Tried ordering a second time and they said it be 45 minutes and understand it could be longer but after hour and a half they said the driver had already left 30 minutes prior, and it already made their last delivery and was on the way over even though they have a 5 mile delivery area somehow it was another 30 minutes East investigate this because something is going on see below Last time I ordered Employee will not answer the phone for first 15 minutes then 30 minutes drove up to the store and The only employee is baking a pizza for his girlfriend out the parking lot It is not busy and there are no other orders being made went in and asked him why he would not answer the phone still ringing and he asked me do you want to place an order and I said yes I ve been trying to place an order and I said for the last 30 minutes I have been trying to on the phone and he says that they don t take orders over the phone The manager needs to get involved as this guy is embezzling from the company he says his name is Jared after he finally answered the phone after 45 minutes

Man... I hate to ding a place this bad. But my order was nearly an hour late, and sent by Doordash. The reason I ordered directly was to avoid Doordash and other 3rd party companies. If you go by the updated delivery time promised once it was checked out for delivery, it was about an hour and a half late. Nothing against Doordash drivers - Ive done Doordash, Grubhub, etc myself. But I was ordering direct in hopes I would get someone familiar with my area - my apt complex is a pain to deliver to until you learn it. The bulk of 3rd party delivery drivers give up as soon as they see this... place. Marcos... I know youre better than this. I know youre one of the few places that still has their own drivers.

Update may 2024: This place is still just as amazing as my last review, but I would like to highlight 2 things: 1. Their attentiveness to my sons allergies 2. Their customer service. Our son is severely allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts. Marcos is one of the few pizza chains that has dairy free crusts, so we order from here a lot. (And they are also so delicious!) We make sure to specify his allergies as any allergy parent should... at least in the beginning until we felt confident that they wouldnt accidentally put cheese on there like so many places do.. they have always been so accommodating to our bizarre cheeseless pizza every time. At one point, they even called to let us know they had a desert our son could have as well. Fast forward to today, my husband accidentally forgot to hit no cheese on our sons pizza. Their employee Karen recognized our name/address and realized we usually have a cheeseless pizza in our order and called us to double check!? Im sorry, but that is over the top amazing customer service, especially from a pizza shop! She saved us from having a super bummed 11 yo boy not getting to eat pizza with us bc of an allergen on his pizza. She deserves employee of the year in my book. And I just cant say enough positive things about this particular marcos pizza franchise. 2023: This place is amazing. The staff goes above and beyond to give the best customer service. Dietary restrictions: My son has severe food allergies, one being dairy. They are always extremely accommodating when we order him a cheeseless pizza from there.

On Tuesday March 12, 2024 I placed an order for pick up. Not a busy day but yet staff was behind. I understand but after watching the two girls answer the phone they started the process of make the pizza I noticed they DID Not Wash their hands or put gloves on. Immediately I cancelled my order. I m not willing to risk getting sick over poor training of the staff. Several pizza locations around for customers to choose from. Think before heading to Marco s Pizza on Little Elm in Cedar Park, Texas.

I made a to go order for delivery. From the Cedar Park location. The driver took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive even though I m less than 2 miles away. He then gives my pizza to some random high school kids that I don t even know. They bring it over to me, and then he expects me to walk back to the parking lot to pay him for the pizza. I refused to do that, so he came over to me. I gave him the money, he s clearly stoned out of his mind and doesn t have any change. I called and spoke with the restaurant and was assured that the manager would give me a call back. This was about five weeks ago and I have never heard from the manager. Last time trying this place.

Beware if you live 2 miles away from the location and order delivery. I waited 40 minutes for my order and called the store and was told the driver is still delivering and still had to go back to the store which would take another 15 minutes and then theyll deliver my pizza. I ordered here thinking itd be faster than cooking for my kids and now I just wasted a whole hour waiting on a pizza thats made 2 miles away. At least the lady on the phone was nice.

This was a good day to get pizza for us. But when we walked in there was 1 young lady in the back that was working tirelessly on our pizzas and others. In the midst of the grueling work load She took the time to great us and let us know how soon our pizza and cheesy breadsticks would be out. She was even pleasant with the drive, who when he entered gave her attitude about people in the lobby. My family and I will definitely get pizza from here in the future.

I am sharing this review in hopes that the manager at the Little Elm Trail location in Cedar Park knows just how lucky his is for the 2 employees he had working tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, I went to go pick it up and there was 3 people in front of me and I overheard the young lady behind the counter apologizing to the guests in front of me because they were shorthanded. Shorthanded, it was just 2 employees holding down the fort, this young lady, and another gentleman. I did not get her name but she was amazing and not only should management be proud of her but she should be very proud of herself. She was waiting on customers and answering the phone and making pizza the while shouting out compliments to the gentleman that was working with her. Telling him that he was doing a great job and she appreciated him being there. These 2 kids ran that business like they owned it. Their commitment to getting everyones order out quite a sight to see. I will defiantly be calling to make sure someone saw this review. Have tried to give this location my business in person multiple times. Today is the last sorry attempt. They never have more then 3 employees and the gentleman up front is clearly in over his head. I waited in front of him while he was on the phone with another customer for 15 mins. That customer was fed up with him as well as they were consistently bantering back and forth. Finally when I thought he was done he immediately answers another phone call instead of helping me. I just left and will go to Dominos

I used to be a big fan of Marcos Pizza. However, I ordered online to pick up my pizza last night. I arrived on time, and the whole store looks busy. Three different staff checked my order and just asked me to wait 5 or 2 more minutes. After waiting 20 MINUTES in the store, finally, a staff member said my pizza was ready 20 minutes before and put it somewhere that they could not find it. So I wasted 20 minutes in the store and got two cold pizzas. The staff just said he was sorry. Im really disappointed in their service. BTW, I asked for no tomato on my chicken florentine pizza, but they still put it.

I just ordered an all meat pizza and it was absolutely delicious. I elected to add the Roma seasoning triple and butter everywhere. My mom and daughter agreed, it was the best pizza they have ever had!! My daughter is 6 and said it was the best in her whole life!! I always order a large thin crust meatball pizza. I got one last week for 9.99 plus tax. $10.82. I called today to order and was told it would be $14.00 + (closer to 15.00), so I told her never mind. She said let me see what I can do. She then said I could get it for 9.99 + tax. $10.82 so I told her I wanted a thin crust meatball pizza. She said it would be $1.00 extra for thin crust. I told her I just got one the other day for 9.99 + tax. Ive never been charged 1.00 extra for thin crust. So I told her never mind, thanked her and hung up. Im not sure what has happened to this place. I have ordered from them several times in the past and was satisfied. But last night the pizza I got was the worst ever. It was half cooked, soggy and was very skimpy on the ingredients. Im not even sure its real cheese anymore, and instead of using fresh mushrooms, they use canned mushrooms, which is disgusting. Worst service in the world, the cashier a gentleman with glasses is a very rough man, poor attention, poor hygiene, they are not contributing to the quarantine, they keep customers close which is not allowed. They deserve 0 stars.

After not ordering from Marcos for a little while my husband and I decided to give it a try again. We order pizza and a salad. Service was quick and friendly. When our order arrived my salad was missing the turkey i had selected to be added. After a few weeks we decided to order again. I gave the salad another try with the turkey thinking maybe it was just a mistake. My salad came with no turkey again. I was quite sadden by this. If turkey is not available or is just not an option it should be removed online. The pizza is really good Im just a little upset my salad didnt come correct twice.

I have ordered three times from here. Everytime it takes longer then an hour and half to get something delivered right around the corner from their location. When calling and asking any idea where the order is she says oh I think its on its way. Then i said everytime I order it takes almost two hours to get my food. She says you must just order at busy times. No customer service, other locations yes, this one none at all. Would not pay to get food from here again. Roussos is much better and friendly staff.

It was fairly good. Has anchovies which is a big plus, as well as a lot of other options as far as crust style and toppings. Good and not too bad for the bank, but not top quality pizza. Id say its a bit better than the traditional Dominoes and Papa, but this isnt going to be the formal Italian substitute.

Pretty disappointed from my last order. Usually these folks are on top of their game, but this one particular Friday night I called to follow up on an order we placed online that was taking an excessively long time. After waiting quite a while, and hearing a lot of shuffling in the background, they finally realized they actually lost it. The guy on the phone wanted to make things right, but I didnt give him the opportunity to do so (sorry guy, I was pretty upset). Other pizza joints have given us coupons the next day via email for free stuff after they recognized their mistakes. This is good practice as it gives the customer a day to cool off a bit. LOL... Apparently Marcos doesnt do that. If they did Id be more likely to order from them again. Maybe sometime down the road well give them another shot. If things turn out well maybe Ill change my review.
