The shift lead literally said they are NOT taking dine in or to go orders since they are closed...and the sign and website even says it closes at 11pm....it was 10:30pm!! Im writing this review 10 minutes after leaving this. Unbelievable. Your GM and corporate office are ok with losing revenue????

July 22 2024: This is the typical Chipotle, you know the menu, the process and options. Overall it is ok in this location Pros: Good food and ingredients, good location, good causes Cons: Place is dirty, tables , floor somewhat dirty, I saw a lady just throw a bin with new beef into the hot water, and that created a spill of hot water into the customer side, fortunately no one was there. They need to work on the hygene overall

I ve picked up online orders from here before but for some reason today the employee behind the register decided to stop mid-transaction with another customer and harass me about my order. He made me pull up my order confirmation, which I did. But he still wasn t satisfied and began scrolling on my phone and grabbing the bag from my hand. My wife and kid ordered sub par food from the 909 E. Whitestone location that had live flys inside the packaging. The location management was rude and took my wife s receipt. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone via telephone the automated system will not allow you to speak to anyone. Seems like they want to avoid accountability. Chipotle was alright in 2000 but it is garbage now.

Ordered a bowl to-go online. Not only were several ingredients missing from my order including salsas, fajita peppers, etc but I kid you not I had to spit out 9 pieces of meat that were not trimmed at all, covered in fat and sinew, and honestly just a gross experience. Everyone should be able to trust the food their eating and the company they re purchasing from not have to check every piece of meat while they re eating it to ensure they won t get another bad piece. I eventually gave up and stopped eating the meal. This is coming after working an 8 hour day straight with no breaks. Just the last thing anyone needs is to have to essentially do the job of the person who cuts the meat. Update! They told me to reach out so they could provide support and the agent while having seen my message did not respond and was not helpful at all obviously. Thanks chipotle..for wasting more of my time.

The store is grate, once after yelling at the AI voice not and angrily texting their text support options and your finally able to speak to a manager saying I m mad to get help are you finally able to get anything fixed .. The voice and chat support AI is broken and the script needs to be remade. The most frustrating thing is when you have a allergy / issue with a order before it s even been made then waste 30 mins of your time yelling at a bot that doesn t understand and can t help you to finally dumb down your own vocabulary saying angry speak to manager at store does this AI finally understand speak to a representative at the store or any other way to you can think of to speak to a person. When they get it right, it is good. Got it wrong three consecutive times but tried to make up for it when they read there own label burrito pasted on the bowl they made. Meh. Our second time here. I tried it once and it wasn t my cup of tea but this time solidified my opinion. The staff rushed us through the line, the floors were dirty and there was trash and food on the floors- it seemed maybe they were short staffed so maybe there was nobody to clean the dining area, but we had to clean our own tables. The soda fountain area was a hot mess, and there were sticky soda on the floor and straw paper all over the place. The cup lids were all falling out of their respective containers. This was probably our last go-round here. For what we paid ($15+) per person, you d think the restaurant would at least be staffed with someone to make sure the dining area was clean. In the hour we were there, nobody came in to clean it.

My wife place her order on-line(WU9-KA2). This was first time ordering on line. When she got there, she didn t know the routine. When she told the lady behind the counter, the lady told her with a rude voice it s over on the wall. So my walk out of line went the wall. She saw the order, tape up and took. Do not eat here if you are a vegetarian. On many occasions, I see the servers shoving the salsa spoons into the meat in burritos and bowls as they are preparing food. This transfers meat juices into the salsas, guac, sour cream etc... As a vegetarian, my family and I chose to leave to another restaurant. My suggestion is DO NOT order from this location using the Chipotle app. It s been over a year since I ve used the app because this location consistently got at least one order incorrect every time. When I went to the store to complain the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Tonight my daughter convinced me to do an online order. We ordered 5 meals for $75. Every single one of the orders was incorrect. I ve spent almost 2 hours trying to get in touch with customer service. Tried going back through the email to file a complaint and the live chat they sent me to was a chat GPT with no ability to do anything. Went back to the restaurant to complain and ask for a refund. The manager tells me there is nothing can do because it was an online order. Literally don t understand how or why it is so difficult to read an online order and make sure the correct ingredients are in each order.

Most recently was walking away with a to-go order when I heard an employee mention one of the containers had a lot of bugs. 50% of the time they leave something off order when we order pickup. The reason weve kept coming back is because our child with many food allergies likes it and its easy to get gluten and dairy free meals for her. However, they are also careless and let the cheese fall into the guac so my daughter has had stomach issues because of it. When we try to call the restaurant to let them know/ask for a fresh side of guac, you have to argue with a fake person forever to be able to get transferred to the restaurant and then they dont answer. Today was the last straw after so many chances. Also the garbage was overflowing and the floor was covered in trash too. Its really gone downhill unfortunately.

Ive been a Chipotle acolyte since its early days - this was easily the friendliest experience Ive had over the past 20 years & the food was still fresh and warm even though we were there just before closing. Really hit the spot and reminded me why I loved it when it first opened. I do miss the poetry, art, and quotes on the cups though - they set Chipotle apart as somewhere a bit more elevated & creative amongst the college fast food options. Great food as always. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon as expected. Not a big dining room. Parking: Busy and tight parking lot around the store. There are several businesses next door and in the area. A particularly busy area.

Very frequent customer. Love the food. I m vegetarian and I online order a veggie bowl every time. They get it right every time. Today I picked up my usual online order. Came home and saw they mixed up my order with someone else s and I ended up getting chicken. No way to get a refund. Their chat Pepper doesn t help. The location doesn t issue refunds and the 1-800-CHIPOTLE doesn t pick up the phone. I d have to drive another 40 mins back and forth to get my food. Spent 30 mins on the calls and chat for a $15 refund. Wasn t worth it anymore. So there goes the order. This is to say - always double check your order.

I get a burrito bowl and two burritos every time I have an appt in Austin on my way home from this location in Cedar Park. The staff are amazing, my order is always correct, fresh, and they even put napkins at the bottom of my to go bag to make sure the bag doesnt get soggy full condensation in my 45 min trip home. I frequently am the 1st order of the day when they open, but my food is still ready on time and delicious. Much better then most of the Austin greater locations! Dietary restrictions: My hubby is allergic to rice and they have never gotten a single grain into his burritos! They pay perfect attention to the notes of an online order.

This location is ridiculous. I have ordered from here before many times for online order and everytime it s always the same people making the online orders and it s the same people making mistakes that they keep having make the orders. Maybe get some new people making the orders and change it up so you don t have the same mistakes being made? The cashier is always backed up whenever i try and go through the monsterous line and they never seem to have time to clean the eating area. i asked the cashier about cleaning the eating area and she told me she needed to wait till there wasn t a line out the door to get an opportunity to clean the eating area. why is someone that is in charge of dealing with the rush also in charge of dealing with the mess? she should have been able to ask someone else to do that since she was clearly swamped with customers and it was really gross in there. very clearly needs more staff. also the girl who served me in the line looked very stressed and had pruny fingers when she took off her gloves and was very sweaty, that can t be healthy being in front of all that steam for hours. overall management needs to change the way they do things to make it less hard on the staff because the mostly teenage staff that i always see working is usually struggling to keep up.

Even though I was there an hour before closing all of the utensils napkins straws et cetera had been pulled from their normal customer service area. All the chairs were upside down on the countertops so it was difficult to get a place to sit. However the staff was still busy and polite and the food was as good as always.
