Dr. Calderon has been my primary care provider for years now, and I have had nothing but good experiences with her and her staff. Every interaction is productive, timely, and thoughtful. I especially like the Spruce app that Euphora Health uses for communication. It makes coordinating visits and other needs seamless and transparent. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Calderon and her team!

Euphora Health definitely earns five stars from this uber-busy family! For years I have searched for a medical practice that makes me feel like an entire human person when I need care. Im grateful to say that I have found just that in Dr. Calderon and her amazing support staff. Some of the biggest factors in my glowing review - When I have labs/test done, Dr. Calderon calls me personally to discuss them, answering any questions I might have and we are able to have a conversation about what action to take, if any is needed. Collaboration with my doctor is essential to me! Lightning fast communication! I am able to communicate with the office 24/7 via the app. I cant stress enough how much time and stress this saves me!! Full transparency with test results via the app. I can download or revisit them at any point. The ability to schedule office visits or virtual appointments as needed with true flexibility between the two. Prescriptions and test orders submitted immediately, I have never had to sit and wait or call and hassle them to get things done. Everyone at Euphora makes me feel empowered to participate in my own care, and that is huge for me! Thank you to everyone there for the wonderful care you provide!

Absolutely love the quality of care, timely service and response time, and simplicity of switching from a traditional billing PCP to Euphora Health DPC. Although I have great insurance, it s kinda useless when you can t even get to see your Dr in any timely matter. By the time I got an appointment, the issue was no longer present, I had gone to an urgent care, or I only spent 10 mins in the office to be quickly rushed out. This is no longer the case with Dr Calderon. She allocates sufficient time to discuss your concerns, can always get a hold of her or her office, and they are super prompt to respond back with any questions. Overall, it s a great system and it s money well spent.

Update to add: they hear you here. They hear you and listen. Ive had other doctors that dont seem to care but they truly do here! I cant express how happy I am to have found Euphora Health! Dr. Calderon and associates have been nothing but outstanding for me and my son in our 4 plus years here. Always quick to resolve any issues I may have. Everyone, especially Dr. Calderon, is very patient and listens, which is not been my experience before. Ive been testy over some things with them in the past, and they were very kind and calm with me, and I truly thank them for that. Highly recommend.

This team delivers the type of service that is often lacking in the healthcare industry and is so desperately needed: compassionate, time-sensitive, affordable and exceptionally capable. An office that typically stays on time, offers virtual appointments, efficiently communicates via text and can resolve my needs same or next day, is invaluable! It is evident that, while all businesses need to make money, this one has a real mission and purpose that drive them. This is made evident with the friendly staff that are well trained, competent and seem to like their job, as well as a doctor that is genuine and has been called to help people. Following up with the patient to ensure their health concerns have been resolved after the visit seems like a small gesture but I can ensure you it is rarely done so Ive been pleasantly surprised each time I receive contact from the team. I have over 15 years experience personally struggling to find optimal healthcare as well as working professionally in the medical industry and I ve been longing to find a doctor s office that feels like an advocate for my health and I think I finally have. I would recommend them to anyone!

I really appreciate the amount of time and care Dr. Calderon and her staff give to me as a patient - this has genuinely been the best version of healthcare I ve ever had. They re all very kind, accessible, and even respond timely to messages through their app, which can be so useful when you have a question that doesn t feel big enough to book an appointment for. An example of their amazing care was when I had fallen and hurt my arm, and Dr. Calderon helped to research affordable clinics near me to get an X-ray, provided a diagnosis and treatment plan, and regularly checked in to see whether it improved. I ve never had a doctor who was so involved and willing to help, and also be understanding of costs as someone who is self-employed.

Dr. Calderon and all the staff are incredibly helpful, compassionate, and respond quickly. I ve had a few health scares, and received prompt responses and same day appointments. Being able to text my doctor is something I can t do without now. The labs I need every six months are also MUCH more affordable through Euphora. Can t recommend Euphora highly enough! Dr. Calderon is wonderful and takes the time to really listen.

Dr. Calderon and the entire team at Euphora Health Cedar Park are simply the best. Convenient and affordable. Their quality of care is unmatched. I really enjoy the telehealth component that is provided through Spruce because I don t have to wait very long to address a health issue or take a whole day off for an in person appointment. When I do have an in person appointment it goes so smoothly and I m not waiting forever in the waiting room or exam room before seeing the Dr. I went without a primary care provider for years and when I had health concerns I overpaid for the care I received. I feel like I am actually being seen as whole person and not simply a patient. Thanks Euphora!

The company I work for uses Euphora health, I work in human resources so I get feedback from employees regularly and everyone is extremely happy with the services, communication and pricing. The quality of care is definitely better than anywhere else I have been.I have personally used their services for myself, daughter and husband and truly they help you in a timely manner and that allows you to address your health issue immediately. Whether your employer is offering Euphora Health or you are thinking about signing up on your own, it truly seems to offer great peace of mind knowing anything that comes up in our healths we have someone to easily reach out to without hassle. I have been a patient of Euphora Health for over 9 months now! I have had appointments with Dr April Calderon, Mariam Dhanani. They are both absolutely wonderful. Dr April Calderon is my PCP. I have gone through some serious health issues this past year and they have stood along side me the whole way. There have been times i just needed my hand held and things explained to me in detail and they always take the time to comfort me and put me at ease and make sure i understand exactly what is going on. The Spruce app to contact their office is amazing as well. The vast majority of the messages are responded to within in 5 to 10 mins. Basically anytime i have needed an appointment they have worked me in with in 24 hours. Another Benefit is reduced rates from that i am able to get through Euphora health for my lab work. The rates are generally half of what my insurance co-pay would be. Just in the money they have saved me in the last year on lab work has almost paid for the service its self. I have never experience working with someone as compassionate as Dr April Calderon. I look forward to being a patient of hers for many years to come. Thank you to the entire Euphora Health Team!

For over 10 years I ve seen a holistic doctor in Austin. He retired months ago and referred me to Euphora. I m early 60s and good condition so my medical needs are few but preventive is more important now than ever. After some reading and a chat with them, I signed up. I could not be more pleased. The medical team is very responsive to my questions and explains things clearly to make sure I understand. Dr Calderon listens well to questions and concerns. A big plus. They are prompt for appointments. It s a monthly fee and a great value for great care. Highly recommend the team!

I moved here from Florida and found Dr. Calderon at Euphora Health in Cedar Park. Since the first visit, she, Martha, and all the staff at the office treated me like family. Dr. Calderon is professional, caring, responsive, making it very easy to communicate over the Spruce App and in person appointments. Every health issue I had was diagnosed and treated promptly. It is the easiest experience I had with family doctors in many other states, I highly recommend Dr. Calderon.

Dr. Calderón and the clinic are the best. I could address all my concerns and not felt rushed. She address the once with more concerns first and practically made a road map of how we were going to proceed with everything. She accommodated me between appointments when I had an emergency. The follow-ups through calls, and spruce system was like having the Doctor, just for me, 24/7. Also, all the discounts I had were a great surprise. It has been a wonderful experience to be under the care of Dr. April Calderón.

If you don t have health insurance, Euphora is definitely the best alternative. I m not someone that needs to go to the doctor all the time but I did have a couple UTIs over the past year and April always helped me immediately. You just message in and usually within the hour you get a message back from the doctor directly. You can even get same day appointments in office if necessary. I love them!

I cannot say enough kind things about Dr.Calderon! Ive never before experienced the kind of care and attentiveness that Dr.Calderon gives to her patients. You can feel how much she genuinely cares by her tone and great listening skills and follow-up. The Euphora app makes scheduling, communications and sending pics to her a breeze. I had a good amount of skin cancer removed on my upper thigh and she not only did a perfect job removing it and suturing it, she followed up nearly every day to make sure the healing was going well. Dr. Calderon was my primary care physician when she was at a clinic in south Austin, and I followed her to Euphora Health because she is the first doctor Ive had who encouraged me to tackle health issues from a wholistic angle rather than simply prescribe medication or order procedures. Dr. Calderon is quite simply the best doctor I have found, so when I learned that she was moving to direct primary care, I signed up as quickly as I could. Im thrilled with the level of care that Dr. Calderon and her medical assistant provide. Indeed, the most treasured of the Doctors I have been privileged to meet. Dr. April Calderon treated me like a family member. As the son of a Military service member, I have been to many physicians in several states and I can tell you with great confidence that during my first office visit with Dr. Calderon, she found the source of my constant chest and nasal congestion. Ive been prescribed different types of medications in the past with little to no relief. I never had an explanation of what the cause of my condition is until I met Dr. Calderon.
