Yesterday I visited this location an TROY took my order. The only thing I can say is that he is the most amazing person, he has a great energy that is transmitted to the customers. Don t waste your time ordering curbside here. I have had multiple experiences where they very obviously prioritize the drive thru. I watched 30+ cars, no exaggeration, get served through the drive thru while I sat in curbside. I got a message that my food was ready and it took 10 minutes for them to bring it out. The food was cold and the ice had melted in the drink. I m a patient person but this has happened more than once. Skip curbside or maybe skip this location entirely.

The food is always delicious, with their famous chicken and waffle fries. Every bite showcases the care and attention put into preparing each dish. The service is very efficient, setting a high standard for fast food restaurants. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and extremely efficient. It was extremely packed when we went yet we still got our meals within 2-5 minutes. The atmosphere is really clean too. Overall, they excel in food quality, customer service, and atmosphere and cleanliness making it a top choice for a fast food restaurant meal. Highly recommended! Vegetarian options: Do not come here if youre vegan, they serve chicken and chicken alone Parking: It was a busy day so finding parking was difficult, we had to park at the nearby Starbucks Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu and a giant play place, great entertainment for the kiddos

This is without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A in the greater Austin area. It only employs teenagers (lemons to lemonade is my guess what theyre trying), but instead of serving you they all just stand around flirting with each other and not knowing the menu. Ive waited over an hour for my food here while eating in, without any notice as to when it will come. Ive spent longer than that in the drive thru line and honestly it never feels worth it. Go to raising Canes or if you need CFA go to Leander, we will never come back to this location.

Had an entire whole fly with wings stuck to my lettuce on my spicy deluxe combo. Found that out 2/3rds of the way thru eating it; would not recommend. The staff that I told about this and showed to seemed only concerned with getting me refunded and put of the store, zero concern presented to me to actually throw out that stock of tainted lettuce or figure out how to avoid that in the future. I come to this Chick-fil-A often and I prefer to use the curbside but lately it has been so SLOW. It takes forever to get my order. I am currently waiting on my curbside order while watching customers in the drive thru leave one after the other. I have been waiting 15 minutes and counting. I ve gone on several occasions (4) where the ice cream machine is down. Disappointing and starting to sound like McDonald s. It s been different periods too so is it broken, need to order a new one, or you don t want to serve ice cream that evening? Over it. Food has been inconsistent on taste and temperature. Not getting the CFA experience I use to trust I would get no matter the location. Updating to add that my last visit was disappointing again. This is the least best CFA I have visited. It s unfortunate that it s the ones closest to my house. On my last visit I got someone else order but the correct receipt. I think the window person just briefly reviewed. My sandwich was incorrect and sauces wrong - but probably right for the person who ordered it . Also ordered a cookie at window and it was hard, not the soft cookie I remember them serving. Low quality experience.

The absolute worst drive-thru of any Chick-fil-A! That is even when there is low traffic. Getting in and out of there is a huge pain! Go to another store if you plan on getting Chick-fil-A. Ive been to this stand alone before, and its great. No sports, tv, or high stools, it Id a great place to get food, chicken, breakfast, dinner, or lunch. It is only about $10 to $20 per person. Wow. So .... incredibly, painfully, absurdly slow. We went there at 8:10 PM tonight (Tuesday night). Ive never seen a drive-through line move more slowly. We kept track; at one point we were stuck, not moving in that drive-through for 8 minutes. I didnt keep track of the overall time, but it must have been at least 25 minutes (and there werent that many cars). By the time we got the food (in the drive-through line), it was already cold. My wife pestered them and asked them repeatedly if they added the barbecue sauce. They insisted they did. Of course, we get home to eat our now glacially cold food, and zero barbecue sauce.

I have never been to a chick fil a with this horrible of service. We did carry out and we re missing a sandwich- y all were busy which is understandable, no big deal. What is unacceptable is when I came back inside to let someone know, I had a total of SEVEN employees either walk past me or look at me without any sort of acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of that, there was another customer with multiple kids meals that had a problem with their order who seemed to be a little upset but not in a rude way and the manager was very aggressive and yelled at him. I m tired of this store being greedy on the fries. This is 3. times that my gf bringing us lunch with half fries. We paid extra and get the large amount of fries but they are still doing the same thing. Not only this Cedar Park location, there are few other locations that do the same thing. Don t let the long drive through lines fool you. It goes amazingly fast. Their fried chicken is always freshly made, tender, hot and delicious! I wish they would fry their waffle fries about 30 seconds to a minute longer so they would be a little bit more crisp. Otherwise, they re delicious too.

Great customer service!!!! I was upset about trying to get into the parking lot and trying to do the curbside pickup only to try my order 3 times and found out it wasn t working and then having to go around the building to go inside, wait in a long line then wait a bit for my food (something I was trying to avoid). The lady that took my order (from Georgetown) was so sweet and listened to my frustration and handled it like a pro!!!! They made everyone right and I left much happier because of her. So many times employees respond with rudeness but she was so good!!

Usually I have no trouble ordering breakfast at this location. I own a restaurant nearby so it s convenient and usually the service is great. Today however the lady taking my order chose to argue with me over the correct way to order a burrito bowl. This was the strangest thing I ve been apart of and to be honest makes me want to not visit this location again. There are bowls listed on the menu and I asked for a chicken burrito bowl. She then says we don t have those it s either a chicken bowl or a burrito. I ve ordered a chicken burrito bowl from this location numerous times and staff know exactly what I m referring to. It s the chicken burrito option in a bowl. They are even listed on the same menu space suggesting to order it either way. I was perplexed why she was making such a huge deal over something as simple as that. Not sure how these 18 year old kids grasp the understanding of a chicken burrito bowl but this adult was giving me a hard time. Wether burrito is in the name or not me saying bowl numerous times and her ignoring it trying to get me to change my verbiage was very uncomfortable and strange. She needs some training in customer service.
