I dont know how this place stays in business. I purchased a Master Spa, along with the wrap around bar, steps and barstools, in January. Delivery was scheduled for the 27th of February. Delivery day comes and only the spa is delivered. The delivery guys knew nothing about the accessories. I called the store multiple times and left multiple messages over the span of several days. No response whatsoever. I finally drove to the store (45 minute drive from my house) and spoke to several people. No one could tell me when the accessories would arrive. I left and later that day got a call saying the accessories were still several weeks out due to the manufacturer being backed up. Now, when I was in the store in January and made the purchase, I was told that it would about 6 weeks for the accessories, so that is why we chose the end of Feb for delivery, so everything would come together. In the meantime, we find that there is a leak in the spa. Again I called the store and left multiple messages, again with no a single return call. I had to make yet another trip to be able to speak to someone. I mentioned both times, when I was there, that it was ridiculous that no one answers the phones or returns phone calls. They appeared shocked. The accessories finally come in and a date is set for their return to install it all. Unfortunately, some parts were incorrect and they couldnt complete the job. New parts were ordered and eventually everything was installed and all good. As for the leak, a tech came out and spent most of the morning trying to determine where the leak was coming from. I happened to be a hose clamp and of course he didnt have the correct part with him, had to order it and yet another trip. I now have several jets that are broken. We have maybe used the spa a dozen times since it was delivered. I went back to the store just looking for replacement jets, I could install them myself. There is find out that they no longer carry Master Spa products and I was referred to a warranty provider. After speaking to him, my warranty, if I even have one, does not cover the trip charge. Based on what this guy was saying, since I purchased a floor model, he isnt sure if I have a warranty or not. The salesman certainly did not mention that. And my paperwork reads standard warranty and since it was a floor model, cosmetic things are not covered. What a run around. And as I speak to more and more people about Paradise Spas, I have yet to hear anyone say they have been happy with their dealings. I would steer clear of this business. And am very disappointed that I didnt speak to others before venturing inside and getting the shaft.

I would love to give Paradise Spas five stars, as our salesman Jonas was excellent, as was the delivery team. However, upon delivery it was noted that the jets in the tub had multiple jets with issues (they would not open or close). This was noted again during a later service call for an unrelated issue. Since then (4 months) I have called the store over ten times asking for service to come out and replace the jets in the tub. On two occasions I was told they would put me on the schedule but didnt, on the third occasion I was told that they now outsourced repair services and would get back to me but didnt, and every other time no one picked up (Ive tried various times of the day and week). The hot tubs are generally quality and the sales staff is great, but post-sale service has been incredibly disappointing.

Tanner and his guys with Wegotchu delivery were fantastic. We had a spa delivered by a different delivery company first but it was the wrong one, so Tanner had to pickup the old and deliver the correct one. It involved some maneuvering in tight spaces and they handled it with ease. Tanner was informative about the spa itself and explained how it worked and the chemicals, none of which were provided by the previous delivery company. Highly recommend them for your spa delivery! Paradise Spas was easy to work with. They made a mistake and originally ordered us the wrong spa, but made it right without hesitation once we alerted them to the issue.

We received our hot tub in November 2023, as soon as we got it we called to let them know some of our jets were not working. They said they would send out a tech and scheduled a date, and tech never showed. We called and left several messages and no one ever responded. In January we were finally able to reach someone, they sent out a tech that had no idea what was he was doing, and messed up the hot tub even worse, where now it trips the breaker. He said we needed a certain part and would be back the next week to repair, and again never showed and we were not able to get ahold of anyone. Finally in April we went into the store we bought hot tub from and told them everything and told them we could not get ahold of anyone for the past 3 months, nobody would return our calls. They got in touch with another tech, who came out a few weeks ago, whom said he was going to order parts to fix and again crickets ..we paid 20k for this non working hot tub, that we cannot get fixed. We have never got to enjoy it fully. Would definitely go somewhere else.

SCAM!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CONPANY. We paid top dollar for an exceptional product. Delivered our tub the night before Thanksgiving cracked and missing head cushion and blamed it on us. Said that we bought it that way. We had video of the tub in perfect condition the day we bought it. Scheduling delivery was not easy. Had to take two days off work and got no showed the first day. Called and was told to call back because they were at a show. Once the delivery day came (another day taken off of work) they said they put the wrong tub on the truck and asked us to accept the one they had put on the truck (different color, the one no one wants) Once it was delivered cracked they said they had a perfectly good one on the truck but it was a different color. I asked them to put the cracked one back on the truck and they called their supervisor. They said they would deliver the missing cushion and schedule to have the cracked skirt replaced. Its been 5 weeks and several emails with nothing but the run around. Update May 2024 still not resolved. Never heard from your team. Still cracked and missing head rest. We paid 17k!!!!

Man, I went into the wrong business. Warranty, pfft. My pump went out after two years. Service guy came out (after pre-paying $390 for a service call; extra for parts), and in two minutes, said, yep, I need to order a new pump. Itll take about 10 days. Over a month later, I call to check on status and the service person says, oh, we cant order the part until until you pay for it. Argh! Ive had zero communications with them since the first service call. So, I pay for the part (itll be another 3 weeks estimated until it comes in) and an additional labor charge totaling $506... Lesson learned: sell products you can make a killing off of servicing after the fact -- and dont care about customer service after the sale. UPDATE: Reducing the review to 2 stars. After 10 months of this review being up, a response from the owner was posted: were sorry, will be reaching out -- well they havent. So, reviewers beware -- if your reading a review of and see a response that looks like theyre trying to make things right -- its a ploy to make themselves look better -- they have no intention of contacting me. Shame.

I cant imagine a better experience. We pulled up to look at hot tubs. We knew we were wanting to make a purchase soon but not necessarily today. My wife and I chatted in the car before in anticipation of a pushy salesman jumping all over us and trying to convince us to buy something we didnt want or need. That didnt happen. They were not busy at all but still gave us time to browse and get a look at things before trying to make a sale. Eventually Brad came over and was geniune and caring not aggressive or off-putting. When he realized that we had medical issues and that we wanted a tub for therapy reasons he quickly began to share the features that would help the most and was honest about features that were nice to haves but not worth the extra cost for our needs. I felt especially well taken care of when he explained that we could get a sales tax refund with a doctors note, and even gave us the forms for our doctors to review and sign. Needless to say at this point we ended up buying one on the spot. And at a price we were excited about. Which is something we never do for large purchases like this. But their guarantee and service options made us feel safe that we would have support long beyond the transaction, and we could reach out at any time for help, supplies, or even just answers to questions about how things work. Sipping coffee (or margaritas) from the hot tub is super relaxing and I am so glad that we stopped by just to check things out.

I purchased a Master Spa (Healthy Living 8 DL) from Paradise Spas after attending one of their expos in Cedar Park (the HEB Expo Center) on 06/17/2017. Its now 3/15/2024, and my spa is still wonderful. Over the years, a few pumps went out, but they always promptly sent someone out to my house to replace them under warranty. My experience with paradise spas was great. I purchased a floor model plug and play garden spa on 1/5/24. It was delivered on 1/10/24. I couldn t get the pump to start so I called on 1/11/24 and they sent someone out that afternoon. He was able to get the pump working. Turned out that there was just air in the line from transport. A month later spa still working great and I m in it almost every night.

Purchased a floor model spa from a spa show. Was delivered within the time frame they promised. The spa had 1 bad pump when delivered (stuff happens) but Sean was phenomenal in coordinating getting it replaced. Sean was who sold me the spa and I fully expected to not be able to get ahold of him once I noticed the problem but could not have been more wrong. I text him and he FaceTimed me on a Saturday and spent 20+ min troubleshooting the problem with me. I highly recommend Sean and this company.

I do not recommend. Do not purchase anything from this company. We purchased our hot tub September 30th and were told 2-3 weeks for delivery, it was finally delivered November 11th. We got no instruction manual, no chemicals to start up and no stairs. The salesman was rude when I requested each of these items and I was told to go online and get the instructions. Chemicals are on back order and stairs are not included. We didnt get chemicals shipped to us for another 2 weeks. Finally we were able to enjoy our new hot tub. But no . . .We had some jets that didnt work and called for service on Monday they had technician in the area the next day, which was fine. We were home all day and finally at 8pm the technician calls and says hes 2 hours away. I say no its too late he said you knew when you made the appointment that it would be a late appointment I said no we were not told it would be late only that someone was scheduled to be in our area. He finally shows up at 10:00 p.m. and called, I gave him the instructions on where the hot tub is. About 3 minutes later he calls to tell me that everything works and do I want to come outside and check it. No its 10.00 at night. He says he will check all the jets and when I get up in the morning I can see that its works. This is by far the worst service I have ever gotten from any company. All they want is the sale after that you are on your own. Do not buy from #Paradise spas

Wow I wish I would ve checked reviews before making my big purchase with this company. I purchased my spa in mid October and here we are in December. I was told delivery is scheduled for today. This is after I ve called multiple times myself to check the status. I sure hope it s today and everything is fine I m tired of dealing with all this. I purchased my swim spa from Paradise, and have always purchased my filters and chemicals here, and was happy until I needed service..... My spa had a leak, and I called them for service. It took multiple rounds of diagnosis/repair/wet-test failure/repeat, before they finally identified the problem and fixed it. This process took 4 MONTHS, and was full of misquoted prices, reschedules, cancellations and no-shows. At one point during during this ongoing frustration, Kevin Jackson offered/promised a free set of chemicals for all of the trouble. When all the work was finished, I asked for a list of all of the work and charges, for my records. They provided this, and when I reviewed and compared to my cc charges, they had charged me $345 too much on one of the invoices. They couldnt explain it, and had to refund the amount. Then I called to ask for my free set of chemicals, and was told that Kevin Jackson had been let go, so I would need to speak to Mike Parent. He told me that if I dont have it in writing, he wont honor that promise. Since it was a phone conversation, I didnt have it in writing. I asked him if he could just ask Kevin about it. He said he did, and Kevin said he didnt promise that. So either Kevin lied to Mike, or Mike lied to me. I asked to speak to his superior, and he told me the owner pays him to take care of these things and would not be available to talk to me. Well, owner, Mike is not taking care of issues, hes just hiding them from you.

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. I bought a Master Spa swim spa from Paradise about a year ago along with an expensive Smartop shock assisted lift cover. My story is VERY LONG so I will paraphrase issues -Seldom do phone calls to the service department get answered by a human (I will say that seemed to improve towards the end of our relationship). -No way to leave a voice message -They try to get you to pay for things that should be covered under warranty (faulty gasket on the cover) -Ridiculously long window for when service crew will show up. One time they showed up around 7:30pm in the winter. Guess what? It is dark by then. They had nothing but a little flashlight. I had to loan them a trouble light -Shocks on the cover were incorrectly sized at installation causing it to not operate smoothly (pointed it out on several occasions to the service tech and was told initially that was normal...he finally took it apart and found the incorrectly sized shocks) -In April, ~5mo after install, the incorrectly sized shocks on the cover began to cause the plastic swim spa panels to buckle and bow. Their explanation was it is the TX heat. April is NOT TX heat!!! Do they tell you not to install these in the sun? NO! Why were the panels only bowing & buckling where the lift brackets were mounted and not on any other panel? The truth of the matter is that the mounting bracket for the lift is only partially biting in to the swim spa wood frame (as told to me by the Paradise service tech). I would have happily paid UP FRONT to have had the frame beefed up to accommodate the cover. The manager held firm to the weather explanation and would not assist me further. I went to Master Spa and was going to get replacement panels as an accommodation (aka not under warranty as they do not warranty for weather). 9 months after purchasing, Paradise is no longer representing Master Spa so Im shed of them (thankfully). Read the google and yelp reviews. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! I wish I had!

Be cautious when dealing with this outfit they promise the world and deliver nothing. We are going on a month without a cover that was promised would be here in two days. The customer service is all about selling and once they get your money they are done with you. They told us to put a tarp on a $10,000 hot tub that is what people do after a hurricane. They have the cover but they are too busy going to shows and will deliver it the next time they are in our area.

I ordered a spa from Paradise on labor day weekend Sept 3rd. Today is Oct 7. I was told 2-4 weeks for delivery. I called about my order yesterday which they could give me NO update about my spa bc it was being built by a 3rd party I spoke to someone named Emma. Today I recieve a payment notice from yet ANOTHER 3rd party company this so called company uses. When I called to find out about it Miss Emma told me that I financed it so yes a payment was due...FOR A SPA I DONT HAVE, and is late on delivery which they charged 1,000 dollars for!! They gave me ZERO updates about my order and now want to charge me or their 3rd party does for something not even in my possession! They didnt give me any info on the bill or company billing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie and cheat you to make a sale and then charge you for something you dont even have. He lied about a lot of things & about being able to hire their experienced guy that could build a backyard satisfactory to the warranty of the product & to us. Well we can t hire him because he doesn t work in our area!! The WORST Sevice dept! Takes a long time for service call and then a long wait for them to come back with the supplies. They cover a huge area from Austin area to Horseshoe Bay to Midland and Lubbock. Our hot tub has had to have 2 new motors and each time it takes months before we are up and running! The service rep doesn t communicate with the repair people what you tell them! Nightmare! Look for other places to get your spa.

4/27/23 Problems will arise with your spa from time to time. Warranties for it are all over the place. Some things are 3 years some are 5 - it s kind of a pain. I had a lighting issue. Called Paradise Spa - in this case lighting has only a 3yr warranty. The partial string was only an additional 60.00 - however they charge a pretty hefty Service Charge to diagnose; which includes Labor to repair issues identified. Now a VERY positive outcome - after changing the failed LED string we were verifying all spa functions. Pump 1 is a 2 speed pump. When switching to Hi , Blake noticed it had a bad squealing sound. He recognized it as a bearing going bad. A new pump was ordered (under warranty) and a week later Blake came out and changed it. Labor was covered by the original Service Call. So . Although the Service Call seems high, it does cover labor on anything thing found during inspection. In my case, it was well worth it. Needless to say, wrestling that heavy pump out from under the SPA wasn t easy , but Blake is young and Strong and has good mechanical instincts. Everything went smoothly and new pump is quiet as a church mouse.

My hot tub was delivered this morning by Team 1. Delivery was extremely challenging due to a narrow gate opening and massive slope into my backyard. The guys got creative and built a ramp to level the ground. They used pallets from their truck and cinder blocks and other junk from my back yard. They transition was literally seamless, I can t believe it! They were amazing and so much fun! Thank you! I can t wait to use my hot tub!

After a delayed spa repair, I have been without a spa for months. This team has not responded well to warranty issues. After replacing my control top, it failed. The team 1st failed to arrive on the schedule appointment date and the reason was a change in management. Now, months after the failure, I still do not have a functioning spa. I do not recommend this team for anything - even if you buy here, I have had several failures - upkeep is a pain and this company does not care after the initial sale. UPDATE - there was not a parts issue. It was a management issue due to poor management. After an additional problem, the team was not organized enough to arrive for another repair and are blaming to lack of organization to a rodent issue. If I could give 0 starts I would. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL THIS BE A COMPANY I USE AGAIN -- EVEN IF I WERE OFFERED FREE REPAIRS.

We purchased a spa in early December and were excited that it would be installed before Christmas. My wife is a teacher and would have time off so we would have the opportunity to enjoy the spa over break. Everything went very well with the purchase and delivery. The sales person and the delivery team were great. However, after installation, the water temperature would on go to 95 degrees, and now, it only hits 88 degrees. We notified Master Spa and we set up an appointment for them to send a technician out. The soonest anyone is going to arrive is Jan. 10th!!! This is more of a complaint for Master Spa. Paradise Spas has really tried to help, but unfortunately, they are tied to the service performance of Master Spa, and they need much help with their service department. Having our brand new spa sit for nearly a month before it is up and running is disappointing to say the least. I would wager that the tech shows up with no parts in hand, so he will diagnose the spa issue and then we will have to wait for parts to be ordered and schedule another visit to make the repair.

I would give this company a negative rating if I could I am updating this review for horrible customer service once again. I was told 8-5 service call as our tub is leaking and at 4:50 I am told they are wrapping up their other appt an hour away. I was told we were given a broad timeline due to anything that can go wrong at prior appt. We seem to always be last and never make the 5 pm timeline. I do not trust this company any longer for being for their customers. This is another complete disappointment. (original post)-Complete disappointment and waste of time. I would not recommend purchasing from this company as you will be disappointed. We have had nothing but problems since we paid in full for our hot tub and Covana cover over 9 months ago. We were told different stories for 9 months straight and after 9 months of pushing we finally get our hot tub they did not show up anywhere close to the delivery window and then rushing to get it installed it was broken in delivery then having to switch out the tub was another hard timely process. Not to mention the cover was due before the tub and that was another story of lies. They scratched the tub in installation as well with excuses and that it can be buffed out to resolve. No communication without pushing for days. Told they would be back with stairs and never show up or call and I waited all day for a no show. I can only imagine if I need any warranty work how this process will be. Not one thing went right on this order. All I can say for advice to this company is be honest and treat your customers with some respect in the process would be nice- DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Such a bad customer service business after the initial order of our family hot tub. From horrible communication, delivery and follow up services. They make promises they can not commit to so why even give a promise. They act like our time is not valuable in anything they do. When needing warranty service they are horrible at giving you a call back or getting you any kind of correct time always coming after hours and making for extra work on our side to contact anyone. Comments likeyou are given a wide time range for this appointment but they cant even show up after 9 hours of a time window. Not once has our service appointment been met or even done with any kindness in their service or without having to have another call in for the work that wasnt done in the first appointment. We had an amazing sales rep then after it seemed we paid our bill in full they decided they didnt need to be nice any longer or care about us as a customer. At first everything was great! Sales guy was awesome & process of purchasing was easy. Hot tub was even delivered next day (10-24-22) from the expo we purchased it at. Then the PROBLEMS start. 1. (11-22-22) Electrician comes to install electrical & there is no internal pumps, hoses, ANYTHING! They sold us a shell as a new hot tub. After a few phone calls, we are not traveling to your city till next week. 2. Fast forward to next week (11-30-22) guys come to install the internal components. 3. They left an important hose that we had to go find a temporary fix at Lowe s to cap it off but were told we could fill & use the hot tub. 4. Hot tub is now full & we go to turn on the spa, NOTHING!!!!!!! The hot tub WILL NOT POWER ON!! Electrical work is solid. After several phone calls & unreturned messages, we have ordered a new electrical panel, it takes weeks to come in. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. This is a big purchase that could have bought a car or a no-budget Disney World Vacation, instead I have a new, non functional hot tub with no end in sight. This hot tub was actually a prescription from my husband s dr. I will update if & when it works.
