Managed by a private HOA manager that does not enforce the HOA rules in my opinion. The community is going towards a downward spiral over the last 5 years. Ive written the President of the HOA with zero answers or a reply on the way forward dealing with neighbors not in compliance with the rules.

There are so many parks in this area and its amazing because there are so many families with young kiddos around. This park is perfect for my and my 14 month old to walk to ( well I walk she sits in her chariot wagon lol). Its never crowded that I have seen and has lots of open space for other activities.

Not much off a playscape, but the kids seem to like it. Covered picnic tables, a grill, water fountain. Not accessible from Old Mill, unless you walk along the drainage ditch
