Arrived at the store at 5:30pm looked around for a bit no one said a word! As soon as I went to walk out, I was stopped & was told I d be helped in 25 minutes tops. After being signed in I sat there for TWO PLUS HOURS, I was informed that I could not upgrade my line because the manager closed down the register. With a store full of customers you close a register?! To add I sat and waited so long because they were moving people up in the queue ahead of me. The guy who was helping me called over the manager to help resolve the issue, he refused to come over. I left the store empty handed. A total waste and disregard for my time

This is the worst customer service experience ever ! employee Alfonso is disrespectful and arrogant. He made sure he helped the good looking lady ahead of me .. when I asked him how come she was jumping the line he gave me a dirty look. Extremely unprofessional. Manager tried to put out the fire I was still called out of line.

The Midland Drive AT&T staff is amazing! Every time they ve been helpful and in my opinion go above and beyond, service wise. Ive come to the conclusion all they can do here is tell you to use the app or go online. Maybe they can sell a phone...u might have to go online to buy one.

We visited yesterday with what seemed like an impossible task. Porting a number from Skype to ATT - OR starting a new contract with a 210 area code. We wasted 6 hours on the phone and another 4 trying to speak with ATT virtually to get it done and finally decided to go into the store when we got back to the US. Dylan was our CSR & he was amazing. Great attitude, would not take no for an answer & though it took over an hour, he made the impossible a reality & we retained our 210 number we ve had for years. I personally thought we would leave disappointed but, Dylan stayed late & called corporate & made the minor inconvenience nothing to even bat an eye at. I hope the management sees this review & rewards Dylan accordingly. There are not enough helpful people in the world & faith in humanity was restored just by the simple act of a person caring enough to help us out. He even noted we were being charged for an inoperable line by a previous phone agent and worked with the corporate office in DC to reverse the charges. Thanks Dylan- you are a really great CSR & an even nicer person. Your dedication is admirable.

Service was good till I signed the service agreement for new phones,..then agent Valeria started helping others while devices were syncing which was fine but 3 hours later we were still sitting there and she had left! No notice no help from 510pm til 755 pm. Device was syncing on Bluetooth for 3 hours! Finally after getting a different associate he suggested syncing via cables so we took it home and 25 mins later it was finished! She never even finished setting up 3 rd line.. not a good finish. No one should get a commission for a job half done!

I tried to trade in my iPhone 13 for the 15. I was told I could trade it in but would still need to pay $27 a month for the iPhone 15. Even though the website said it would be free if did a trade in. Sad part is he was training a new person. I felt like he was trying to rip me off.

We changed carriers because AT&T is too expensive . My wifes phone is paid for and AT&T and no one there can figure our how to unlock it to use with new carrier. We have called and talked to every department there is and they dont know how to get her phone unlocked. So watch out if you use this company and change carriers get ready to have to buy a new phone.

I decided to upgrade my phone at this location. I was told the credit will show in 2-3 billing cycles. Well, I never received the credit and I m paying full price for the new phone. Do not trade your phone in at this location. You will never see the credit!!!!!!

Store smelled like a teenager sprayed AXE all over his body. I m an authorized user on a shared account. I am the military discount for the account with a license that proves it (lots of verification behind getting that on your license). I have another business account under my name .. and I can t buy an effing SIM card for my phone. Switching carriers for my personal and business account. The world is just so impersonal now. I ve added someone to my account with less verification.

Was having some tech issues with a switch of service when moving and came in and talked to Manny and Ivy about it because I dont like tech calls... they were both extremely helpful, especially Ivy. I think hes my new official att sales rep and Im looking forward to setting up new services with him and att in the near future. This store is about 30 minutes from me but I am willing to drive to come back to the store anytime I have a problem or if I need to upgrade as soon as we walked in the door everybody greeted us with the hello and how are we today and Associate approached us less than a second to help us She help me with my account, and she also help me with an Apple Watch associate was very knowledgeable and courteous. Never had such bad experience with associate JULIE R. She didn t care about our concerns, doesn t listen to the customers is more in a rush to leave work than assist customers left us at the table and never came back to finish what we came in for she was more interested in getting us new lines than helping us set up the phone and to make sure everything was working in the end. She left her shift and never returned to help us or bring anyone else to assist us. She did many things without our consent because she was in a rush even when asked to please hold on because we were trying to port a number from our previous carrier and before choosing a phone number for our additional line she didn t assist us in that at all and she blamed her actions on my husband just horrible horrible overall experience and not apologetic at all. We been with att&t for a long time never had horrible customer service until coming into this store with that associate, even when we asked for help setting up the phone she would skip the prompts and ignored our questions and said you can do it at home for one of the line then the other line she just didn t care and is when she left because it was a phone we were using from home she didn t even want to help us leave the store with a working phone to attach the line to. We just left with a line and no phone attached horrible. I hope this is brought up to someone superior s attention and can work on better training their associates. This was escalated to corporate who was able to file our complaint and get us taken care off the following day. This all could have been avoided and taken care of the same day but it did not. I had to go out of my way and time to fix the associates mistakes.

My experience in your store was so unprofessional. Store staff Marilyn was the person who assisted me in my new purchase. I traded in my Galaxy phone to upgrade. During this visit Marilyn was constantly asking another staff Manny who was busy with a customer, questions about my phone, seemed like she was not knowledgeable about her job. I was there for almost 1 hr 50 min. During this time Marilyn had her personal earbuds on listening to music and singing while on her iPad. She continued carrying conversation with Manny about wanting to get out early to go to the club, about her recent divorce and what she needed to wear. For an employee she was very unkempt. And to top it off after leaving the store I could not make or receive calls or text. I had to have my daughter call ATT to walk us through to correct this problem. Marilyn did not connect Sim card. Sad i had to do her job. I will never go back to this location.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at this store. The wait time was very short - 5 to 10 minutes. The att tech was very polite and very patient and helpful to this 80 year old lady customer. Jesus did not expect me to understand all of the technology jargon. Jesus was very knowledgeable and totally took care of the situation in a very short time. If I could give no stars I would! I had a horrible experience. I walked into this location with my phone working and walked out with a broken phone. I worked with Alyssa which at first seemed to know what she was doing. I specifically told her that my phone was locked with a different carrier until the 11th on April. So all I wanted was a SIM card so I can have it ready to change carriers once my phone was unlocked. She went about saying putting a digital SIM card which I never heard of and stated that once my carrier I have is canceled my phone will automatically switch to at&t with this digital SIM card. She then locked my phone and sent me on my way with a phone I now had no access to. Causes me to go on a scavenger hunt to get my phone working again. She was a horrible sales consultant and I will not be returning to this location. How do you go in with a perfectly working phone and leave with a broken one. Worst experience ever! I hope this doesn t happen to anyone else !

Went in with my 2 year old who was full of energy. Everyone was extremely kind and our representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and got us through the purchase very very quickly , best experience I have had in any store setting up a new phone!! He made sure to see what my best options were financially and provided me with additional information I requested on purchasing an iPad . Outstanding employee!

This is the 2nd time i have to come in here for billing issues created at a corporate level. Both times my issues were solved before I left the building and the staff was very helpful. Nothing I cant stand more than being told to call customer service when that is the reason I came into the store. Would recommend this location.

This store employees are completely incompetent and inefficient and rude. Every time I need something that has to be done I store instead going there because of those facts. They waste your time waiting forever and then run into lots of trouble while they are trying to do what I went there for. Last time I went the store was full of customers and the manager Aaron was walking around the whole time instead of helping the others with customers although he is capable of , but he didn t care. I waited for 45 minutes and ended up leaving without getting anything done.

The worst customer service. Were waiting for our turn in the car for almost 2 hours. When the guy came out snd called us in we spent another 30 mins for him to be logged into the AT&T system. Is you serious you are a national provider and your own internet in your own office sucks? Wasted our 3 hours for 0 use. When we left, the same guy came outside to call the next customer , while he couldn t open AT&T website on his tablet. RIDICULOUS!!!
