Hamburgers are ok compared to other locations ,also, one of the guys that works there.. he is very unprofessional and plays difficult when we try to adjust order .. at the end he doesn t says thank you and even worse he doesn t tell you when you have all the items ! it s just common courtesy to say hey your order isn t completed, thanks I mean I m not asking a lot here

Just ordered food from there and it was disappointing. Typically, P Terry s is our go-to fast food place. But, I was surprised at how below standard our meal was. Bread felt dry and kinda gross and veggies were not crisp and fresh. Meat was cold. Now, I can t believe that I ate that. Fries were delish! Anyway, just wanted y all to know. This location does not have inside seating so I apologize for the food picks in my vehicle. Nonetheless P Terrys never disappoints. Love their burgers fries, cookies, and my favorite surprisingly the grilled chicken burger is truly amazing. The food is fresh Everytime, service is always friendly, P Terrys is in the regular rotation among burger joints. Hard to pick a favorite but this is top 5 fast food burgers. Thank you

This was one of my favorite things I did on this trip to see my son. I was told they were just another burger joint...... NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!! Theyre one of the standard keepers!! They make great meat, into great burgers, using great people. I will go here everytime I come to visit my son. The staff was so nice and helpful. The food was amazing and very flavorful. I told the server it was my first time and she asked me to hold on. She went over and talked to the mgr and he took off. When he came back he smiled at her and me. Then she came up to me and gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich and said, well see you in the morning! I love it!!

On June 11, at approximately 9:15 pm, we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 order of fries. The cheeseburgers were saturated in grease. The buns were also terribly greasy. After taking a bite, I put it down on the plate and the bun, slid off, that s how greasy they were. We have ordered there 5 or 6 times, and this was the worst. We won t spend our money here anymore.

I dont mind driving some extra miles because I know this P. Terrys wont disappoint me. They construct the burger beautifully, nothing sticks out, doesnt fall apart with the first 2 bites, both buns are always warm and barely stick to your teeth, everything inside the burger tastes fresh and has the perfect temperature. Theyre always packaged with care and they always get the orders right. The fries change, sometimes very oily (my favorite) sometimes more crispy. Everyone is polite and respectful and thats really important to me. Good job everyone!!

Decent little burger. Crazy the price was extremely reasonable for the size and presentation. Our family recently moved to Texas and quickly became PTerry fans. The food is great, and as long as we go through the drive thru were happy with our service. They really need to step up their customer service for walk up customers. Weve walked up twice, the first time I waited 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I needed a gift card, which they were out of, so I wasted 15 minutes for nothing. They were busy so I understand that they werent able to get to me right away, but being completely ignored is just very unprofessional. The second time I waited 5 minutes and the employee popped her head out to talk to the runner, but not once did she or the runner acknowledge that I was standing there. A simple Hi, well be right with you is all it takes to make a customer feel welcomed. The focus seems to be entirely on the drive thru line and getting those cars through the line as fast as possible. Which is fine if thats the focus of the restaurant just get rid of the walk up window. The atmosphere is fun with the bright colors and picnic tables. It would be great to get some umbrellas for the tables.

This place was on point when it first opened, but sadly that phase has passed. It seems that you need to spell it out when you order a Number three, just the burger, and add bacon and jalapenos please... To me this means I want the burger from the number three combo, but without the fries and drink... However, it actually means that you get a bun with meat and cheese, oh and those bacon and jalapeno things, but nothing else... I mean nothing! A dry bun, no lettuce tomato etc... The chicken sandwich I got in the same exact order had all of its toppings.. Burger, not so much... Do I need to specifically ask for the whole burger when ordering?

My egg burger with bacons bun was incredibly soft, cheese completely melted, had wonderfully prepared bacon, and a moist scrambled egg. The potatoes were good & bad. Some were soft on the inside and others were dry. Everything is made fresh, so its possible the drive home caused some potatoes to dry out. Service was top-notch! Major shout out for Minique and Danielle for making me know Im and will always be a valued customer! This was my first visit to a P. Terrys. Im definitely coming back.
