I just had the greatest experience with this florist. We recently moved to Austin from Dallas so I reach out to them through the website. She called me the following morning and I explain the arrangement I was looking for and the timeline. She said no problem and she would make sure we could pick up same day! Friendliest customer service once in the store! I found out theyve been in this community as a florist for 20 years! We will definitely be back.

Awesome Florist! Super responsive and attentive to detail. I asked for a nice birthday arrangement for a dear friend who likes fragrant flowers like star gazer lilies. I also mentioned because she has Physical Therapy in the morning to please deliver the flowers in the afternoon so the flowers arent sitting outside in the hot sun. Since Im a repeat customer, Mary Beth even remembered my friend from last time and called me to let me know she will do so. These ladies are the best! I cant say enough good things about them and their flower shop. Great arrangement, value and customer service.

Pictures do not do justice to how beautiful these two arrangements were. My dad recently passed away, and my mom and I wanted to have a couple of arrangements made. We went in with a few pictures of the general idea of what we wanted, but we did not have any pictures that matched exactly. We told Lauren the colors and my dads love of the Cowboys, and she took our ideas and thoughts and ran with them. The outcome of both were better than we ever imagined. The arrangement around his urn was gorgeous, and it framed his box perfectly. All the flowers were stunning. My dad was an avid bicyclist, and we wanted to incorporate a bike wheel into the wreath with silk flowers for an ongoing display. Again, I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but Lauren took that idea an made something I will cherish forever. From the moment we stepped into the shop, we knew we were in the right place. Lauren and her sister were so welcoming, and we felt like we were treated more than just customers. We were treated like friends/family they wanted to take care of. Thank you Lauren for making a little brightness in this difficult time. You will most definitely have all our future floral business!

I was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful bouquet my husband surprised me with from this wonderful florist! Lauren and her sister Mary Beth went above and beyond to ensure the arrangement was perfect. I have never had a more enjoyable experience then when I walked into Cedar Park. They are 2 of the loveliest ladies I have ever met from a florist. My experience was awesome. My Granddaughter was getting married when I realized that my daughter forgot to order the few fresh flowers she needed . I walked into Cedar Park Florist 1 week before the wedding. After talking with Lauren the owner I explained my situation and she said I already have a wedding that weekend but since your request is small I can take your order. I was so relieved. I went into their shop with an idea of what I wanted to send my girlfriend for Valentine s Day, and with Maribeth s help, the arrangement they put together was amazing! Last week, I tried to use the website to order flowers. I was having troubles getting my order to go through. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a friendly phone call from Cedar Park Florist to help me place my order. These women are SO incredibly vibrant! of course, their floral arrangements are GORGEOUS, but I had flowers delivered to me and their smile presenting me my flowers was almost more memorable than the flowers themselves! Placed an order on their website and chose $75 deal for delivery. Website was easy to navigate. The delivery fee in the cart came out to be $20 which is different from their website description. Their delivery policy describes a $12 delivery fee. The credit card processing fee is 4%. The recipient was 1 mile away from flower shop but the size of the bouquet was substantial which made the recipient very happy. Their happiness is all that really matters.

Absolutely in love with this place and the two sisters who worked there. They were absolutely awesome, kind, and amazing to work with. I will now only do business with them nowhere else! The customer service of the owner of the Cedar Park Florist was unparalleled. I just randomly walked into the store looking for flowers for my sons 3rd wedding anniversary. I dont know much about flowers, she made me one of the most beautiful bouquet. When she heard that while traveling my wife had an accident and we were stuck in Austin, she was very emotional, she was so kind that she sent her a small bouquet and wished her well. This place is Fantastic and the owner Lauren might be one of the best business owners weve ever dealt with. When tragedy strikes and you live nearly 800 miles away you hope and pray that you are finding the right dedicated florist on the internet. In this case we hit the jackpot!!!!! When my wife and I were searching pictures of flower arrangements we found that most florist used the same diagrams for standing funeral arrangements until we lucked up and found Cedar Park Florist. Laurens photos offered arrangements we did not see in other locations and when my wife made the call and actually talked to Lauren we know we had been guided by fate to her. With all the sadness and grief we were going through with our loss Lauren knew what to say and a bond was formed. The arrangements we received from this shop stood out amongst all the others and even days later when all the other arrangements had started losing their color and drooping downwards our purchase from Cedar Park was still standing and the colors were good. I believe Lauren stated she has been owning and operating Florist shops for over two decades and the quality of her work shows someone who has learned all the tricks of the trade. Excellent Florist! I live in Nevada and my daughter is in Cedar Park. I placed an order for flowers for her birthday and they were just beautiful. My daughter was so pleased. They were delivered THE SAME DAY. I got a call (not an automatic email) from the person who delivered them to let me know she had left them on the porch. Simply amazing. I was having a hard week at work and naturally turned to my partner for support and advice. It was the week of Mothers Day. My wonderful partner was looking for a way to cheer me up and Cedar Park Florist was the answer. My partner stopped by and mentioned my bad day. This shop dropped everything they were doing, setting aside for a few moments the myriads of Mothers Day orders, to create the most beautiful arrangement for me. Today is my girlfriends birthday and I messed up. I forgot to order flowers. I swung by Laurens shop to see if I could be something to save the day. Lauren certainly saved the day. She put together an arrangement in less than 15 minutes. The entire time she was very welcoming, engaging in conversation, and asking questions to really nail down the arrangement. Her shop is amazing and so is her customer service. Quality Control is through the roof since every arrangement is done by her personally. Her prices are extremely reasonable but I would gladly pay 3 times the price just for the customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. Lauren, youve earned yourself a loyal customer. Thanks for saving the day.

The arrangement my son ordered for Mothers Day was absolutely gorgeous! I have never had roses fill a room with scent before. They called him to verify the address and the delivery person wore a mask which I truly appreciated since I am high risk. Hes ordered flowers for me from this florist before and they were also great.

The bouquet i selected for my wife was off the list for this occasion, and I wrote a note for her. I am use to the usual FTD and 1800 Flowers under achieving with a massive difference of the quality and arrangement of the bouquet. I was also expecting the usual printed no frills card with my birthday message. Well I was blown away, the bouquet was beautiful and fresh, so fresh my house still smells of their wonderful scent. The card had my message perfectly and, get this, was hand written and whomever wrote the card had great skills. They even had a heart next to my name on the card, talk about a awesome human touch. I will never use those big flower companies for a local florist again, and if I can I will use Cedar Park Florist for long distance as well. They have, in one sale, gained a customer that will be loyal.

This place was recommended by one of the local funeral homes. I walked in and met the owner Lauren who is absolutely the best to work with. I gave her my budget and basically left everything up to her to choose. According to the family and the pictures I received she went above and beyond in my opinion! She is a flower artist! I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my girlfriend through Cedar Park flowers on line. I was sent a confirmation email saying the flowers would be delivered. They were never delivered and I was never notified why. When I called the store I was advised they my order was canceled because my girlfriend was out of their delivery area. And they never contacted me! Employee that answered the phone never apologized. Just kept saying my card was not charged. So Im stuck on Valentines Day with no flowers and a rude flower store. Never Again.

Ordered an arrangement on line prior to business opening $45.00, and it was delivered 1:00 that afternoon but it wasn t worth what I had paid. And the size wasn t as pictured on site . Bottom of vase to the top of flowers was 8 , and about 6-8 wide at bouquet. Maybe $20-25.00 value.Shame you try to do something nice for someone and a local business does you this way.

Lauren is the absolute best, Ive been going to her for years. She creates beautiful arrangements, has affordable prices, and uses the highest quality and freshest flowers out there. I recently stopped by to make my purchase for the first time in a couple of years and she immediately recognized me. As a millennial, I know the internet makes everybody interested in the lowest price and the most convenience but buying from a true local business owner such as Lauren is not only the right thing to do, its the best thing to do. I had to make an order for a friends fathers funeral at seemingly the last minute as the service was Monday at 10 am, and I was calling on a Friday near closing. I didnt get an answer (right at closing) so I submitted an online order planning on calling the next day to confirm. Just a few minutes later the florist called me back to talk through the order with me. She explained their weekly flower delivery was not until Monday at 9:30 am which was going to present a problem with what I ordered. She assured me she had plenty of other flowers on hand. I told her our main concern was just being represented through our arrangement and that I trusted her to put together something. My friend posted a picture of the arrangement, and I couldnt be more pleased. It was absolutely beautiful, and I appreciate the personal call to verify details and the effort to make sure it made it to the church before the service. If I lived in Cedar Park, I would use them every time for my floral purchases. Excellent quality and excellent customer service!

Cedar Park Florist was a great choice for our florist for our wedding this past July! Being a DIY bride, I made most of my own decorations and used craft store silk ivy on the tables, but I couldn t make up my mind for the people-related flowers (bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages) for the longest time. I decided to go with a florist about 2-3 weeks out from the wedding, and after some online research and phone calls, I picked Cedar Park Florist. Lauren (the owner and designer) was so much fun to work with, and she was very accommodating for my rather last-minute decision. And the flowers turned out GORGEOUS and were everything I dreamed they could be! I highly recommend this place!

They took the time to call back people on Valentines Day while it was absurdly busy in the shop! I dont care where you are from but when people take the time to get back to you on such a busy day - thats amazing customer service. To the guy who gave 1 star for them running out of flowers on Valentines Day around 2 pm...I was in the shop when they told you that by the way. They had hundreds of orders going out from people placing orders before V-Day. Who walks in the day of Valentines in the afternoon and writes a bad review for them being honest in saying that they may not have enough flowers left to fill any more orders? At least they took the time to talk to you and honest enough to say that any left over flowers might not be sell-able....they could have ripped you off but didnt. Amazing place. Amazing customer service. Amazing flowers. Will never go any where else for flowers

I went there to buy flowers on Valentines day, and they told me they didnt know if they had any to sell. Ive never experienced that at any flower shop before. Granted, Im used to buying flowers from stores in smaller towns. Maybe it is the kind of service someone could expect in the city. I forgot to stop on the way home from work last Wed. evening for a very sentimental card for my wife and found myself stuck at home teleworking the next day. I decided to call Cedar Park Florist for a nice arrangement I found on their website. Unfortunately, Lauren was missing one of her employees Thu. morning and short-handed. I told her anytime that day would be fine and within a few hours, she personally made the delivery to our home in Lago Vista. Cedar Park Florist and Lauren were the perfect floral designer for our Austin wedding! My wife and I could not have been more happy with how everything she put together for our wedding was delivered. We had a very eclectic and simple vision for what we wanted with greenery, and Lauren was able to push us towards the perfect types of floral arrangements to include that would make our wedding special in our own nerdy, minimalist way. They were so over-run during prom season, they took our corsage/bouquet order weeks in advance and then notified us the day of they couldnt fulfill their obligation until after 5:00 pm......too late, the event started at 5:00 all the way downtown....so glad the kids werent too upset but I cringed when I saw all the other couple-dates with their flowers; pinning the corsages is like a rite of passage. Should have ordered through HEB.

My husband sent me flowers from here and they were delivered yesterday. This is the prettiest arrangement I have ever received!! Flowers are all fresh and there was a large variety of different flowers used. Gorgeous, very well done! I have used Cedar Park Florist on several occasions over the last six years and I can honestly say without reservations, I have never received anything less than total satisfaction from them. On the most recent occasion, I wanted to get my wife the nicest flowers she has ever had because when my wife s sister lost her husband and everything she owned, my wife brought her sister home with us and has been doing everything she can do to help her. I told Lauren the situation and she created the most beautiful arrangement I believe I have ever seen. When I came back to pick it up she had a small one for me to give to my sister-n-law from her. My sister-in-law cried when I handed it to her from the compassion of this total stranger. Cedar Park Florist not only creates works of incredible beauty, they touch the very hearts of their patrons with their compassion and kindness. I ordered flowers to be delivered and they did such an amazing job. I even miss-keyed my cc info and they called to sort out the issue with me rather than declining the order. The flowers were delivered on Valentines Day and I could not have been more thankful for how well everything turned out. This is definitely my go-to flower shop for future occasions.
