock, I suggested asking them to order it in. Friend replied they wont do that, and they dont keep good paint inventory He is a frequent customer. He ordered it online, but wanted to support the local store.

This store has the best selection of Board games in College Station and they also have a fairly large selection of war hammer and magic products on offer. That being said, their selection of Yu-Gi-Oh products is quite dismal so I would avoid going here if that s what you are looking for.

Bought a pre release strixhaven set that had packs peeled and had gashes on the cards. Clearly repacked and told me to report wizards instead of replacing it. Singles that were marked as near mint online and were damaged upon pick up. Poor customer service. Employees just wanted to chat with their friends instead of helping a paying customer. This place is a scam.

I went into Clockwork yesterday for the first time. While the store didn t quite have what I was looking for, the woman that I spoke to was very helpful. She took the time to fill me in on all of the products they would be getting soon without me having to ask. She was very pleasant and their was no pressure to purchase anything. I usually have no problems with this establishment. They are normally very friendly and helpful if I have questions and bend over backwards to help me find something if they dont have it in stock. However this most recent time was a different story. I am very disappointed in the way the gentleman (whom I had not seen before) handled himself and will be taking my business elsewhere due to the rude and highly inconsiderate and unprofessional way I was treated today. I went into their establishment to make a substantial purchase for my husbands DND Streaming Channel and was not wearing a mask due to a medical condition I have suffered from since 2009 that causes me to have severe fainting spells and even seizures when I do not have a clear airway. I advised the gentleman that I was not wearing a mask for that reason. To which the gentleman responded rudely that a medical condition was not a good enough excuse in their establishment and there were masks on the table that I could use. I understand businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will be shopping elsewhere for my gaming merchandise from now on since endangering my life is more important to their establishment than my business.

This shop is awesome. They have a huge space for gaming and a vast assortment of different games available for purchase or to demo in store. There are tons of tournaments and leagues playing out of here for everything from Magic:The Gathering to Yu-gi-oh to Heroclix. I highly recommend grabbing a couple friends and heading here to play games, youll undoubtedly meet some pretty cool people.

The shop as a whole seems ok. I wasnt greeted when I came in or offered help when browsing around. I came because they had an event for their computer usage. The computers werent what I was expecting; the computer monitors were small TVs so I couldnt use my headphones to communicate with my team, the mouse kept dying during games and they were wired mice, and the towers were all kept in the office so it was hard to see if the computers were better than my laptop at home. The saving grace for the shop is it has a good community and lots of events throughout the week. They have card games, boardgame and dice games as well as miniature figures to paint and supplies. A good stop for anyone looking into table top gaming.

Which is fine. But I find the selection not as diverse as it could be. Especially for 40k. But the will make custom orders for you so thats a plus.

Supper nice people. We got to chat with staff about games, pets, and life. The shop had a rare find, at least rare to me, at msrp. I was visiting from out of town and felt very welcome. If I lived in town I would be here often. Lots of table space, and a selection of demo games to try and tons of games for sale It was easy to miss them, when I was trying to find them, but I recommend putting in the effort. Its well worth it.
