Kianna the manager was extremely rude and didn t pack the correct order for DoorDash nor give the drinks. I had to drive up there wait in line and still she did absolutely nothing to correct the order. I come here every single morning for breakfast. I spend at least $600 a month there. The manager said she knows my order by heart. They know my voice at the drive thru and repeat my order without me even having to tell them the rest. It s very upsetting. I literally get breakfast here EVERY morning. Won t ever be back again and won t ever order delivery from them again. They blamed doordash for the incorrect order. To the owner: your contact me link does not work. I won t be back to your store ever again due to the disrespect and incompetence of your staff.

I was very disappointed, this 4th of July. I went to pick up some breakfast tacos ,went home to share with family. The tortillas were so tough I could.bary chew it. The amount of food was limited, like if running out of food. For raising prices, the limited the amount of food in tacos, as if I was on a diet. I usually buy tacos breakfast there , but this time I was very disappointed.

This was a very poor experience. They got our name wrong and our order wrong to start. Then when we called to tell them our order was wrong they told us to come back instead of refunding us. We also found pieces of plastic in our Mac n Cheese! Huge hazard! The staff was terrible and very dismissive. Definitely not going back or recommending this joint to anyone.

The food here tastes good. The managers are decent about correcting issues with orders. The problem I have is that it seems every time I order something from here, there is always something in my order forgotten. Its the most upsetting & inconvenient when the order is through a delivery service & they cannot resend what they forgot to you!!! If it were convenient for me to drive out & get my order at the moment, I would have just done that in the 1st place! This is the most upsetting, because not only did you charge me for something & still forgot, but you want me to drive to you to get what you forgot, or just eat my incomplete, unhappy meal???

This place was defiantly unexpecting, being on the corner of the street it is a somewhat hard place to get do depending on where you are headed, but besides that, the food was alright, but sadly not the greatest, some cheese fell off, and more cheese stuck onto the tinfoil than I ate. Besides that the people working there were very nice. The order box, or mic, was a bit boosted and somewhat hard to understand the words coming out, not all the time but certain phrases.

Excellent value for some good BBQ. We ordered the large family pack for $43.45 for 1.5 lbs of lean brisket and quart-size containers of potato salad, coleslaw, and pinto beans plus ample sauce, pickles and onions, and French bread. Everything was nicely packaged, well-prepared, and definitely hit the spot. Staff was friendly at the pickup. Ive been to Bill Miller BBQ locations around central Texas many a time over the years and this location is as good as any Ive ever been to. Well be coming back. UPDATE May 27, 2024: I previously gave a 4 star review but Im revising that review to 2 stars based on poor customer service. Ive noticed that customer service is not aways the best at this restaurant, but was willing to let it slide. Today I had a bad experience at the driver thru. I drove up and was completely ignored. Even going up to the window, the employees could see me there and just refused to speak. They kept glancing over and just refusing to come over. Thats just bad. I recommend the Bill Miller General Manager get some training in place for those employees. There is never ever ever an excuse to mistreat or ignore a customer who is just trying to place an order. I ended up driving off and placing my order at another BBQ place in Cedar Park. Parking: Parking is no issue as there are ample parking spaces around the building.

The manager is awful. Doesn t know how to take orders correctly and workers are talking about how they re stressed out because they got my order completely wrong. That s why they re working there and not at a real job. They can t handle the simplest orders. All in all. The workers there are lazy as hell. This is by FAR the worst BBQ Ive EVER had. The barbeque sauce literally tasted like tomato paste from a can with a hint of A1 or something. The coleslaw was just flavorless cabbage, the sausage was not spiced. The brisket was ok, but pretty bad flavors and not tender for brisket. The potato salad tasted like cold cardboard. The Mac and cheese wasnt bad, but its hard to mess that up. My date had the chopped sandwich, which Im assuming is brisket. And it had NO flavor as well. This is the MOST bland BBQ Ive had in my life. As soon as we walked in. There was 1 table. I knew that was a bad sign. We should have left. Save yourselves the trouble if youre from SE Texas. This is NOT barbeque lol. Atrocious.

I come to this location every Wednesday for my company s breakfast. It is an overwhelmingly large order. The staff is always so kind and work very hard to have the order ready by 6:20. This is 20 minutes after opening. I can see how intense the line gets for the drive through. They maintain composure and get everyone s order out hot and delicious. True heroes of the service industry.

Paid for 18 tacos. When I got to work and passed them out, they gave me nothing but a tortilla and 1 slice of anemic bacon. For $2! The worst part was their manager Kailee that refused to fix their mistake and replace the order. I will never use them again. I was very loyal to them, but her attitude was shocking and she clearly doesn t care about her customers. Thank you for your response Bill Millers, but I want to be clear. I tried the correct path for help. Called the manager immediately. Treated terribly. Submitted a complaint online with contact info (which clearly states someone would contact me in 24 hours, but still nothing 72 hours later), and called and left a message at corporate and still nothing 72 hours later. Responding to social media doesn t count. Sorry.

Our company had ordered several breakfast tacos from Bill Miller BBQ, and every single taco looked like the picture attached. Bacon breakfast tacos only had one strip of bacon, the brisket only had brisket in it, and the sausage only had sliced sausage in it. Of course, even if this was a miscommunication or misunderstanding, we called the restaurant back to see if we could bring these tacos back to have the eggs and cheese added back and the restaurant refused to do so. We were regular customers for Bill Millers, and now we will have to take our business elsewhere because of the service provided today.

I read the reviews before going there. Lots of complains but seem so petty tbh. The place is next door to me and is pretty cheap so I decided to give it a try. loved the brisket tacos (especially combined with the price of a bit more than 2$) Other items were alright. Got some low calories options too. I ate everything I ordered ( a taco, one meat and two sides) Can t say I fell in love but I will likely be back. It is an average, quick, simple and quiet affordable place to treat your hunger. Don t act crazy if your 2$ taco is not filled up with egg or meat you paid 2$ . Be reasonable and get another one if you want more lol Service was absolutely fine and multiple people assisting- were very nice and accommodating. The place was notably clean and neat. I feel the bad reviews are results of unreasonable expectations. Don t take your out of town friends here, but if you are tired to cook and want something quick and decent and feel like BBQ- for sure ! Will not break your $ as well.

If I could give them zero stars I really would!!! This is my second attempt to eat here and paid $15 for a teaspoon of green beans, 2 teaspoons of beans and didn t even get my potato salad! The little bit of brisket I had was nothing but fat and could only eat 2 out of 3 ribs because one didn t even have meat on it!! That was a total rip off!! The brisket is dry and subpar relative to almost any other BBQ joint in the Austin area. If you have other options, your best bet is to go elsewhere. Their breakfast is OK. If you order a gallon of tea for a family event, b e prepared to receive it in a large bucket designed for solid sides rather than a gallon jug you can actually use to pour. What a poor package choice to make.

This location was one of the worst experiences I have had at a bill miller. We had an issue ordering a very popular item the one chicken breast. The person in the drive through obviously had no idea about the menu. Asked if we wanted French fries or just a breast ??? What? Then she said it will be 5 minutes. For personal reasons we could not wait so we asked for the chicken tenders. A person with at least some common sense would tell us all chicken would be 5 minutes. Nope! We are waiting at the window for at least 3 minutes to get her attention. She tells us then. I asked for a refund and she looked shocked then our chicken was ready! Please staff people that at least know the menu. The tea was not up to par either.

Normally I come here in the mornings but for the past month Ive been coming here in the evening. Theres a manager whos working here that is very much less than friendly. Ive watched her be incredibly rude to her employees and now 3 occasions she was less than desirable to me. She has a look on her face that is just unenthusiastic about her job. Shes very short with people as if we are annoying her by being customers. Its disappointing.

It I could give zero stars I would. Came here on Sunday and ordered a rancher plate. The person who took our order in drive through sounded annoyed that we were even there and like she didn t want to take our order. Our food was swimming in BBQ sauce not only did they pour BBQ sauce all over the meat so it was sitting in a puddle of sauce, there was a ton of BBQ sauce in our green beans and potato salad. They only thing that didn t have BBQ sauce was the coleslaw that we couldn t eat that because it was hot. Needless to say I won t order from here again anytime soon. I did try calling prior to posting this review and was told I needed a receipt for them to replace the food we threw away because it wasn t edible.

Came through the drive thru this morning, usually have no complaints, and Ill probably end up changing my review anyways, just wanted yall to sit with the 1 star for a bit. Got me some tacos for the wife and a biscuit for me. Everything was good except for the strawberry jelly, I think it might have turned. I was immediately greeted when we walked in. Tiffany was very helpful and attentive to all customers. I was able to thank your for her very generous service. It felt like first class service treatment. Parking: Cedar park location is nearest. I could park safely and for free. I discovered Bill Millers in San Antonio. I believe that the BBQ is made off premises and shipped to each restaurant daily. I am primarily fond of the jumbo chopped beef sandwich and the pinto beans. Their onions are slightly marinated and go very well with the other ingredients in the sandwich. There are many other selections on the menu, including other side dishes and desert. This particular location is new, replacing one that has been closed. Fortunately, this one is on my way home and handy to pickup some thing on the way. Something changed by the management is the drink cups. Previously, the cups were more insulated but are now thin plastic, allowing the ice to melt more quickly in warm weather. This location is taking orders at the was once for to go orders only, which I dont are for. Im a fan overall of this restaurant. Prices arereasonable, ,

Me and Bill Millers go way back. Since I was younger and my family would get the family meal combo option. And memories of after school Id stop to eat at Bills. This location gives good food seems to taste fresh everytime Ive gone... Oh hey! If the CEO of Bills or whoever is in charge I would like to suggest to you.... opening up a location in belton tx or maybe Georgetown tx or salado tx???!!!!...but seriously if yall would like to send me some merch. Idk say a shirt or something. Im down. Just saying

Always a favorite in the past when in town. Seems to be slipping as the chicken was dry and seemed old in the salad de-lite. Sweet tea is great as always.

They are always so happy so early in the morning when I grab breakfast and its contagious even when Im not feeling great. If you havent had their breakfast try the sausage and egg tacos!!! My son likes the giant pancakes... Food

Worst Bill Millers in Texas! Cant get an order right to save their life. If more than 3 cars in line your order will look like it was made by animals. They will give you breakfast tacos the size of your little finger, will leave the gravy off your cowboy breakfast and act like its your fault. Save your money and eat anywhere else.

Mistakenly received a 20 piece fried chicken family meal when trying to order a 20 piece chicken tender family meal. Called and spoke to Becky after realizing the mistake and she handled it very politely and professionally. 5 stars for customer service alone, but snag yourself a number 4 with an extra strip for good measure!

Really good BBQ brisket. It s moist & the bark is seasoned just right. Best fast food value in town. Small family dinner 1# meat, 3 pints of sides, french loaf, pickles/onions & sauce for under $30! Oh, and you can order a whole pie. My fav is pecan but the pumpkin & coconut creme are pretty darn good too.

Lady at counter didnt seem happy to be there working or taking care of customers. Havent been there for a while cause we moved where they dont have one. The food was still good. Love the fries but need to give more. The guy cleaning off the tables was very friendly and nice. He did a great job

I gave two stars; one for the brisket and one for the location. I grew up going to Bill Miller in Austin after UT games, it was family tradition, so when a franchise opened in Cedar Park, I was so excited. I stop there every once in a while for breakfast and the portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. Either inflation is really affecting this place or they need to revamp the menu and change breakfast tacos to egg bites so people get an accurate description of what they re purchasing. Posted a picture with a scoop chip for size reference- it s comical. Last time this happened and I complained, the girls stared at me like lost deer so I didn t bother complaining this time. I hate writing negative reviews but I feel like this location needs to describe their food accurately, charge less or give reasonable food portions.

I mostly go here because i grew up on this stuff but it blows my mind that they use cuts of meat where the bark is so rubbery and hard that you might break a tooth. Can they not tell that some of the cuts of meat are not tender enough to eat?
