A repeat customer of Proven Plumbing, I had a leak on my water main under ground. Proven Plumbing responded same day within 3 hours of the city identifying the leak, and turning off my water. They sent Tyrone, who was able to locate the vicinity of the leak, and came the next morning to excavate and make the repairs. He worked all day from 8a until about 5p for the fix, and communicated all along what he found and how he would do the repair. In addition to the leak, he replaced the pressure relief valve and a bad section of kitec plumbing. Professional, fast, and excellent service.

The gentlemen who came, Anthony and sorry I am not able to recall the other person s name, were thorough professionals. They came, they saw, they fixed. In the past I have plumbing and other services through Nextdoor and neighborhood apps. But the work does not was subpar. And also time consuming. These guys are awesome! Professional and transparent. Not the cheapest solution, but I much more confident in their work and my new water softening system than I ever did with the system they replaced (which failed after less than 5 years). I also felt like during the sales process, I was not pressured. Over the phone, Peter and Pamela explained everything and were very helpful during my numerous calls while I was researching the system they installed for me. I had never heard of the companys products they installed, but after conducting some research I realized it actually manufactures a lot of water softener system parts that are sold under various brands. Brian and Joe were super-professional, and even helped me resolve a completely separate plumbing issue in my garage that I had not even though to ask them about (but they noticed it)! I also appreciated the fact Proven Plumbing did not charge me for their initial site visit and evaluation (no trip charge) even though I had not yet decided to go with them. Just a great experience overall. The fact theyre a local business sealed it for me. :-)

We recently purchased a house and shortly after moving in we noticed some sink drainage issues. I called Proven for 2 slow draining sinks and one clogged sink. I chose Proven based on the ratings and reviews. From the nice lady who answered the phone when I called, to the technician, Blake, that came to fix the issues, I had a wonderful experience with Proven. Blake reached out before heading to my house to make sure everything was still on schedule. When he got here I showed him the issues and he took the time to explain to me why it was happening and took no time at all to clear all three sinks. We had a hot water line slab leak. Out of 8 plumbers I called, only 3 would do the repair work, which involves capping the copper line going into the slab, and re-route the hot water above ground. Proven Plumbing was highly recommended by my friends who had used their services before. Problems with my tankless water heater not staying hot. Had one plumber come out and didn t find the problem saying it only needed to be flushed out. Didn t solve the problem. I am speechless! :) Best plumbing company in Austin and Cedar Park. We have had a low water pleasure issue for years. We have had 3 plumbers look at it and got marginally better. After a water heater failure in my attic with some damage to a ceiling and a wall, I chose to go with Proven Plumbing to replace both tanks. They promptly arrived the same day to assess the issue, provided me with four separate quotes while I was trying to decide which way I wanted to go and made arrangements with Restoration One of Austin regarding mitigation of damage to my home. I chose to replace the tanks with new tanks and had them installed in the third bay of my garage. They had to relocate water and gas lines, new roof vents and overflow drains. This was quite a project, but their plumbers Jacob and Christine handled it all with professionalism, attention to detail, and answered all of my questions. Upon completion, they left the area tidy. I highly recommend Proven Plumbing. This company was expeditious and professional, and they have two outstanding employees that I am familiar with. P.S. Update: The owner reached out and had the issue fixed right. I appreciate his intent to do right by the customer. Original post: Lazy repair and upsell. My water heaters pilot goes out and they do the bare minimum of pressing the button. The water heater is 5 years old. It goes out again and they suggest replacing the unit or keep sending someone out to click the button. Going with another plumber to actually repair the issue.

They unclogged my bathroom drain and thoroughly cleaned the drain pipe. They replaced the p trap and explained why the blockage occurred. They also provided me with preventative information.
