If I could give them no stars I would. Serving size is ridiculous for the price. Called and got a I m sorry they looked pretty full to me. Never going back again. And I wouldn t order from here if I were you! Save your money and go elsewhere. Was told the much servings are smaller.

First thing, food was okay, but the fact that I clearly ordered teriyaki sauce with while me and my fiance were ordering to go, while another employee was helping the dumb dude cashier, and said shed put it on the side (not even offering to mix it in was already an unprofessional sign), they dumb staff STILL doesnt put the teriyaki sauce in the to go bags. I would avoid this place definitely and go to UMIYA instead and have authentic good Japanese and great service.

This used to be my hands down favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The last two times I ordered the food portions were exceptionally small - with the Uber Eats markup, each entree was $14 to $17 plus tip. I think the portion sizes were about half. The sweet and sour chicken leaked everywhere. The food was still good but not as good as in the past. Well give them one more try before switching to another we like.

OMG!! I m putting this gem of a restaurant on my list(6 places as of now). We only eat at local restaurants(vote with your dollars) after reading ALL the reviews, we decided to try. So happy we did. The fried egg rolls were crispy(chef s kiss) also they were able to modify his order(chicken fried rice no onions) and I went with General Tso s chicken(so good, perfect heat)as is. If I wasn t starving I would have had leftovers too. But it was so good, I ate it all. The prices were good. I liked the dining area, I felt like I was in a foreign land(In a good way). We will be back. And often. Thank you. Dietary restrictions: They were able to cook without onions. Parking: Clean and safe. Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking.

We will obviously be ordering again soon thank you

The dumplings were on par with the same product from HEB, but HEB gives you twice as much. I wont be back. Its just not a good value or good tasting.

We have been ordering from Zao s regularly since it opened and have always been satisfied with their food and service! I have always postponed writing my review but today I really want to give a big shout out for their huge effort last night, following the storm in the area and a difficult week for everyone accessing food. Zao s was ready to serve us last night. They were extremely busy with take-out orders as not all restaurants were able to open so fast. They still managed to serve a very large amount of customers, although some substitutions had to be made because they run out of some items. They called me twice while I was waiting for my order to be delivered, keeping me updated about the substitutions and they delivery delay. Zao s is definitely a nice local business to support! Coming from California, I really missed the easy accessibility of Asian food and I am so glad to have this restaurant in our neighborhood. The food is good and they are consistently providing a great experience! Thank you Zao s!

Food is delicious and customer service above and beyond. I always order the Kung pao tofu; their tofu is just so good, and I love this particular sauce ...just enough spice. We also get green bean dish, hot and sour soup, egg rolls, steamed dumplings and fried rice dish... all very good. We did order the Loméin once, it was not traditional Lomein. The noodles were thin and kid does not like anything different. It tasted good, but be prepared as it is not the traditional lomein the kids love. I ordered cashew tofu today. I will review if not good, but so far everything is delicious here. Oh and they give the crispy noodles with the soup at no extra cost. Love it!

Good American Chinese food, especially compared to the rest of the competition around Austin. Their online ordering is also well designed with all the optional choices I look for (such as opting out of Broccoli) I wish they offered a Wonton soup option though. Im not a huge fan of the thick egg soups. Both times Ive been there for a pickup the food was hot and ready. The staff was welcoming and helpful. This definitely isnt authentic Chinese cuisine though, so dont get confused by the other reviewers saying it is. Its a typical American Chinese menu.
