All the agents be aware of this Keller Williams location. The team is not professional, if you wanna go to this location, you have to be so careful for the commission part. They said it s 20% and 80% in person, and then you gonna charger way more than this percent. Bad coaching team and never teach you the real stuff in terms of the buying or selling part. Very bad experience in this location.

Worked with a realtor for 2 months to find us a duplex we could rent. Realtor failed to do so. Never advocated for us. Just kept running credit checks which made it harder to get approved for a place.

Keller Williams is FANTASTIC! Specifically Natalie Felder. I honestly CAN NOT say enough about how amazing and helpful Natalie is. She quite literally defines what it means to go above and beyond for your clients, especially ones with a unique set of circumstances. She helped my family out of a tight spot and into a new home, and made all the kinks less painful. I would recommend going to her if you are looking to rent, buy, or sell. I wouldnt recommend this agency to my worst enemy. We had a terrible experience when we hired a realtor from this office to sell our house. Very unknowledgable! Too many complaints to list them all. She listed the house without a description/introduction of any kind for the first 58 days, the broker didnt check on it and didnt care even after we called to complain and it took a couple weeks before it was remedied.The property details were wrong, room sizes werent done and werent accurate once they finally got around to it. We were out of town buyers and were told the realtor would come often to check the house, she did not, the front door was covered with spider webs and bugs. Her coming soon sign sat in the yard well after it had been listed, once she removed the coming soon sign, the for sale sign spent more time on the ground then up. Her name on the sign broke and hung down crooked across the rest so it wasnt able to be read. She closed all of the blinds and turned off all the exterior security lights, then called me to say the house might get robbed. She didnt turn on the air conditioners (dual climate control) so the house was 78 degrees inside and so humid it was awful. Once the contract was up (of course it didnt sell) we refused to relist with them, the realtor then left the shackle/key box on the door for another week and couldnt remember the code to even get it off so it was drama dealing with that too. This agency doesnt care at all about its clients...beware!!!! Do yourself a favor and use a different agency!
