First time going there. Got a Burger and fries. was very tasty. Didnt take long for food to come out. Like maybe 7 minutes. The Burger reminded me of the old Burger places from when I was a kid. I will definitely come back. Food

I normally love stars but went for dinner and my order was wrong, which I understand mistakes happen. So they brought out the corrected order and it was wrong again! Then when I tell the lady over the intercom there was no sorry and she blamed it on someone else and said she wasn t told about the add ons. So at this point I ask for my money back and yet there was still no sorry and they were all so rude like I was the one in the wrong. Plus this wasn t their first time with this issue. Don t think we ll be going back.

We love this place. But refuse to order 6/17/2024 we parked and one of the car hops with gloves on gave two dogs that were outside a bowl of water, went to a car and collected money and then went in and started drinking a drink she had, and never changed her gloves. This is not sanitary dealing with food why not change gloves and wash her hands. I assumed the dogs were strays.

Love going to Stars! Tonight it was 10 star!! The burgers were hot & delicious ! The cop hop guy was friendly & engaging and gave top notch customer service. As we ate our dinner, we notice he was making contact with customers with eye contact & smiling or stopping to check on them. So nice to see this young man be so engaging with all customers not just his he was delivering to. Thanks for a great meal & service tonight! Job well done.

Man, I love stars, but the customer service sucked so bad today, I asked who took my order and I think his name is Richard is what the car hopper told me, Richard kept trying to talk over me and talk over me and talk over me when I was giving my sons order and now that I got home and my order was completely wrong. I was supposed to get onions or pickles on my burger, but he kept trying to talk over me and didn t let me explain what I wanted on my sons cheeseburger & I ended up having to toss it because my son wasn t going to eat it !!! Stars should really teach customer service to the people that are taking orders. Because not just talking over me but he proceeds to say. Very RUDELY ARE YOU DONE !? Not once but 2 times while I was asking my little boy what he wanted to eat, man I never felt so disrespected by somebody taking my order making me feel belittled and dumb, I will rarely eat at again just because of this SMH it s crazy I live a few blocks away and this is my go too . Not anymore

Ordered two steak sandwiches combos with onion rings one with cheese and one cheese and bacon and no mayo well they came out totally wrong one was dripping in grease no cheese and or bacon the onion rings were like they werent cooked long enough but they did remake the steak sandwiches but was not the old stars I remember its has been years since we have eaten here and probably will years before I come back if at all

Just like your normal sonic but the drinks are better! Spent $40 to feed four so pricing was good since we had leftovers. The burgers was big and really fresh, the chick strip meal was thick chicken and it was all so yummy! But the drinks tasted super fresh and the different flavors of teas is a must try. The fries and tots was fresh and crunchy and not too salty!

Service was very slow and when we did receive the food the bun was hard the patty was thin as a McDonalds Patty and little to no flavor or moisture its absolutely not the old stars the only thing my family even liked was the munchers and those were still kinda bland but they did throw in a complimentary salt packet to help ease swallowing .drink orders also came out wrong so we ate salt from the package to get some saliva to swallow the hard not very warm hamburgers

We order 3 of the $14 green bag specials to feed the fam bam. Burgers were decent (the only reason for the one star rating) but our fries were soggy and cold. Tots were nothing but grease. And all 6 drinks were absolutely watered down flat. We won t be back.

Went there last night I ordered 2 orders of medium nuggets and 2 44 Oz drinks. The lady proceeds to tell me my total is over 24$. I looked at the menu and did a quick math in my head and clearly I didnt order that amount of food. So as I pushed the speaker button again I did the math with her and she had na extra drink on the order but still couldnt tell me how my total was over 24$.... it ended up being 18 and some change after we clarified the order but it left me wondering if I have been getting over charged every time I go there which is quite frequently. I usually will tip the car hops but the lady taking my order seems to be adding their own gratuity into the total already so I did ask for my change. A dollar or two difference isnt such a big deal but over 6 dollars and everybody in having to struggle nowadays makes me feel unsure about going there anymore.

Had to stay in Amarillo before heading home and since we arrived to our hotel late there was not a lot of options. We decided to go and try it since it s local and the reviews look great and it didn t disappoint. We had the cheese sticks and wow! Best one s we ve ever had! Hands down! Then their burgers were so juicy and delicious and their fries were amazing, all came out fresh and we loved it! Definitely having it again if we ever come back to Amarillo
