No one was at the host section to greet and seat. We sat ourselves and I could tell that bothered our waitress Sarah whom walked by us twice without speaking. I asked her what she recommended for a kid because my 4 year old niece didnt want boneless wings and Sarah just stared at us. The atmosphere was weak it was 8 pm and it seemed like they were closing because it was empty and I really see why. I will not return

Save yourself the time. They are not even at the front greeting you. Went in on a Saturday night when it should be busy. Barely a crowd in there and only two servers. The place is empty enough. Should be easier to greet and seat someone in an empty section. Go somewhere else for service.

Sad but TRUE today 7/1/24 There s nobody that wants to work no more!! Unfortunately!!! We got to restaurant at 11:33 pm and they close at 12 ! well last call for food was 11:20 pm I wonder what the business / owner or CEO has to say when he finds out his business is shutting down 40 minutes before closing time!!! What was supposed to be an hour meal turned into 2 hour meal. Our waitress Kaylah in Cedar Hill took 25 minutes to show up at our table. Dropped off waters and walked away before we could even ask if we could order. Took her another 20min for her to drop off a drink and we had to stop her to ask her to take our order. I felt like we were chasing her the whole time. I understand if it s busy but it was the last quarter or the game and looking around almost everyone had their food. I m not asking for perfect service. We just wanted a waitress who was attentive and would at least come by and see if we needed anything.

Normally we come to this spot but this recent experience was not a good one. I went on Wednsday night there was not that many people there. One, there was nobody in the front receiving people. We were waiting for a bit but since we saw that they were short staff. We went to sit ourselves at a table. The waitress saw us just pick a table and we waited for 10 minutes. A waitress that was close to us just sat down and chat with a customer. We stood up and walked off. We gave them time for them to even serve us.

The wings are usually great at Hooters; thats whats kept me coming back for decades. However, Ive visited the Cedar Hill location for the last time. I wont be back. The staff are rude or inattentive if you are not a regular. The times Ive been, the waitresses just sit around and chit chat with certain customers instead of minding their tables and I have to flag someone down just to get a water refill. My food was also served cold many times. I sent it back and it still came back cold. Ive made all of these issues known to management in the past and based on my visit this week, nothing has changed. Theyve received the last of my hard-earned money.

Where to begin, my wife and I hadnt been to this particular location since last year. We ordered wings to go along with Onion rings and a salad. When we arrived home, the food was so cold that I thought that we were expected to refry our food at home. This time around, the same order was placed. The onion rings were hot but really greasy, the salad was great, a little under dressed, and the wings were room temperature. This location has not been good for a while now. We will abandon Hooters for a bit.

2 stars is for the food. I must say I was very disappointed. My son and I visited this establishment for the first time for lunch. I can understand now why they werent crowd. The service is HORRIBLE. I was told you dont have to wait to be seated we could seat anywhere. Being my first visit to this location.and awhile to any Hooter establishement. I was unaware they no longer had menu. You have to download it. The waiter took our order but didnt get it right Hooters could have made more money but she left off our 2nd Fried Shrimp platter. She walked away so quickly and never came back to correct her error. The food was good but we needed necessaries to go along with our food. But she was quick with the receipt. And cleaning up the table before were even finished. Where do they do this at? Im know now here. I passed years Hooters service has been very good. Still left a tip not that it was deserving.!

This place should be closed. We waited an hour to be seated, well thats what they said in the beginning. We waited more than an hour and a half BECAUSE THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED. They said they were calling in more waitresses. We had a party of 20, we saw tons of seating available, we even said we could split up the group. They disappeared from the front because they would have to keep seeing us. The table they were waiting on had people that had been there before we got there. They finally gave them their receipts so they could pay and leave (we got ours as soon as we finished eating). This place had seating that was closed on the patio that could probably sit 60 people. Worst place ever. Fried pickles were dry, fries had too much salt, I could go on and on. Do not go there.

Well I had the crispy chicken salad and it just wasnt very tasty I think I ate about a fourth of it. A friend with me had the shrimp and curly fries and he said they were really good. We ordered the Roasted Wings with Lemon Pepper, Smoked Wings with Barbeque Sauce and a side of Waffles Fries (blue cheese dressing). Teasers: Chips & Queso was delicious!!! The chips had seasoning on them but not salty. The wings were delicious too. I really enjoyed the music and I was looking for a dance floor!!
